I need to change my number but can’t make a call to 7777 due to Covid-19. Can I please get details on how I can do this?

I am having trouble entering the PAC code I received from O2 and my mobile number in order to keep my current number. An error message keeps appearing everytime I enter the numbers in correctly. Please help ASAP! 

Hello, I have bought a new iD contract and I'd like to transfer the number from my old iD sim to my new one but the iD app will not allow this as it is a PAC code from a sim of the same carrier. Other carriers seem to allow this. So can you please help me with this?

I have not yet recieved my sim card when will it be delivered please? My bill is due on the 1st? i will not pay the days i have missed also please resolve this.

My daughter has an ID Mobile sim, that I pay for. She’s lost all data signal in the past week or so. She has loads of data left though. Can someone please contact me about this?

My partner and I have just moved over to ID mobile, my number has ported across successfully but his hasn't. I have sent him several texts and he's not receiving them. When he texts me back the number is a different number, however when I call his number that he was supposedly keeping it rings on his phone. What's going on? 

Hello ID MOBILE, I'm not a current customer but I would like to get your £16 - 30 day monthly plan, which gives 100GB data. I want to renew the contract every month (MYSELF), but your registration process wants to set up a direct debits - which I do not want.Can you please help me start the sim, without the direct debit, so I can put money on it when i am ready. I also can't seem to post any questions, ask anyone or communicate with anyone on this community. Please just answer my question or send/post it wherever it goes in your web. For the record I only want the sim if I can renew it myself, rather than direct debit. Thank you

Pixel 6 Pro arrived today from Google, put my ID Mobile SIM in it....no signal. Put the SIM back in my Pixel 5a, all working.Tried the wife's SIM card, she's also on IDMobile, not working.Tried an EE SIM and a Vodafone SIM in the Pixel 6, all working fine.IDMobile trying to fob me off on that the handset has an issue, that it's network locked. Google saying it's a network issue as it works with the other Sims.Google do not sell network locked phones.Anyone else get this? Or on Three/Smarty? (IDMobile use threes network)

Hi. I purchased this iPhone 12 mini may 2021. It’s on contract and was a brand new device. I have been having numerous issues with the device, the main one being the battery life!! I have recently been finding the device crashing and freezing. I have since looked at the device’s battery health and battery’s maximum capacity. Currently it is 94%. Two days ago it was 97%. Is there anyway to regain full battery capacity? If not would this be covered under guarantee? If yes to guarantee cover how do I go about this? I’m forever having to charge the device. When off charge I’m lucky if the battery lasts 2-3 hours before losing power. Thank you in advance!

I keep getting this error when trying to submit my PAC, all my details are correct as I have checked them and re-entered them over and over, I saw there were posts about this same issue 3 months ago but it was said to be a fault with the system and there wasn’t any resolution to my problem.

I am in the middle of bringing my number to ID. 1. Do I need to keep my new ID sim active in order for the porting process to take place? 2. If i don't, and only continue using my old sim (cause I don't want to miss out on important calls until the porting), will it be a problem? 3. Will I be notified on my number (that i plan to keep) of porting completion? Or would I only be notified on my new ID sim (which will then have my number that i want to keep)?

I payed the day after my payment was due, however my network is complete cut off, I don't have data, nor can call or text. This is very strange since all my payments are up to date. On one of my message that didn't go through, it says that service not activated on network. 

Help! I’ve lost my mobile phone so I need to block the SIM and get a new replacement SIM sent to me.However I can’t access my ID account as I have forgotten the password - and the security code to reset it is being sent….to my lost mobile phone!Please could a helpful ID Mobile technician suggest what I should do next? I would like to stay with ID Mobile. I really need to keep my mobile number but can’t currently see how to get a new SIM if I can’t access my account. Many thanks for any helpful advice and suggestions. 

Hi, I’m a new ID mobile user and asked to port my old number to ID. I’ve received a text that ID mobile has successfully transferred my number to ID. However, I’m not able to receive any phone calls. When I dial out or text to someone, my ported (old) number showed up to someone else’s phone but I can’t receive a call if someone calls to my number. Temporary number provided on making the new contract with ID is not working anymore, which I think porting my old number to ID SIM has been done but not 100% successfully. I checked my old SIM with EE, which I put to my other phone, is still working, receiving and calling from someone. However, when I called to my old number from ID sim, I got the voice message that the number is busy.  I think some problems has occurred during the porting my old number to ID so it has only partly done. I have turned on/off several times but it’s still the same. As far as I know, once the old number ported to new SIM, old SIM should be inactive automatically

I have received my new sim card and provided PAC code to yourselves to port old number over. I am still receiving coverage from my old network (02) however when i put my ID mobile sim in it does not bring anything up and doesn’t recognise the sim. I have tried all the trouble shooting with no success. The phone is compatible and ive tried switching off etc. Can you please advise?Thanks

In theory, is it possible to top up on a PAYG sim for £10 and use that £10 for 1 year. I make only one or two calls per month that are a minute each. I do not text or use data.

Hi all,I helped a friend sort out a new 30 day rolling SIM only iD plan about two weeks ago, and we already realise now that he needs to step up a level or two and have a similar plan but with more data allowance.When we login to his account the ‘Upgrade’ option is unavailable till April (that’s OK and it does say the account is too new) but… the option to simply ‘Change Plan’ just says no alternative plans available?I am hoping that once his first 30 days are up in about two weeks the option to change up the plan will become available - can anyone advise on this please?Thanks in advance, all we can do at the moment is either buy a data addon or up the cap on the account temporarily, both relatively expensive options.Nigel.

I need this to send to my insurance company but am finding it impossible to get to talk to a human being at ID. Is there a phone number, which doesn't send me through to an automated chat line or an email address?
