After loosing a phone and purchasing a new one, a Motorola E30 I have not been able to receive incoming calls or text messages. I’ve tried restarting the phone. That didn’t help. I am at a loss?

I would like to swap my contract into a business contract. I have read previous questions and answers around this and seen that ‘you cant do that with this platform’ and ‘you need to do through Car Phone warehouse’. If I have a contract with you, can you please explain how I would actually do this please?thanks

OK. I went to a cheaper package but is that a good enough reason to take away the role over data that I payed for and kept for a situation where my home WiFi could be out? 24 GIG just gone! I feel robbed! 

I need to upgrade my package but when I go via my app it asks me to input my bank details - as it is an upgrade only why do you need them as you already have them? Also with the 30 day rolling sim only - is that rolling data or rolling contract length (IE not tied in to long term) thank you very much

I’m shortly visiting the USA, then Canada. I have set ‘Roaming’ on my phone. Will I be able to make and receive calls to/from the UK or to/from the USA/Canada, and to send and receive text messages, whilst in USA or Canada?If so, what are the charges?

I'm going to Canada early September and would like to know if it's possible to buy international data for the time I'm in Canada for. Otherwise the roaming charges are extortionate!

Hi, My phone got stolen last week. I reported it as lost/stolen through live chat and I immediately blocked the sim + the phone. I ordered a replacement sim (also through live chat) and it got here fine.However...I put the sim into my new phone and activated it last night through the web browser- still nothing. No service, no way to text or call, no data. I couldn’t chat to anybody and obviously can’t make calls. Could this be sorted out as soon as possible as obviously, I need my phone for work purposes and not being able to use it when it’s not connected to wifi just plainly sucks.Many thanks.Leia

Hi, after I did buy a new phone and took out my sim card from the i phone into the Samsung in few days my data is 100% full and I’ll be charge big money for any use of the internet as it’s over my plan, also when I try to register with the id app comes one message in error about my new phone number, however, this is the only valid number I have and good to receive a verification code as I don’t remember my old number and don’t use it and the old phone for a long time, so how I can contact id customer service to put more data into my new phone? I need the 4 digits pin number in order to call them and change my data allowance. 

I have followed all instructions with transferring my old number to ID, but I still experience problems and nobody can get in touch with me..please help

I’m transferring to ID from BT mobile on Monday night and I got an email from BT yesterday to say they have transferred me to new provider and it was complete.  When I log into ID it says porting is still in process. I’ve just gone into iPhone settings and it says my original number will expire in 28 days and shows the ID number as my phone number, Is this because ID haven’t finished the transfer yet?When I call out it’s my original number that it’s using so I’m really confused! 

Hi, I have just purchased a new phone and contract but when I enter the sim card it doesnt work. I have tried everything and would like to order a new sim but I can’t register for an account with ID without knowing the number of the new sim card. With the sim card not working I dont know how to find my new number to do this. I would like to cancel my Id mobile. Unfortunately I have forgotten my mobile number as not used the phone for a while. So I can't log in to my account to cancel the agreement. Please can someone help me. TIA

HI I have no idea how to log a complaint as ID like to make everything difficult to do for customer but I would like to make a official complaint! When I paid my phone bill 2 weeks ago it had registered my payment but had complaetely stopped me from being able to use my phone I could not make calls texts or use internet I took this to car phone warehouse where they could not figure it out I bought a new sim and activated it yet still could not use my phone it was difficult to get this sorted as live chat could not help with this and the contract is in my partners name but I pay for the phone bill every month and we both work full time so found it difficult to get in contact as again ID like to make this difficult I had paid my phone bill and had not been able to use the service I had paid for my it was last resort my partner decided to message on twitter and we finally got a reply and they said they had switches my outgoing bar back on which I don’t understand because I had not done an

HelloI have just chosen to change my sim only plan and think I am going to be sent a new sim card. I assumed the upgrade would change pretty much straight away and was not expecting a new sim. My question is when will my new plan start? Will it only start when I insert the new sim? If this is the case can I cancel the order for the new sim? I made the change through the mobile app but looking at my laptop I think I may be able to change my plan by simply clicking on the upgrade button? Grateful for any advice please.Thank you!Angela

Hi can anyone help I have a pac code and can call using this number. However on the device info on my iPhone it is showing the old ID mobile number. It’s causing all txt to show as undelivered can anyone advise how to remove and replace with my actual number. Thanks 

Hi All, My 12 month sim only plan has finished last month. I have purchased an upgrade (£10 12 months sim only) which will be arriving in a day or two. How do I get my number from my current sim over to the new one which will arrive?

Does the Moto G82 support WiFi calling with ID mobile? It's not on the list but it is a new phone so need confirmation it does before buying. 

My SIM came for a SIM only contract but the number not with it.I need that number to activate the SIM but I cannot find it even in my emails.I purchased the SIM through carphone warehouse and after trying it in a phone it still would not connect.Any ideas?

HiI took out a 2 year contract in Dec 21.This was for payments of £37.99Over the last 3 months these have increased to £40.95.I have received no notification as to why they have increased and is obviously outside of the contract that i signed up to.Not sure how to get hold of anybody on here and this has probably taken 30 mins, hopefully not wasted time. Also i had to log in via my wifes Facebook account, as said i had incorrect user details, even though i logged in to get my bills etc.One very frustrated customer

I can see from threads a couple of years ago it was possible but it’s unclear if is it still possible in 2022. Thanks for confirming.
