Hiid like to unlock my old iPhone so my daughter can use it on another network - it’s an old SE so deffo locked. I can’t work out how to contact ID directly now as I no longer have an account etc to log into chatThanks 

iv placed a order yesterday and it said to wait 24 hour and still not heard anything and cant get on live chat as i don't have a id mobile number

I have installed my new ID SIM and tried to set the Sim Card lock through the security settings on my Samsung S4. On ticking the box to activate the code it immediately expects a code to be entered. I tried leaving it blank but this failed and I now have 2 tries of my 3 left before it locks the SIM, needing a PUK code to re activate.......... What is the default set lock code for ID Sim's? My phone is unlocked, (never was, I bought it unlocked) I had my previous SIM locked but as it is a SIM Lock I assume this was not retained by the Phone.

I currently have a SIM Only monthly contract that I started in 2017. On the app I’m being recommended some newer and better SIM Only upgrade deals. If I take one of these SIM upgrade deals will I keep my number or not?

I cant seem to get the security code for registering what can I do?I've put all the details in correctly. Can someone please help me with this thanks in advance.

How can I get a replacement for a damaged SIM card please?

Hi - we have a holiday home in France and I will be going for 90 days. Would this be classed as my inclusive data and minutes ? 

My mum has just joined iD and has an unlocked Galaxy A12. She was on Tesco Mobile before.At the moment she has both sims in her phone, and I noticed that her default homepage on ‘Samsung Internet’ has changed to Three’s website.I’ve been with iD for over 2 years (with an unlocked Galaxy A51) and my default homepage has always been Google.We can change the homepage, no problem. I was just curious as to whether this has happened to others.Just seemed strange as although iD runs on Three, it isn’t owned by them. 

Can I use your 5g chip in a4g iPad?

I would like to find out how much data I have left so downloaded the iD app and when trying to register it is telling me my number is correct but not my surname or birthday. I have tried this a number of times now.

I’ve just signed up with a contract from Carphone Warehouse. The data speeds are mediocre and I will be returning the phone. But I’d like to make sure that the pending PAC number transfer is cancelled so that I keep my number.How do I do that? I can’t find a contact phone number. 

Switched my old number over to id sim today, saying it’s complete, but I am unable to send texts messages? Anyone know why please? 

I'm trying to send a text message to a local radio competition and my capped limit is set at £75 and the premium box is set to on. The texts still won't send. I didn't have a problem with my old phone. I'm a new customer to ID mobile. What should I do to fix this problem?

I can’t seem to get past the 1p payment and I don’t really understand why because I received a notification from my bank telling me that the payment was successful and that 1p had been withdrawn from my bank account.Does someone have any idea why? Thank you in advance,

i upgraded to the iphone 11 on the 30th of jan and it stated that the phone will be available from the 3rd so its now the 10th of feb and i havent received any sort of delay email or anything like that and the order reference number cant find anything on dpd website, if you could get back to me that would be sick. the order reference number: 120210384

Paid twice in December. Now Id asking fir payment in Jan . Is this just an automated text, can I ignore it, as I'm obviously in credit until Feb?

Hi,was placing an order today (05/03/2022) for a pre-order of the Samsung S22 and on the screen after putting in:  Name, Address, Card Details, agreeing to the 1p charge, the order process crashed with the following message:The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.Your support ID is:  17579213551745299063I clicked the back button and tried again and same result with a slightly different support ID. So question.  Has my order gone through (no emails received so far)?   I don’t want to start the whole process again to end up with two orders.  If you could let me knowThanks, Shaun.

Hi i have had my number ported over this week and i can make a receive calls using the ported number but not able to send or receive texts from that number. When i do send a text it comes up with the number that came with the contract I have spoken to two agents already that told me to go to curry's.I have just spoken to curry's and they told me there is nothing they can do its a network problem and they told me to ring Carphone warehouse i done that and they told me the same thing.I have now spoken to 3 or 4 agents and they all keep telling me there is nothing they can do and go to the curry's store even though its nothing to do with them.I have tried turning phone on and off with sim card in and out was told to check the status in sim slot 1 its says phone number unknown but i am not able to add a number too it.I then go into messages and settings and chat features and its says connected but its connected to the number that came with the contract not the ported one i am also unable t

Hi all,2 questions:1- if I upgrade my SIM only service to a new one, can I keep the same SIM card or will I receive a new one;2- can I port a number from an old provider to a new one after I start the service?thank you in advance for your help

HiMy daughter has had her mobile stolen. I think I have managed to cancel the number through the automated service. However, I need to get her a new sim. She wasn’t set up on the app and therefore I can’t log in. I also can’t register as it says it will send a code through to her phone - not really useful seeing as some oik has it! How do I get a replacement sim please - there must be an easier way!Thanks in advance for any help

This is quite a frustrating issue but recently when paying my bills, I have recieved confirmation via email that my payment has been accepted and confirmed. Unfortunately this has led to me not paying too much attention to the app which is now showing me that I have not made a payed a bill since December despite my payment history clearly showing that I have. In fact believing that I had missed one as my ability to use data, make calls or text (all unlimited) have since disappeared and as such I haven’t been able to contact anybody unless I am using wifi. Each payment I make leaves my bank balance and is confirmed with my bank to have gone through and it seems that every time I pay, the “Payments received” section keeps going further into the negatives despite me now having payed double my plan in the last two months. Hi everyone. Over the course of last few months I'm having 4G issues indoors in my area at work. I barely have any Internet speed on my phone, even though my phone shows LTE+ logo and shows 5 out 5 bars of service. I have a relatively new phone if that matters (Galaxy S8). I can still make calls, only Internet speed is affected. It happens in my office. When I go out on the street it is better, but if I enter a shop on a high street the Internet is slow again. Something with indoor coverage? My postcode is KT1, according to the ID coverage map it is all good. In fact when I started in this office it was all fine, only started happening since late November last year. Just to note, in other places (such as my home) my LTE speed is fine.

I've searched support articles but the last update was 5 months ago. What's the latest with ID Mobile and eSims? I see Three now offer them. I've just received my Pixel Pro 6 and was gutted to see it arrived with a normal SIM, surely you should be close to offering eSims now as well to align with Three?
