I started a new contract with ID nearly 3 weeks ago. My new phone arrived but no sign of new SIM card. I can’t find any number to contact a real person anywhere on website to raise this issue with.

Just got a new phone contract(Xiaomi Note 11) and the phone won’t recognise the SIM. When I try to register an account with IDmobile it asks for the ID mobile number which i cannot see because the sim won’t activate. Any help appreciated. Thanks

On my new iPhone 7 I can’t make or receive calls. It either comes up with ‘call failed’ or no sound is heard. After attempting many actions from online articles and live chat, attention was bough to my camera that does not pick up sound and I cannot use the speaker button to record voice memos. I believe one of the speakers is broken on the phone (I can play music). Is this an issue I can fix through the iPhone settings or do I need fix the iPhone speaker for this problem to be solved so I can call people??? Thanks

Hey, so on the ID Mobile app i chose to upgrade my plan to the 20GB for £8 'Sim only Upgrade' deal.Does this mean that they send a new sim card to my address that i install to give me the 20GB or does it change the plan through the app and it gives me 20GB after the delivery time of the order and bills me more? im very confused as i ordered it before this months renewal and now it has renewed as my previous deal 3GB and im not sure if i was meant to get a new sim card or just an upgrade on the app

Hi I'm on holiday in gran caneria how do I put my phone on so I can use my data but not get charged 

All yesterday phone refused to make calls as recording stated I had reached the limit of my set cap and my data allocation used up.  Logged into my account and neither is true.  No phone support from ID.  Logged in today and clicked livechat and each time was taken incorrectly to chatbot not livechat.  Now livechat option has vanished and no way of contacting ID.  Excrutiating waste of 30 minutes of my time. Cookies cleared, different browsers used and different devices.  Livechat simply does not exist. Very annoying service orlack thereof .How do you contact an uncontactable ID mobile?

Firstly I didn’t realise how difficult it would be to get ID to rectify an issue (definitely changing suppliers when contract ends). My Samsung decided to stop charging after 20 months of use. As I diabetic who relies on their phone to monitor their sugar levels this is more than a little troublesome. Cannot speak to anybody, so having to rely on a community page for help.

My French bank has recently introduced a OTP (authentification text message system) in order for customers to access their internet banking accounts. Unfortunately my mobile is unable to receive and display the code.I have been a customer of iDmobile for some years, so the problem is not one caused by transfer from another provider. The bank tells me they send out the codes as ‘foreign commercial messages'. They have confirmed that the mobile number they hold is correct. Could you please send me a PM to take the issue forward to a resolution.  

How do I report a fraudulent ID mobile direct debit on my current account, thanks.I have taken the steps of contacting Actionfraud and My Bank. I am still required to contact ID mobile to resolve this issue fully Thanks

Hello everyone  i just wondered when you have a 24 month contract can that have a benefit  for protection  in case you drop it by accident  or other stuff? 

I’m due to go to Turkey next week is Snapchat & Whatsapp free to use aboard or will I have to buy add ons? 

My contract ended on the 22nd of June, and I tried to order an upgrade. The order went through fine, and then I got an email 2 days later saying that my contract isn't done yet, but it definitely is. I've got upgrade options on the app, but not the tile that says time to upgrade that the ID site talks about.

I have just received my new sim and I have completed the PAC details with ID and submitted  to keep my existing number. When do I put my new iD sim in? Thanks 

Hi, I am trying to transfer my old number over however I am having the following error message: “We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.” I’ve checked the PAC code which doesn’t expire until 28th August, my name is correct although it doesn’t allow me to enter an ‘ between the O and B in O’Brien and everything else is correct so unsure where the issue lies. Appreciate any help. Connor

Is there a way to enable a login to the app for children? It is useful for my kids to see their usage and allowances left, but at the moment the only way I see of doing that is giving them my password to the entire account, which is less than ideal for obvious reasons. is there a way to create sub accounts with limited or view only access for children?
