I currently have 3 contract phones with ID mobile, do I need to set up 3 separate accounts and if so do i need 3 different email addresses or can they all be registered to one email?

I have ported my number from O2 to iD, using Iphone 11pro I am unable to receive texts where two-way authentication is enabled and the organisation sends me a verification code to be able to login (e.g. eBay, PayPal, Tax office). I have checked all my settings, the correct number is in both phone and message settings. I tried with iMessage on and off. I tried rebooting the phone. Nothing works and I cannot login into my other accounts without the verification codes from the organisations that send them. Please help!!!

So I bought my Google pixel 6 a few days ago, and ordered a phone case yesterday. However, just today it dropped out of my pocket on its left bottom corner and has a ugly scratch/dent on the side of phone casing. But the screen is fine and the phone works as usual aswell. It's just this is my 2nd phone ever and getting this thing on phone is so sad tbh. Idk if there's is anything I can do or does the warranty cover it or what. Would really appreciate your help. Thank you

My current SIM only Pay Monthly contract with iD is Pay Monthly with a minimum 12 month term, and this is due to end on 7th January 2022.I’ve already received the email advising what my options are and I think I’m ready to choose my upgrade option: I’ve read the linked FAQ and existing question threads and I just wanted to confirm that if I order my new option online that it will take effect from 8th January 2022 (I am also assuming that I will be sent a new SIM that I will have to activate and swap into my phone).Can someone please remind me of what the procedure is (I did this last year but I’ve forgotten what I did)?

Getting oops try later message - happened yesterday and still can't access- are their any issues?

I left ID mobile in August and know that access to the online account continues until February. I'm just checking what happens then. Is it just that access stops, or do I receive any sort of notification by email or post, receive a final payment summary or anything like that? Thanks for any information.

my billing address is different to my shipping address and i had no option to change it when i purchased my new phone. i contacted ID (twice), they said they couldn't change my address and needed to contact DPD. i contacted DPD and they said they couldn't change it as ID put a lock on changing my address and that the only way to change my shipping address was for ID to contact the DPD community manager and change it manually. please can you contact the DPD/ID support manager and do this ASAP as my phone arrives tomorrow and if it goes to my billing address i wont be able to retrieve it. DM me for my new shipping address. it's a joke that there is no option to make your billing address different to your shipping address, and that you cant easily change it

Hi, I registered my Account using the ID mobile number, then completed the PAC form to transfer my old number across. I’ve now received confirmation the number transfer has completed. My understanding is my account should automatically reflect the updated number but it hasn’t done so yet - is there anything else I need to do/how long does it usually take to update on my account?thanks,R

Hi do we know how long it's gonna take for my old number to transfer been over 5 days now .And now saying in my services sorry your port in request can't be submitted at the moment please try again later?????

Recently I received a bill unrelated to my present plan for 18.00 pounds. My present plan was changed in November & is 3.99 ponds per month. I contacted Chat & hopefully resolved the situation however in the meantime I told him that I intended to cancel my direct debit until I was sure that no further bills of this sort were coming. Today I received an email & text making me aware that this does not cancel my contract & please reinstate my DD. I do not want my contract cancelled & I am in credit to the tune of 7.99  but until I am sure of no further bills for this amount I will not re instate my DD.

I would like to cancel my iDMobile sim only monthly account as it is not being used anymore. However: I’m not registered for MyAccount so cannot process online I do not have access to the phone anymore so I can’t receive a text to create an account

Hi there   I am trying to port my number to a new network provider and I am receiving an invalid PAC when using the ID Mobile app and the SMS service.   My code starts with TEL and I understand it should start with VTM.   Can someone assist me with getting a valid PAC please?   Thanks in advance

Every month I get an Id mobile bill sent to me. I live in Australia and do not have an account with id. I cannot find a method to contact Id mobile to stop this. Can anyone help?

Hi, I want to change my email address on my account but it is asking me to verify though my old email address. I cannot access my old email account at all, so cannot verify.  how can I change my email address in this instance?  Thanksjennifer  

Hi, how do i cancel a cancellation request ? 

I used the online activation system for my replacement Sim (Change in  Plan already with iD Mobile ) whilst the old sim was still in the phone. Having completed the activation process I then put the replacement sim in the phone. The phone now shows ‘No Service’.How do I get it to connect to system ?

My Poco F3 briefly displayed a new icon ‘VO WiFI’ in the status bar this morning. Does anyone know under what circumstances this would appear? It’s disappeared now and I’ve never seen it before today. I’m assuming it means Voice over Wifi but as far as I know my phone hasn’t been enabled for this service on the iD network even though my phone is capable and has both Volte and Wifi calling options switched on. 

Will I be able to get unlimited data for my £20 a month when roaming in Europe?

Can someone advise why I received data roaming charges on my bill whilst travelling to St Martin/St Marteen ?St Martin/St Marteen is a carribean island of two halves (half French, half Dutch)St Martin is listed as being able to use your allowances, but there is no mention of St Marteen. I cannot tell on my bill if charges relate to one side or both sides. 

Since returning from abroad two weeks ago the signal in RG9 2HX has dropped so much that the signal is unusable at times. I keep losing the service on my Samsung A51 mobile, even using wi fi calling. I have been a customer of ID for over 3 years, and the signal has never been ok on wi fii calling but recently it is non existent. I did consider leaving ID and joining 1234, Vodaphone EE or O2 because their services show up on a search when ID is not there.   I don’t want to leave ID, and Vodaphone was useless when I used Talk Talk here. ID have good deals for phones and airtime, and I want to stay with them ideally. They say I have to pay £186 to close my account early.  I am stuck with a near useless service. Is there a faulty mast or some other thing that has to be fixed here please?. Can I leave ID for less - or can you give me a service that I pay for, and the 50gb of internet use. I use so little data due to the poor service at  home that it rolls over to nearly 100gb each month!  I

I've just moved to iD having upgraded to the Samsung S21 5G handset from the S10. The issue is that signal reception (wifi calling or phone) round the house is patchy . When outside the house the reception is between patchy to non-existent. I put the new iD sim card into my old 4G S10 and phone/data reception in the house and outside were good, so clearly not network related.I can see a number of people reporting the same issue online with the S21 and 5G and am wondering if it is a known issue and what the resolution is? My postcode area is DE3.

Hi there,My data don’t get rollover. I had about7GB left from last month plus the new 4GB this present month I should get 12GB but instead I only got 8GB.How do you contact ID mobile to sort this out?RegardsSophia
