No 5G reception in North London N7 9JJ for 3 days.Any outages?

just having a important phone call, and got cut off by saying I don't have permission to access the number that I was on for 30mins. 

I received an email re an upgrade.  Applied for and received upgrade.  Notice, now, however, that thus us an additional charge, not a replacement charge.  Cannot get hold of anyone to speak about this so paying for 2 plans not one.  Need urgent help to sort thus out, please.  How do I manage this ?

I currently have a pay monthly phone contract and want to take out another one. Can I get discount on this please? I’m currently on iPhone 11 unlimited £32.32 a month 

I am going to Kos on holiday. It is often recognised incorrectly as being in Turkey on my phone and roaming charges would be incorrectly applied. Any advice on how to avoid this. Thanks. 

Hi, every time I fill out the page with PAC number, transaction number and phone number details I keep getting a msg saying there is an issue with the Information I've submitted.I've entered these (correct) details over and over but keep getting the same msg.Help!

I submitted my PAC code Friday or Saturday, and with it being bank holiday ID said it would transfer on the 4th. I've turned my old phone off and reset it and my iMessages and calls are going through on my new phone via the old number I want to keep but I still have my new ID number showing on my account? When will this change and does that mean it's definitely transferred over so I can sell my old phone, I can't get on to live chat for some reason 

Hello.In Mid January 2022 I got diagnosed with Severe Sleep Apnoea (With Evidence). I was under a sim contract with ID Mobile from December 2021 but only a month contract and can leave at anytime after that first month contract ended. I stayed with ID Mobile because my previous provider had problems with where I live and the Virgin Sim was in between two mobile masts and there was a problem with one of the masts and when my Virgin Mobile Sim connected to that particular mast I would lose service or the reception was very poor. I decided to change service providers and came onto ID Mobile. I would lose reception with ID Mobile also quite often during phone calls and some of these calls were important, Hospital, Drs ETC. It got to a point when it really started to annoy me. I wanted to speak to an actual person as regards the problem, but could not find any way on the ID Mobile website to do this, no link or number I could contact. It was a difficult time for me with the Sleep Apnoea and

I have paid my bill but my allowances are not restored. My account is still suspended I’m actually getting tired of this.

I had to make a payment to close the account and I ended up paying twice as the online pay system didn’t confirm my first payment. Can I please get a refund for the second payment, 

I bought a Huawei P20 Lite from ID a few years ago. Last year I moved house to an area with very poor mobile reception, and got wifi calling working. It’s been fine up until this week, on returning from France it is no longer working.Any suggestions how I can get it to work again? My mum’s Samsung phone on a different provider works still so it isn’t the wifi.

Hi We have 5 mobiles in our house. I manage all the accounts (and pay the bills!). It would be really, really useful for me to be able to have a single login to manage all the sims. Is this something ID mobile are working on? Or is it not even on the roadmap? If it isn't, I may need to consider an alternative... Thanks

Hi All,I have a Moto G50 5G only had it 3 days, and have an issue with the WiFi calling availability. The phone seems to only have this available at random times and most of the time it just doesn't show it available and as I live rural then I have no reception. I have used it on this phone but on the odd occasion It has been available. The phone is update, I have reconnected the WiFi, the signal to WiFi is excellent, the internet is excellent, I have restarted my phone, and access point many times, booted the phone in safe mode and still nothing. Any suggestions or help otherwise I will have to return the phone :(

Is my contract available for roaming in Portugal? I will be travelling this week for 5 days and need coverage 

I already have an account for my wife under my name. I have just had a new sim for my iPad Pro 11 and want to open another id account. It wont let me..it says my login details(which i submitted on registration page) does not work. It keeps saying my id or password is wrong. All I want is the same as my wife's idmobile app shows.

I have found a new ID Mobile SIM card that I received a few years ago.  I cannot remember why I requested another the SIM, perhaps they were free at the time. My current SIM is working fine. Can I the give this new SIM to a friend? 

I read, that your answers a year ago, and then five days ago, that you did not have a ‘Data only Sim’.Still none ? ..  so . . if I contract/buy a Sim, in order to register it in a mini Huawei router for an iPad, what, if anything, does it require to initially register/work - and for, say 100GB, would that mean it would not be as fast as ‘Data only’ or speed throttled, and what would happen if used in the EU ?

On app ask for phone number when I put in my number which I have transferred to ID mobile the app does not recognise it and if I put the number I got with my sim card that doesn't work either. 

We have a brand new phone and sim, however the message ‘no sim inserted’ comes up. It says that a new sim should automatically work but it does not. I believe the sim is faulty and a replacement needed.  we have also tried the sim in another compatible phone and it doesn’t work in that phone either. 

Hi My oldest contract is coming up to the end of its 24 month term and I don’t want it to renew as I have my new one in place. How do I ensure it won’t renew. I’ve tried to end plan on the app but it send me round in circles. Please let me know what I need to do as soon as possible. Thanks

Hello,I recently visited Ireland with a friend who is Swedish. Firstly, while still in UK, I kept getting messages whenever I texted him saying I may get charged.Once in Ireland I was connected to 3 iD (that was the display) at this point I could not make calls nor could I receive data. When stuck in traffic this is the last thing you need!Please advise.If I incurred extra charges I do not know how much, but your pages suggest there should not be any.Richard

Hi there - I cancelled my sim only after a couple of days and now have a final bill of 87p. My account online doesn’t allow me to pay it as the ‘see more details’ under ‘billing’ doesn’t load. I called the 0333 help number but that’s no good as the phone I called from uses a different ID mobile account. Looking in my bank I can see a direct debit in place so will you take the payment via this direct debit? This is such a hassle!!
