Hi, I purchased a phone on a 2 year contract around last year, but have had to move to France suddenly due to work reasons and planning on returning to the UK in a year. I also often travel back to the UK, and so would like to keep my English number. I have purchased a French Sim which I use in France so I am able to use data abroad. Would i still be charged extra?

I’ve just changed my plan from 3gb to 8gb part way through my billing month - will the new level of data be pro-rated and added to the rest of this current month?Also, I have 2 plans, and one had already used over the data allowance, if the new level of data is pro-rated and added, will it absorb this usage, or will I still pay extra for this?

I contacted ID to cancel my daughter’s contract. I was told I had to give one month’s notice. I waited a month and then cancelled the direct debit.CARS began chasing us for £20 debt rather aggressively. We paid.Now we are being chased by Overdales for another £20. This is totally out of order as as far as we were concerned we cancelled the contract. The phone number/SIM has not been used for months and yet you pass on the debt.Please help as we are finding it impossible to get through to ID by phone.

Just got back from two weeks holiday in Europe - really appreciated ID continuing to provide in-plan roaming post-Brexit.So very puzzled and now really annoyed to see a £24.93 out of plan data charge on my bill. It looks like it happened on the cross-channel ferry returning to the UK. 2MB of data cost £24.93 !!??I’ve looked for a switch on my account to turn off out of plan charges - but can’t find one.How do I stop out of plan data charges - but keep European roaming (including data) turned on?

I'm moving to Australia from the UK in a few days. I have seen the table about charges in Australia. I was wondering if ID Mobile offered an Add-On to roam in Austrslia like in the UK? I know other phone companies offer this to control the expense of using the phone abroad. Thanks,Sian

I’m having issues with 4G in my home. Since I always connect to my home WiFi this has never been an issue. But recently during a home broadband outage, I needed to use my phone for Internet.My iPhone XR shows 4G connected but I cannot access anything online anywhere in my house, with sporadic access at best.My partner is on EE and has no such issues.How can I check and rectify this? When I got the SIM, the coverage was checked and all seemed fine.

I’ve been with ID mobile for years now, and not had a problem. However, recently, I tried to top-up my pay-as-you-go phone; I purchased a £20 bundle. I had ran out of data, texts, calls etc, so needed to sign into my friend’s mobile hotspot to use their data whilst I bought a new bundle. The first payment went through, but the bundle wasn’t added on. I assumed there was some kind of interuption to my data connection at the time as I was using a tempermental mobile hotspot, so I purchased the bundle again.  The bundle was purchased sucessfully, and even as I write this ,my ID mobile account page says the bundle is activated and I have unlimited everything. However, that is not the case. My phone only works on wifi, and I still have no calls, texts, or data. My signal bar is reading a signal, and I can receive calls and texts. I have the  notification popping-up, which says, “sign in to network”. Essentially, my phone is behaving like I have no active plan, when I do. It’s been days, and

I have no contract with ID Mobile, I am pay as you go…. yet i was charged a termination fee when leaving. i can’t contact anyone to query this. how do i fix my final bill? £98.13 is my termination fee which is nearly what I’d pay a year. 

My contract is due to end on 13.07.2022, I’ve just requested my PAC code which arrived.  I’ve then immediately received another text saying ‘as requested, the scheduled disconnection of your ID mobile plan has been cancelled and your service will continue as normal.  I don’t want to wait another 30 days for my plan to end.  Is there something I can do about this please? 

I have a new Samsung that I got on an upgrade about a month ago, and it keeps restarting. It does it t3 or 4 times a day and even restarted midway through a factory reset. I have tried uninstalling apps, restarting phone and then doing a full factory reset and it still keeps doing it. Any advice? Will I be able get a replacement/repair? 

My contact is approximately 2 months old and the camera has developed a fault and has lines through it.Does anyone know the process for repair and replacement?Thanks      

I have minutes to use on my phone but im getting a message you wil be charged 30 pence per minute carry on if you wish to continue? these are just normal calls that are made on a regular basis????

HiMy contract ends in oct 20 but i want to continue after that date on a sim only deal, as no need to upgrade my handset.Will I auto revert to a monthly sim only deal when my contract ends? or do i have to set this up ahead of my contract ending?Many Thanks

I have somehow managed to lock my ID sim and it requires a PUK code from my network provider(ID mobile) iThe message is please call your network provider to obtain PUK code,  but now both phones are out of use! Please send PUK code to me ASAP as this is now 5 days ago!Thanks in advance Bernie

I’m visiting the UK from Australia in September. I’d like to have an IDMobile SIM waiting for me when I arrive at my brother’s place, but I see that a credit check is performed when I sign up. Am I likely to fail that check, given that my current address and credit card is registered outside the UK? If I can’t sign up online before I get there, can I visit a store and get a SIM after I arrive?
