I made an order today for a phone and sim contract and then later discovered you do not support apple watch cellular.  I am clearly within my 14 day window.  I’ve tried to contact your team via the live chat - immediately doesn’t work. I just arrived in Ghana and will be here on business for 3 weeks. I need to get a local sim for local calls but my phone is apparently locked. How do i get this unlocked as I was told when I bought the phone it was unlocked

Hi everybody,Getting really frustrated at the moment. Despite my phone (Samsung A22 5G) being on the list of compatible phones for Wi-Fi calling, I am unable to get Wi-Fi calling. Have set Wi-Fi calling setting to on but no joy there.I know if I have a ‘good’ mobile signal then Android will use that rather than Wi-Fi calling BUT the only signal I get where I am now is from the EE network. I get full ‘bars’ but obviously can’t use my phone for calls/texts etc. Have used the online chat and despite telling them that I have followed their settings, they can’t seem to grasp the fact that the only network signal I get is from EE.Am I destined to being unable to communicate with anybody because of the Android system preferring a network signal over a Wi-Fi one or is there some way of ‘forcing’ Wi-Fi calling ? Pete.

Can Idmobile buy me out of a pre existing contract with another company I have 2 months left and want to make the swap? 

A payment is due out of my bank account today via direct debit, however, the payment will not come out successfully by the end of the day due to insufficient funds.Will ID Mobile charge me a late fee or cut my phone off if this payment is unsuccessful on the day? Or is there a grace period of a few days?Can ID Mobile accept a one off credit card payment instead of the direct debit, and then cancel that individual direct debit?I have attempted to speak to customer services via the chat service but they have been unable to help as they do not understand the issue.

Hi, how can I get a manual review of my application for an account, I have spoken with Experian and had an issue created by Vodafone resolved but because of a previous request with ID Mobile being declined it wont let me order. I now have a clean bill of health for credit but because of the declined automated request it wont go through. Who can I contact or speak to please.

I would like to move my current phone number which is on an ID sim 24 month contract (ive had this number for years) to a new network (BT Mobile- for work purposes) but keep my ID sim active with a new number , is this possible? 

I have tried many times  to contact id ,I first thought that my phone had a fault but tried a new sim from id..still had problems with receiving  and making  calls,  I bought a new phone, put in the new id sim...problems continue,  bought a payg  sim, put it into my original contract phone ,galaxy a51..its working  fine,  please  can someone help to get this problem sorted..I will not be paying  my contract until this is dealt with

Hi!  so my iPhone 13 arrived (hoorah) and yesterday I submitted my PAC code on the ID form and had confirmation that my number would transfer over (this is my business number so extremely important it doesn’t change). I was told it could take up to 24hours for my sim to activate. My sim has now activated, however my old number has not come with it. I cannot request a new PAC from Vodafone as they have cancelled my contract due to the initial request of a PAC.  Any help would be really appreciated. Obviously extremely worried as I have this number printed on vehicles, clothing etc. 

I have just read about Wi Fi calling on iPhones with a detailed description on how to set it up and a link to the iPhones it was possible to use for Wi Fi calling. . Android phones were not listed. My iD Mobile reception is not very good indoors and I often lose the call connection. I would like to set up Wi Fi calling if it’s possible on my phone. My phone is a Motorola G7 Power.I just found the list of compatible phones and mine is not listed. What does a phone have to have to be compatible. I need to know before I buy a new phone as losing the connection during a call is frustrating and embarrassing.

Hi people. I today moved to Id mobile from 3 network. I purchased my iPhone 12 through Carphone Warehouse on a contract with Id mobile. However Wi-Fi calling is not working. I have tried everything I think but any help would be appreciated thanks 

Hi, I've just landed in Corfu and received a message that it is outside of the 50 countries ID mobile have access to in EU. Is that correct? I thought Corfu was part of Greece which is in EU roaming countries and therefore should be included?Anyone know?    

I have recently moved to ID mobile from O2 (around 5 days ago) my number has ported over as i can receive calls and SMS messages, however my phone number will not activate for FaceTime or iMessage. All it keeps saying is “An error occured during activation, try again” I have tried every single step that has been suggested online including the ones suggested by the ID community. I have even been into an Apple store for support but was told that the problem is ID mobile does not support FaceTime or iMessage according to their list of supported carriers but i believe that to be incorrect as many of my family members are on ID mobile and use iMessage and Facetime. I have even been back into carphone warehouse/currys for support but no-one seems interested. Please advise on what to do next as i am currently paying for something that i cannot use

I have just bought two sims for my children and they have installed the app to keep track of their allowances (I pay and control the accounts). The problem is that the Adult Content Filtering switch is accessible from within the app! Is there any way to lock this?

Hi, I have been out of the UK for a loooong time (2 ½ yrs approx). Before leaving I had an ID sim, pay monthly account. All businesses in UK, including my bank, have that number so now that I’m back I would like to get that number back. Two problems:Is it too long a time since the number was used to get it again? How long does a number last?If I can get the number back, how can I get a PAC as I now want to go with another provider. I don’t have the ID sim anymore.I think I’m a lost cause but asking just in case 

Can i call a French mobile number and a French landline number whilst i am in France on my unlimited UK mobile phone call allowance on holiday with my ID mobile Sim Only Monthly Pay as you go Card? Or will it cost me more?

I’ve been with ID mobile for one month and everything is working fine except for calls from my doctor. All other calls from mobiles or landline to my mobile work fine but if my doctor calls me from his landline number my mobile doesn’t ring. Instead I get a banner message pop up on the screen saying I have a voicemail message. When I go to voicemail there is no message there and the call doesn’t show on either my recent or missed call log. I’ve checked all my phone settings and its not a withheld number so no idea why the calls don’t ring like all my other calls. The result is I’ve missed several calls from my doctor and have now asked him to only call me on my landline number. Any suggestions what the problem might be or a solution?

HI, I bought a new mobile two days ago that has arrived today. When purchasing i was asked if i would like to keep my old number. I said yes and entered the PAC code.MY new phone has arrived today along with my ID Mobile sim.It seems that i now have a new number and my old number has not been transferred. I have spoken to the place i ordered and they tell me that everything is in order but it is not.Will my number transfer over? If so when, i thought this would have been done? What should i do?I downloaded the ID Mobile app on my new phone and in the app it has my new number i do not want.Please help asap. I urgently need to send off proof of usage and proof of purchase with make and model of device, IMEI number and date of purchase. Date of first usage, date of last usage, and date and time of black listing. 

I don’t have my transaction code and can’t find it on any emails. How can I get this so I can send my PAC code? Thanks
