How do I talk to a human

I just spent a few days in Ireland; we travelled over on the ferry.  I got a message welcoming me to free roaming on arrival.  Mostly I connected via wifi but used data for satnav when driving.  Now I get a bill saying I was charged £10 for 'rest of world roaming'.  Why is this, as I was only in the UK or the EU?  Does the Irish Sea count as 'rest of world’?

I ordered my phone upgrade 2 weeks ago before the pandemic and was soon told it was lost by DPD been unable to contact anyone from iD to assist now 2 weeks have passed who can I contact for a replacement to be sent to me. 

Dear Sirs, Some weeks ago I upgraded my contract.  It is not showing my account and my data etc has not refreshed. I would be grateful if you could amend ASAP. I am going overseas this morning and will need data.

I thought I upgraded my phone but turns out I have bought an entirely new one. I want to keep my old phone number but it is also with ID so it won’t let me use a PAC code.  how do I transfer my old ID number to my new ID contract?

I recently ported my number from a different provide to iD mobile. I can send a receive iMessages on my original and correct number but settings states that number is due to be removed in 19 days (was 30 days). It states the number is registered to my Apple ID but not to the SIM card. In the section where I can view my number, I can see my original number and the temporary number I had when porting. I can’t seem to be able to remove this at all.I have tried turning iMessages and FaceTime on and off and restarting the phone.Any ideas?

Hi, I had a £24.09 data charge added to my account on Friday 27th May. I was in the UK and boarded a ferry which I’ve since found had a Skybridge satellite on it. My phone automatically connected to it, I didn’t proactively use it but must have received a WhatsApp message.  The next day, having received a cap limit alert at 2:10am, I looked into it using the onboard WiFi.  I realise the boat has a Skybridge mast and my phone had automatically connected to it. I immediately activated aeroplane mode. what are my chances/how do I go about getting the fee cancelled?  many thanks carolyn

Good Morning.I've had my phone stolen last night.I've blocked the phone and sim.What happens in regard to my bill?Can I do something where I'd only pay up till last night?Also if I purchase a new phone from id, can I use that number that's blocked and carry it over to the newm phone?Thanks

I ordered my new oppo find x5 in the 1 day delivery as advertised. I ordered this on the Tuesday. Wednesday night I've received a email telling me it'll be delivered on Monday. Whick is most certainly more than 1 day. In fact it's nearly 6 days. Fair enough Thursday and Friday are Bank Holidays but the weekend is not. And I'm busy at college on Monday when I needed the phone.

I enter my PAC code from Three, Surname, Transaction number, old number and new number as requested. Says Something Wrong.Any tips

I want to transfer my old number to my new SIM, I have the PAC but I cant submit it without my new ID Mobile number.  I’ve checked all the welcome emails and the number isn’t on there.

Let me tell you my story:I found ID mobile in 2018 through some comparison tools like uSwitch. I decided to order a SIM card to switch from my provider at the time.I've completed my order online and ordered the SIM card to arrive by post. Meanwhile, I called my provider who offered me a better deal and decided to stick with them.Note that I have never received the SIM card from ID mobile and in January 2019 I noticed on my bank account some payments towards a company which I didn't recognised so closed the direct debitID Mobile then contacts me to say I have missed a payment. I call back immediately saying I have never received the SIM card, never used their service and don’t know how I’ve ended up in a contract with them or why should I pay for the service.They agree to close my contract and give me a full refund of the previous payments. To be, this means, case closed. They admitted there has been a misunderstanding, and I was never supposed to pay in the first place.Over 3 years for

Hi, I am due to travel to Montenegro and the UAE and know these countries are outside of the inclusive EU zone.  Could you please let me know the charges, and if there is a travel bolt-on that I could buy for these areas, i.e like the £6 a day all inclusive cap that O2 and Vodafone offer. In April I changed my Sim only Direct Debit (£6.00) payment date to the first of month.In May it recalculated my bill (£9.95) and said next payment date would be 1st of June 2022. Perfect. Just went into today 1/6/22 to my banking and nothing has been deducted from my account.Logged into my iD account and it states next payment date 1st July with understandable increased bill. (£15.95)Question is do I manually pay outstanding £9.95 or do I leave it till 1st of July.Noz.

Hi all 👍, I am currently an ID mobile customer and need to get a new SIM only deal for my son.Me paying for both SIM cards but a note on my account that my son will be using the other.How do I go about achieving this? I can see SIM only deals online but if I choose one it will replace my current one. Thanks.

I am going away to America for 3 months on Thursday. Will my 4G work over there with data roaming?? Do I need to do anything before hand??

Hi there, Im just a little confused, last month a payment was unable to be made on the day it was supposed to be taken out, payment was attempted on the 3rd but I got payed on the 4th, I then made the payment however, it seems that either I have somehow missed another payment between then and now or the payment hasn't been confirmed by yourself, can someone have a look.  Please and thank you ☺️ 

Hi, I recently ordered a SIM only contract but would like to cancel within my 14 day cooling off period. Please can someone help with this? The live chat just wants to end using 30 days and give me a final bill afterwards

how exactly do i cancel my contract? this company seems like a complete sh*tshow already and I only agreed to a contract today.... There's no email, no contact us, live support only works if you have a pin but i don't have a pin, it hasn't been issued to me, I can't contact anyone for support and I'm buggered if I'm going to waste my time trawling through forums to get my bloody answers so all I need is how do i cancel my contract.....like....now.

hi my wife's monthly bill is £10 a month and its gone up to £10.68 and want to know why its gone up

I have upgraded my current plan to pay monthly 12 months. ie £5  The new sim is in the post, but i cannot physically access because I am in hospital. The new plan is unlimited phone calls unlimited txt and 3 gb gata.The app shows unlimited  calls and txts but the data  is 1.5 of 1.8gb Do I have to physically insert the new sim as mins txts are ok but not data and/or will the data will get updated automatically to 3gb I also bought a £6 addon for more mins as i thought I might run out,but with hindsight that was not really required. Do I assume that was a waste as I was not sure howlong the upgrade would take effect plus not sure if I had to put in the new sim to activate thecalls/txt and data. Could I get a refund on the £6 or is that discretionary and how would I get in contactif that was allowed.

I have an account with another provider which my daughter uses. I have received the pac code for it but want to open an account with iD in my daughters name. I will pay the bills.
