I have recently joined ID and used a pac code to port my number accross. I receive texts and calls on the correct number but when i reply to them the texts come through on the recipients phone as the original number which i was given from ID. 

My phone was stolen on holidays on the 15th of may and then I blocked the sim when I came home I cancelled the contract and was told I would  have my final bill and then cancel my direct debit . Had another bill and payed and spoke to chatbot and they said that was alright and then cancelled my direct debit . I have now received anther bill . witch will not be paid as the direct debit is cancelled .A bit of clarification please .

For about the last week calls i make or receive, the other party can't hear me. It takes several attempts before getting a connection that works. I live in Belfast.

Hi, my data ran out on my i phone 7, when the data was topped up I am unable to use internet using 4 g. Internet works ok using home wifi. Have tried re setting wifi as suggested on internet, without success. When trying to access internet using 4 g with all browsers I get unable to access secure network message, any suggestions appreciated  

I have recently swapped my service from VOdafone to IDmobile. New phone and new SIM but ported my old number across. SMS is not functioning correctly. I can send texts from my new mobile/SIM but the replies are going to my old phone/SIM. I have tried all of the advice regards turning imessage off and restarting phone, resetting network. None of it has worked. My issue is going to be with verification codes and OTP. I have tried to use the chat service but as soon as i enter my number it says “there is an issue with the service”. This is so frustrating!! I cant get any further.

I understand iD Mobile do not include Switzerland in their roaming allowances.My daughter is currently using her mobile in Switzerland. Her mobile data is turned on but her Data Roaming is turned OFF (although on in the app).She is not sending any text messages or making any phone calls. She is only using the phone to take pictures, play some games and watch things on Youtube/Netflix/Disney+ but only when she is connected to WiFi. I've had a look at her account in the app and so far cannot see any additional charges.Does this sound ok? I'd hate to get home in a couple of weeks only to be faced with a huge bill.Thanks.

Where do i check and amend payment details in My account.I have just upgraded online from a 12 month plan (expired on 28 Nov 22) to a 30 day account.iD Pay Monthly SIM (Upgrade)30 days rollingData: 24GBMinutes: UnlimitedTexts: UnlimitedBill cap: £10.00Pay monthly: £8.00 I entered my Card details as requested during the upgrade so ID could take 1p from it and following the checkout I see this message.“Log in to the iD Mobile app or My Account online and head to ‘Edit my Profile’ to change your details. iD Pay Monthly SIM Cost to be debited: £8.00 per month”For 4 years I have paid  by direct debit and the details on my ID account are my bank account details NOT my card details.Has the order been placed and will it be processed. What do I have to do to ensure I am changed to the new plan and receive the new Sim card - if I need a new SIM now.. NB.  My phone is 4G but a Live Chat confirmed the plan is compatible with 4G phones,

All bank details have been verified.  Authorised the £129 upfront charge etc and then nothing.  Basket empty page came up but no confirmation 

My phone is not allowing me to make outgoing calls or texts. Neither is connecting to 4G. Why is this?

I have recently moved to ID mobile from O2 (around 5 days ago) my number has ported over as i can receive calls and SMS messages, however my phone number will not activate for FaceTime or iMessage. All it keeps saying is “An error occured during activation, try again” I have tried every single step that has been suggested online including the ones suggested by the ID community. I have even been into an Apple store for support but was told that the problem is ID mobile does not support FaceTime or iMessage according to their list of supported carriers but i believe that to be incorrect as many of my family members are on ID mobile and use iMessage and Facetime. I have even been back into carphone warehouse/currys for support but no-one seems interested. Please advise on what to do next as i am currently paying for something that i cannot use

I have a contract with iD already. I bought another phone and SIM for my son from Carphone Warehouse. As he is under 18, I had to do it in my name with my email etc. I tried with live chat to activate his SIM and they transferred MY number to his new SIM so now MY SIM is deactivated!I am now waiting for a new SIM. Reading on here, it has become clear that I cannot have two phones on one account so, how do I set up his own account when his phone is registered to me with my email address???? 

I have transferred from EE to ID. It has taken over a week for the PUC code & for ID to successfully transfer/keep my old EE number. However, I am now having contacts receive texts from my old EE number which is correct, but also having contacts receive texts from the temporary ID number. I've restarted the phone twice. Please help as this is the phone I use for work and worry clients can't get hold of me. Thank you 

I was going to leave ID and change to O2 and requested a PAC number to transfer my phone number over. However before the transfer happened I decided to stay with ID and cancelled my contract with O2, I told them that the number transfer was due to happen the next day and they said the PAC transfer would not happen as my account with 02 would be cancelled and everything would remain with ID.Since then ID have cancelled my account and keep telling me that O2 have my number but O2 have checked and said that my number was never ported over to them and I need to get ID to reactivate it. Ive tried to use the live chat support on ID but they just keep telling me that Ive moved to another provider and need to take it up with them but 02 keep telling me the number is still with ID and they have checked it has not been ported over to them. Ive tried to order another SIM card and use the PAC number ID sent me which O2 said they didn’t use but the website says it’s invalid and I have no way of req

Sadly I was hoping I wouldn't have to post this but I've seen a few others with similar issues recently.I've recently joined ID Mobile and I traded in my old S21 which was valued at 250 but there was a promotion for an additional 150 which I checked out with.I called after my order to confirm I would get it as I had no confirmation and was assured I would.I sent my old phone in last week and yesterday got confirmation of the 250 and it stated any additional promotion amount I'd get an email for within 24 hours. Well it's now been 24 hours and I've heard nothing.Checked contact options, no way to call ID Mobile and the live chat just gives an error page. Quite disappointed that there's no way to get in touch easily. I could email the tradeup email address but I did that pre-sales and they never even responded so bit concerned that won't work either.How can I get my extra owed 150?Thank you.

I have two accounts (2 phone numbers) both under my name and paid by me. I want to separate them so that one stays with me but the other becomes the responsibility of my wife who has one of the numbers. How do I do that?

Hello, I upgraded my account via the app / website (logged in as me) but I've received a new SIM and number. Which I was not made aware of and missed important calls as a result. I'm now told by my phone that I can't switch the numbers. So I need to close / cancel the new account and return the new handset. But I can't access this new account anywhere as when I log in it just displays my old number? How do I access my new account?? And yes...no Currys voucher here either. Feeling very deceived. And I can't afford to pay for two phone accounts! Seriously don't know how to proceed so any help is gratefully received.      

Hi there, Trying to port my number from EE to ID today, and despite checking all the information I’ve been given many times, the submission form says the following:“We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again”.I’ve seen advice on here that I should try inputting my surname in upper case (done that) and that my transaction number should begin with a 4. It doesn’t, it begins with a 1, and this is the number that appears on my documentation that has been provided by ID.Any ideas anyone? I assume that if I can’t submit the form with my PAC Code, then I can’t transfer my phone number.Many thanks    

I have upgraded my plan and have been sent another sim card, however the confirmation email stated that there is no need to swap sums, do I swap sums or not, it is all a bit confusing. 76yr old senior.
