I left ID 5 months ago so my account is still active. I now want to transfer back using the same SIM. Previously it was a rolling monthly contract with ID, it was the same with my other provider and I want to come back with the same. Is that possible? I have a PAC from Plusnet and so just want to sign up to a monthly plan and attach it to my existing account

I have checked the details for roaming in the EU and I am a little confused. As an example, I will be going to Germany, the relevant page states that my usage will come out of allowance, but also has a list of charges below this. To clarify, if I, for example, go to Germany and use 100mb of data, will I simply use 100mb from my allowance with no extra cost, or will I also receive a charge of £1 on my bill (as the page states a charge of £0.01 per mb for roaming).Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi, my PAC code transfer hasn’t been completed by the time provided. I was told it would be done between 8am and 10am 12/05/2022 but still waiting. My previous contract has been stopped so I need this completed ASAP. I’ve restarted my phone multiple times and my number still isn’t appearing. Any guidance on timeframe expected? I have also just tried to create an account via the app and despite using the ID Mobile number provided, I don’t receive any message with the security code. This is a terrible way to start a new contract with yourselves. 

Used my PAC code to transfer my old number over. Was told it would be done within 48hrs. We're now 6 days later and I'm still waiting on it being done! 3 times I have been on to the useless chat feature to be told it has been marked urgent and the tech team will get to it. Totally unacceptable. Not great for a first time customer. No-one will tell me how long it's going to take. If I knew it would be this much hassle, I would have went with another company. Total shambles!!!! 

I just got this phone on the 29th January. I kept my old number and did the PAC transfer procedure and waited a few days for this to work but I still don’t have my number and my calls texts and data on this phone aren’t working. I have a new sim in this new phone so I haven’t used up any services. I tried flight mode, turning it on and off again, taking the sim out and putting it back in and nothings working. I received the phone over a month late after my first one got lost in the post and I’m currently paying for a phone I can’t use so I’m very unhappy 

Hello, I bought a mobile phone 3-4 years ago with ID mobile contract. Unfortunately I didn’t use the SIM card at all, and I don’t know every details already, so I have to cancel it as I wrote I didn’t use the SIM card.  I didn’t find a phone number to ask a cancellation and also I can’t use the chat as I don’t know my account details too.Also I accidentally deleted the direct debit, and I started receiving a letter from CARS. What can I do? Rebecca

Recently switched over and went to log into my google account and had to set up 2 factor authentication, said it sent a verification code over and it didn’t send. I tried multiple times and it didn’t send anything, also tried with whatsapp and tesco bank. I’ve seen other people have issues with it on here and wanted to know if it was the case of it just being enabled on your end. Really need to for them to get through otherwise i cant set anything up. P.s I can send and receive texts and calls normally to my contacts, just not receiving any short codes.

All things being equal, is iD customer Nerwork performance speed & coverage exactly the same as customers of 3 direct?  Or 3's customers get bandwith priority over iD customers?  Fyi Smarty confirmed that 3 customers get bandwith priority.

Absolutley fuming about my “upgrade” (sim only)…Lost service when I was specifically told I can use my existing sim instead of waiting for the new sim. Now told sorry, have to wait 2-3 days for the new sim to arrive. No warning about service disruption when upgrading, otherwise would not have agreed...I meant to be triaging patients today!Then the cheek of trying to blame me for accepting the new sim (which hadn’t even arrived) on the app!!!!Mutiple chats (because I couldn’t call obviously) and no success.
