I have ported my phone number from my old android phone to my new apple phone. My calls are working perfectly fine but texting is being weird. When I message my friend who is on an apple phone as well it works, but when I message my mum who is on an android phone it doesn’t. She will text me and my old phone will receive the message instead of my new one even though it no longer has a sim card in it.I went to Currys to ask about this problem and the two workers that I talked to were baffled. One of them was the apple specialist and even he said that he had never seen anything like this before.Also, to create this message I’ve had to make an account even though I already had one. I went to reset the password on the other even though I’m sure it was correct and I didn’t even get an email. This mobile network is really confusing me, please help.

I only use a mobile in emergency.According to MSE the smallest package costs 95p a month.How do I get this as I can’t see anything less than £6?

I have looked and searched endlessly to see how to move my number to ID Mobile. I have the PAC but can’t seem to find where to submit that.BY THE WAY, MAY I SCREAM THIS - YOU NEED TO MAKE THIS SIMPLE THINGS EASY ID MOBILE OR YOU WILL LOSE OUR CUSTOM! Hey,Extremely annoyed I’ve had to make an account just to post this. Live chat claims everyone is busy, sent a complaint to an email that apparently doesn’t exist weeks back and the phone system is automated.Someone has used my details to create an account and now I’m being harassed with letters for payment that I didn’t make. CIFAS is already aware that I am a victim of identity theft and I’m on their protected database so I am irritated this account has still managed to make it through.Can someone please send me a DM and sort this mess out. 

I received my new sim, provided my pac code and received a message to say my old number had successfully transferred across.However, when I go into settings, Apple Id and select my current phone, the device number shows as the original ID mobile number I was given before it changed to my old one. When I send a text message (not an iMessage) I am getting a delivery failure notification, even though the messages are being received by the recipient.Please can somebody help me put these things right?

The phone was never used and box unopened. I spoke to customer service who agreed I could cancel the contract and return the phone as it was within the 14 day return period.They confirmed that it was cancelled and that I simply had to return the phone. No charges due. Phone was returned using Parcel2Go at my expense (£60.26). This was early December last year. No contact has been made from ID Mobile to me since then.  Over 5 weeks later I’m contacted by Overdales chasing a debt I knew nothing about. Various emails with Overdales up until 24th Feb resulting in them saying they were returning my account to their client (ID Mobile)  3 weeks later a new debt collection company CARS UK email me about an outstanding balance with ID Mobile but provide no details.  I have tried periodically to contact ID Mobile unsuccessfully.  I consider the case closed and if ID Mobile have any queries they can contact me directly.   

I was phoned by Carphone warehouse and he told me I could save £2 per month and get a new phone.He didn't offer me a sim only plan. I am happy with my current phone.He was pushy and clearly after a sale. The phone arrived the next day but there has been no answer on the number on the order form.My son-in-law has an ID mobile sim only package that is £6 per month.I am 83 and hard of hearing. I feel he pressured me to do what he wanted and not what is best for me.Very poor service.

I need my PAC Code from iD mobile to leave and I do not know how to get it. I tried to text the number but it says that there is something wrong with my request and it just redirects me to this page. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi there, I have seen a previous thread with the same discussion (from about a year ago) where someone else hasn’t received the sim with their phone. I am in the same position where I have received a new phone without a sim. I have the packaging and have looked for a small envelope but, I can’t locate it. As I don’t have this I am unable to Register my Account so unable to look for a resolution via the forums. Thanks to any forthcoming assistance, Steve

I'm due an upgrade, currently paying £15.60 monthly. However all affordable Samsung upgrades arent compatible with my Dexcom G6 glucose monitor.  Really cant afford much more.Any suggestions?

Hi, the battery on my iPhone is dying so I’ve bought a cheaper phone as a replacement, I have a sim only account with you and want to keep my old phone number, do I need a new sim to go into the new phone, I’ve tried with my SIM card from my iPhone but it won’t work. Many thanks 

Does ID no longer offer 50GB data deals? I find 50GB perfect, I don't need to go up but don't want to go down in amount.

I have 3 devices with I’d mobile but when I log in it only shows me one phone not the other two and I need to make changes to there contracts how do I get it so I can see all devices when I log in

I have tried to submit my PAC code using the online form but it keeps coming up with the same error message: “We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.”Please can you advise as to what the issue is? I’ve never had an issue transferring my number before. My old provider is EE and they report no issues at their end.
