We have an iphone that my daugher uses, and it has another 6 months left on contract. She can’t use the home button (we are using an app for this now which isn’t ideal). Certain features such as calling and camera are inconsistent whether they work and because of this my daughter is getting extremely fed up.I looked to change supplier but that seems a bit harsh considering its a hardware problem so what are our options?

I have two issues:I have more than one card with which to pay my bill but as there is no information from iD regarding the card used, it makes it harder to keep track of my finances.How can I find out which card is being used to pay my bill each month? I would appreciate the chance to make up my own mind instead of the payment being taken automatically.How can I make this happen? 

We have 3 phones in the household on ID and intermittently over the last 2 days they’ve all been unable to make or receive calls. They are all showing a strong signal at the time and the problem will sometimes go away by restarting the phone (iPhone 8, iPhone SE and iPhone 12).Not sure whether it’s a network or account issue as my wife as out in the car about 20 miles from home this morning when she couldn’t make a call.Any suggestions?

Recently switched to ID from 3, thinking I could use the majority of my 100gb data allowance when away in France. I was under the impression that I could use it as I would in U.K. as long as it wasn’t for more than 4 months at a time. Have I misunderstood and am restrained by a fair usage cap? Thanks

Hello,It seems the invalid surname problem on the online PAC form is still an issue. I’m trying to use my PAC to transfer my current number over but keep getting the same message - ‘We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.’I’m using my transaction number and I’ve tried removing the hyphen from my last name to no avail. I’m not sure if iD mobile has a customer service number? The online chat isn’t very helpful in this case.Can this issue be solved? Is there another way to do this? Thank you!

Hi,  I have just started with ID and asked to move my old number. My old phone now has no coverage and my new phone is still with the ID number and not the one i asked to be moved over, how long will the porting take as i need to use that number for work.

Hi, I am travelling to France soon for the summer – and I wanted to ask a question about the data cap. I was just wondering, if I purchased the £12 bundle for 36 GB of data to use in France – and then used it all, would I then be able to buy the extra data bundles of 100 GB and 200 GB to top up my data and use them while I am still in France? Will there be a data cap on these too?  thanks

I am very happy to have switched to your network , there are only two things that concern meThe first is: I have a problem with sending messages. I send a text message and I get a notification that the message could not be sent, and despite the notification some messages are sent anyway, but it is annoying because I do not know which messages have been sent and which notThe other thing is that I wanted to leave my old number, I transferred it to you and it is still my main number, but when I send a message or make a call it is the number you assigned to me (it doesn't work every time either), could you please check this?I would be very grateful

I just want to cancel My id mobile sim only plan. I’ve followed all the steps, on app go to ‘my account’, ‘Thinking of leaving’ ‘switch or cancel now’, ‘cancel my Id plan’. but the pop up screen in too short and doesn’t display all the information to allow to cancel. can someone please contact me.

Going to Florida and NY for 3 months later this year.  Anyone any tips on most economical way to use my mobile whilst there please?  I understand roaming charges/call charges can be extortionate - maybe best to buy a completely separate SIM card??  Any ideas welcome please.

I am currently on a monthly ID contract.  I have purchased a new phone and a 24 month contract also with ID.  I need to keep the old number which I have had for many years, and which I use for work.  Reading the forums you are suggesting this is not possible?  Please tell me otherwise otherwise I am stuffed.

I’ve payed this all, the money has come out of my account but I still do not have a bill summary and it appears as if it were still outstanding. I have never been able to get in contact with IDmobile and find out what is actually going on with my account, what they have a received and why it won’t recognize that I have payed.

Hi, this has been happening quite often. Whe I'm leaving a voicemail message to another mobile I get cut off after around 25 seconds. Is this happening just for me? It's frustrating not being able to leave a full message.

Like others I’ve received a letter saying a direct debit has been set up in my name, though the phone number and bank details are not mine. Would like to get this resolved and the account shut down please?
