Hello Community.Currys Carphonewarehouse on Idmobile.I have recently ( 1 week) taken delivery of my new Samsung S22 through Currys (Carphone Warehouse).I was persuaded by a salesman (when I enquired about delivery) to buy the official phone charger and a "very good" case at a good add on price. I accepted.I never opened the phone charger as not only was it not a Samsung one, it didn't even provide the max charging capacity of the phone (which is apparently low by current standards anyway ). I did open the case but it was not what I expected and couldn't allow a feature that I had got used to on my previous Samsung S10.I wanted to return both. I was told that I couldn't do so without returning the phone.These items weren't part of a package. They were add-ons.After a 54 minute phonecall ! which involved only 6 or 7 minutes of conversation, I was cut off.I don't know the next step if any. Can anybody help?

I’ve tried to find how to cancel within my 14 day cooling off period but keep getting directed to the 30 day cancellation option by your ‘live’ chat bot. Please advise how i can do this?

I have tried to upgrade my phone but I'm getting an email saying that you need to speak to me and a phone number to call. I have tried to call a few times, but it's not getting through. Why is it not letting me upgrade my phone?I have done it twice, I would only like to have one new phone

Hi, I successfully set up my new sim and transferred my old number to it. However, after 24 hours, my number is still failing to be verified by Apple to connect it to my iMessages and FaceTime. I’ve done everything to resolve it and spoke to Apple who also have tried everything but the problem still persists. Apple suggested if it continues, to inform you and get a reference number so they can check if everything is ok your end before proceeding forward to engineering. Any support would be great. 

Hi , There is currently a promotion on for £10 a month sim only double data so instead of 30GB you get 60GB.  Is there a time limit on this ? or will you always get double data for as long as you remain?  Thank you 

I pay by direct debit but keep receiving a huge amount of paper work each month listing all my calls etc. How can I stop receiving all of this paper work ? Thanks 😃

Hi,I migrated from Vodafone to ID Mobile November 2021 & all has been fine until a few of days ago No one using a Vodafone mobile number can contact my ID mobile number via ringing or texting. (Their attempts to ring me get passed directly to a Vodaphone answering machine).All other networks work fine ( ID mobile, O2, EE -  all ok)We’ve been in contact with Vodaphone yesterday who can not find any issue with my wife’s Vodafone service ( ….even though they also get the Vodafone answering machine when they try to ring my number which is on ID Mobile) I’ve eliminated the following:-Restarted phones.Swapped sim cards into a different ( unrelated) phone.Tried both WiFi & cellular.Got other people from other networks to contact me ( All Vodaphone users get immediately transferred to Vodafone voicemail for my number).Also tried from a few miles away to eliminate any local / location based issues.I can ring / text all other providers including Vodafone  - But Vodafone users can’t conta

Hi,I have damaged my phone and sim and need a replacement SIM asap. However I have forgotten my password and can’t login to my account to order a new sim. Please help.

Currently my android uses my Broadband provider wifi connection at home. When outside, it doesn’t locate iD Mobile network or Three. Am I doing something wrong? How do I connect to iD Mobile wifi? I am really frustrated, I don’t think I will be using this provider when my contract ends. Its a nightmare.

I put my new sim in on Friday and waited for it to start working but it hasn’t I don’t know what to do 

Do I have to buy a new sim and then somehow transfer the number to it? There’s a much better deal I want to get. Or can I contact someone to ask them to switch me on the current sim? Please tell me how I ensure I keep my current number and don’t get charged twice if I buy a new sim. Thank you! 

I'm in Portugal and my phone has stopped.  I used it last week and the local network signal is good.  I appear to have credit.  Now when I try to call both UK and Portuguese numbers, a message says "Not registered on network".  Why isn't my phone working?  I am extremely non-techy so I have no idea what's going on.

Hello, I've recently joined iD and generally the coverage and speeds are very good. But over the last few days I've noticed the data connection keeps failing - it'll still say 5G in the corner but nothing will work. I checked on the Three service status page and they're doing work on masts but it doesn't give an estimated time of completion or anything. Is anyone any the wiser? Thanks.

Hi, carphone warehouse apparently ported my number across yesterday, but nothings happened. I've tried to do it myself but ID says either my old phone number or my PAC are wrong, but both are correct. Any ideas? I can not find where to live chat, it won't load. 

Helloi have received my new sim and transfered my number over however the log in only reckognises the id mobile sim number NOT my existing number so i am not receiving the code to log in as it has been sent to the id mobile number , which i dont have
