Why is it when I click on live chat to discuss my account I end up having to talk to a chatbot who don't understand my questions.I been a loyal customer for years now and can't even speak to a real person 

I transferred from EE to ID recently.  My number has transferred correctly, but under the “Phone” setting, it is showing the phone number of the ID sim before my number was transferred.I have tried turning iMessage off and on again, and have tried editing the number under “My Number”, but when I click “Save”, it reverts to the old ID number again.From what I understand this is a common error and can only be fixed by having a replacement sim?

For the last 3 days I’ve had no service during the day until 3 or 4 pm.  The checker tool says there’s network maintenance in progress.  How can I find out if the disruption will continue for much longer? If relevant, it’s the 3G service that’s unavailable (4G coverage is always borderline here) 

If my mum is Changing her contract to a sim only with a 30 day roll over on the app, can she still keep her number and existing sim?

im on pay monthly contract with idmobile and im due a upgrade but i just clicked upgrade and clicked sim deal but i dont know if it otherwrites the original contract or does it start a new one by doing this? if so looks like i will after cancel the pay monthly contract and swap my number other to the sim deal

recently ported my old number and it’s finally switched over - but my iphone says my number will expire from imessage and facetime as it’s only registered to my account and not the phone but when looking at the details for my number in settings it’s the same one. i’m really confused and concerned i’m not going to be able to use imessage and facetime soon?

I upgraded to a new handset about 6 months ago and, on the advice of ID customer services kept my old SIM rather than switch to the new one. Everything’s been fine until today when I downloaded the ID Mobile app for the first time on my new handset. I then received a text message saying “Good news! Your new SIM card is now in the process of being activated…” Since then I’ve now no service on my phone so assume the current (“old”) SIM has been deactivated.I’m now away from my new and unwanted SIM card (still in its envelope) for over a week and really need to be able to use my phone. I’ve no idea what has caused the apparent deactivation of the old SIM but would be really grateful if there’s any way it could be reactivated.Wisdom very gratefully received! Thank you.

I tried to trade in my old phone but the automated service kept saying my bank account number wasn't correct but it is. It's a Halifax Bank account

Have had number switch over from Three, so I know the network is fine.Any call I make, or any call i receive I can hear the other person, but they cannot hear me. Happens on every call regardless if it’s WiFi or not. This is urgent as I have hospitals trying to contact me and I cannot speak to them to even ask to use a different number!

@Will @Ryan @KevinPlease could you help to see if there is a problem with my old number transfer to iD.my transaction number is 427760804. I tried to use the online form, but it mentioned that my surname is invalid.I then created the iD account, once logged in, the SERVICE page only needs the PAC code and my old number this time, no surname needed, so it accepted it.  But i subsequently received the text saying “We have tried to process your PAC/STAC but we ran into an issue - the iD mobile number, last name or transaction number you entered is incorrect. Please contact Customer Services www.idmobile.co.uk/contact-us . There is no live chat available I found.Please could you see if the transfer is in progress?

Can you please help? I'm having problems with reception when I go through the hills and now I can't make a call because I've made it to my cap limit even though I'm phoning someone in uk. What's the point of having unlimited phone calls and text? ID is costing a fortune when I should be paying just £30 a month and the rest is free because its in the UK. And I don't make international calls.

I have 2 accounts with ID, one for myself & sim only for my husband.  I was due an upgrade, so visited my local Carphone warehouse only to find that monthly fee would be £1 more a month & so they advised me to follow the link on my account. So I followed the upgrade link from my ID app accounts page, picked the new phone and when it arrived I took my sim from my old phone and put it into the new phone without any problems.  At this point I did not receive an email to say it had gone through but a text to say when my phone would be arriving. All good, or so I thought!That was beginning of May.  However, on checking my app, I noticed that my new plan allowances wasn’t showing, showed my son & he thought it was a delay in getting the new info updated to my account. Then I get an email today saying I can upgrade, which I think is strange because that’s what I did beginning of May, or so I thought! Hi, so I ordered a yellow iPhone 11 128gb on Saturday 4th June. It said it was available to order from 2nd June.I’m aware that as I ordered on a Saturday that it wouldn’t be dispatched until Monday (today), but I received an email saying that although the product was out of stock or on pre-order, you’re expecting it to be with you soon.Do you have an estimation of the time it will take for my order to be dispatched please? And I’d just like to check that my monthly payments won’t start until I have the device and new SIM card? I’m wondering how 5G is currently being pushed out to customers... I ordered a 12GB/Unlimited calls/Unlimited texts SIM on the 30/5 and inserted it into a Oppo Reno 4 Z 5G handset. It has 5G listed and enabled in the handsets settings menu and we get 5G signal too. I ordered another 12GB/Unlimited calls/Unlimited texts SIM on the 14/6 and that too is in another Oppo Reno 4 Z 5G handset. However, no 5G is listed in the handsets settings menu (only 4G/3G/2G) and so no 5G signal. I have tried turning off the phone and turning it back on. I have also performed a full factory reset of the second handset and setup a new but still no 5G. So, it appears that the second SIM isn’t provisioned for 5G.
