Hi,I just got my ID mobile SIM card and when I open my phone (Xperia L3), my phone asked SIM network unlock PIN which I don’t have…. I tried 0000 and 1234 and both didn’t work.Can someone help me to unlock the PIN please?

HiI have been using ID mobile unlimited sim in my home router for several months now and have had no issues until this last week, I run a few smart home gadgets and a couple of TVs etc.I was blissfully unaware of the existence of ID Broadband but It appears that I cannot set up my new Aeotec Smart hub because port forwarding is blocked on the ID Mobile networkSo first do I need a new Broadband sim?  and secondly would port forwarding still be blocked wlth a broadband sim.?At the moment I have a rather expensive Aeotec paper weight.Any help much appreciated. 

Data not working, reset settings, tried aeroplane mode, restarted phone, manually input settings. no solution. 2 days it's been doing this now have an exclamation mark beside my signal bars. WiFi is no problem and still receiving tects and calls 

Trying to reset the password on the phone but id mobil app keep say the following "Oops sorry you have used a special character" even though I haven't used any special characters, is there an fault with the app? I have tried passwords with letters, number, caps, a mix of 2 and three of these, different lengths, 8 digits etc.  I have come to the point where I nearly threw it out the window, this is very fraustrating.

So essentially my current plan was almost up, so I took another plan out that was the same price but had more data. Last time I done this, they just changed the plan behind the scenes and everything went tickety boo, however this time they sent me out a new SIM card and are imploring me to activate it. I've logged into my app and it looked as if the extra data had already applied itself, and everything was good. The question being, do I need to go through the annoying process of activating this new SIM or can I just leave my existing one in? Everything's been working as usual so far, and I'm afraid that the new SIM will have a new phone number attached, and then I'll have to go through the process of getting my current number back (I've had it for 15 years, back when "orange" were still a provider lol)Thank you guys for any kind help.  

Anyone have any idea why my new iPhone 13 won’t let me send text messages when switching to iD?

Is there anyway I can pay a little bit extra a month and use my phone free of charge when roaming in the EU. I work in the navy so I'm away a lot and I don't want to be charged Every time I go away

Is there an outage on the network here?  It is so annoying not being able to use my mobile. It is on 3g only and no auto connect. Have tried all other settings.  I would like to have compensation for this continuing system. I have to wait until July to leave the network.

I changed my contract recently to have a lot of data and tether from my mobile to my laptop but I notice the speed is really slow and completly stop regularly.  My postcode is N15 3DX When I use another provider the speed is way better. Is there a limit of speed with ID tethering? 

Sim only plan. Calls and text okay. Unknown number in about phone. APN settings correct.

Hi there.  I’ve recently contacted iD mobile in regards to poor 4G network coverage in my area. They’ve advised me there’s a fault on my local mast however weren’t able to give me any date in regards to when this will be fixed.  I’m m just wondering if anyone else has had issues in the Chilwell, Nottinghamshire area with data speeds on 4G especially. I am in the NG9 6 area.  Kind Regards, Adam White.    

Phone goes straight to saying am on on other line every time some one calls , so am missing every call I get

I bought a new PAYG SIM in Currys for £5 but I can’t get it to work. I’ve tried it in 3 different phones but all show no bars and “Emergency calls only”. Trying to dial 7777 with the SIM in also fails. The phones are all unlocked and work fine with other SIMs and I live in London where I should get good coverage. Looking over the web site for some way to activate or register the SIM, I can’t find anything that doesn’t require knowing the phone number, which I don’t have. The only number that I have is the 19-digit SIM ID on the SIM card. The only document I got from Currys is the receipt which also has the SIM ID but no phone number. Because I bought it in person and they didn’t ask for an email address, I didn’t get any more information by email. Should I need to activate the SIM? If so, how do I do it without the phone number? Is there a way for me to find out the phone number? As a side note: I tried using the live chat function to ask about this, but that doesn’t work without a pho

I’ve been having a problem when making a call for months now. It usually starts off ok but after a short time I can hear what the other person is saying but they can’t hear me. I’ve tried moving to every room in the house but it doesn’t resolve it, I’ve also bought a new phone but the problem is still there. Any ideas to resolve this?

I am Using an iPhone, message seems to go to other iPhones ok yet to android phones give error message “Not delivered”. Anyone else experiencing this?

Hi. I would like to upgrade my tariff to the advertised sim only upgrade deal for £8 per month. After I’ve chosen the deal it takes me to a payment page where I need to enter my card details. My normal monthly payment is taken by direct debit, so why do I need to enter my card details for payment? Surely my direct debit payment would just be adjusted for the new amount of £8.Thanks in advance.Neil.

Are ID Mobile removing free roaming throughout Europe and introducing some form of daily charge like some of the other mobile companies or are they continuing to provide charge free roaming in Europe like O2 and Virgin?

Hi,I ported my old number without a problem, but the number originally supplied on the iD SIM still shows on Settings>Phone>My Number, and it says on Messages and FaceTime that I only have a certain number of days left with my old/ported number because it is not associated with this phone.I’ve tried changing the number in Settings>Phone>My Number, but it won’t save the ported number.Any suggestions appreciated!Thanks.

Hello.  I am an ex ID mobile customer and I left a couple of years ago.  Today out of the blue I have received a Final Notice Demand for £39.  I have had no other correspodence for any demands of monies untill today.The frustrating part is that I cannot get in touch with ID mobile customer services to sort this out.  The email service complaint@idmobile.co.uk is no longer in use.  The chat bot doesnt work and automated telephone line requires my phone number which is no longer recognised and therefore cuts me off!!!So is there anybody from ID mobile on here get in touch with me with a way to solve this problem please?

How do I register myself as a vulnerable customer 

Do I need a new SIM card for 5G on Motorola G50 ? This model is listed as compatible in your 5G phones list and your coverage checker shows 5G is available in postcode LE2 4PA. When I go into phone settings, the preferred network types offered are only 4G/3G/2G although since changing to my Motorola Moto G7 Power to a G50, I am also now sometimes seeing 4G+ in the top right notifications panel.

I have 2 phones using Id mobile which have had no service for over 1 day.Can this be investigated please? The post code is bh23 8jw.   

Hi I’m considering upgrading my plan. Will ID mobile guarantee to offer inclusive EU roaming at no additional cost after/if Brexit happens? I’m aware it is written in EU legislation but would this legislation continue to apply after Brexit?
