If I don't use any data for three or four months does that unused data get added onto the fourth or fith month?Basically, how long can unused data rollover, months, years?

I just cancelled my ID contract and when looking at Curry's website seen an offer I want and it's with ID anyways... How can I cancel this and get an upgrade if I was eligible? Help please andnisandnis there a phone number to speak to someone or a live chat???  

Hi All,My number has ported over so texts and phone calls come from my transferred number - this works perfectly. I have a message confirming the switch from last week from ID Mobile.My new iPhone 13 cannot send iMessages to iPhone phone numbers - only email address.I’ve tried turning off/on  iMessages / FaceTime - which is on highlighted as possible solution on this forum multiple times - it doesn't work.I’ve tried the sign out /in of iCloud but no success.Looking at my iCloud account it will only accept iMessages from my original number (ie my ported number). The consequence is that for my contacts who start messages from their phone number - I can no longer use iMessages (only text messaging is available). It also seems to send the message 3times. In phone settings - the original id mobile phone number is still displayed. If I try to edit and save it to my ported number and it instantly reverts back to the ID number. On another phone companies forums this issue has been attributed t

Hi, order for iPhone 13 pro placed on 12th Dec, handset charge deducted from my account 13th Dec and email received to say order is still processing etc.  just want to get an update as I’m pre-empting the date being pushed back (missing Christmas!) and left in the dark like many others on here. thanks,R 

Hi, I’m moving to ID from another network and my new SIM card arrived today. I inserted it into an unlocked Oppo Reno 2 and my phone simply says “No SIM card inserted”. I have also tried it in an unlocked Oppo Reno A72 with the same result. I intend on using a PAC code to port my old number but am waiting for this issue to be resolved. I have tried multiple restarts as well as checking my settings on my phone and installed them using the online “Check my settings” tool. Is there anything that can be done to resolve this?

Recently renewed one plan and bought another new one, however I want to swap the numbers around so that the new plan is assigned to my other number. How can this is achieved?

I couldn’t really find a medium to report back an issue with the Have Your Say survey that is distributed to new customers, so hopefully someone from ID mobile will see this and flag it to the customer satisfaction team.In short the survey has a question “Where did you purchase your iD Mobile plan” which, when answered as a website purchase, takes you down the question path of Currys in-store based purchases which aren’t relevant.Thought it was worth flagging as it’s probably screwing with CSAT information :) 

I moved to ID a few days ago. I think my number had carried over, except What’sApp keep sending messages that my number is not the same. 1, Can someone confirm if my number can be transferred with meOn the ID app, my number is still showing as the ID number, not the number I wanted to bring with me. 

A bit confused as to why I have been charged more than expected.  I don’t understand what the pro-rated calculations have been and was NOT made aware of this when I signed any paperwork. 

I have got an new Iphone 13 pro, I used to be with iD but have been with another operator for the past 2 years.  I have had my number ported over but my data plan does not seem to be added to the phone?  I have got round the problem of my email being used in the past by logging on using mymobilenumber@idmobile.co.uk as the logon & my plan is now showing correctly on the main screen (unlimited everything).  I don’t think it is working correctly though, only when using wifi as there are already some extra charges showing on my plan. (for texts)?     In settings can see the option to  Add data plan, it then asks for a QR code.  I do not have a QR code & I don’t think iD supply them.  As an alternative it asks for the SM-DP+ Address, the activation code and the confirmation code (optional).  Where can I get these from?

My phone has suddenly stopped sending text messages.I have turned it on and off and checked the number is correct in Message Centre settings.It just shows message failed. 

I put a query up, someone has sent me a private message but when I click on the link it says I am not authorised to do this?

Hi - please can somebody advise if we use the existing iphone Sim or the new one that has been sent with the upgraded iphone? Both are iphones, it is definitely an upgrade that we did through the ID mobile account - we’re just not sure which Sim to pop into the new phone? ThanksGaz

I recently upgraded to a 24 month contract after having a sim only contract (month to month) which was only £7 per month. However after upgrading I find I am still being charged the £7 as well as the new contract. It was an upgrade as I have kept the number. Chatbot is totally useless

I have requested to keep my number , have been told it’s done , I receive text from that number but texting out is from the I’d number , any ideas why this is ?

Hi,I’m stuck in limbo due to ID’s inability to transfer my number across.A PAC transfer was performed on Black Friday, but number didn’t port. Escalated further but received no contact, which lead me to cancel my contract within the cooling off period as I had no confidence in the ability of the CS team.Low and behold, number was transferred yesterday, but my contract had already been disconnected.So I now have no working phone number, and cannot contact anyone from your company to deal with this.How do I resolve this? Kind Regards & Stay SafeChris Harrison

Hi How long does it takes to port a number from another network, to iD before the number is refreshed by iD?I have searched the Forums and can see that this is a common issue but can't see what the fix is.I moved from O2 and had a text from iD mobile to say that my old number had been ported over successfully. However, When I text people, they are seeing the number allocated by iD (the number I don't want to keep) and not my original number (the number I do want to keep), so don't recognise me as being the sender.Phone calls are ok and my correct number displays for people I am calling. My number (the one I am keeping) is showing up correctly in my handset settings (Samsung S21) and on the iD Dashboard.Per advice I have read, I have turned my phone off completely a couple of times before switching it back on and reconnecting to the network and it still hasn't updated for texts.Can you please advise how to fix this?Many thanks

Hi,I’m looking to get another SIM under my existing account if possible?It’s not a problem if I have to create another account, however I’d like to be able to choose a number with some sort of memorable pattern, is this an option? 

I checked my iD account recently and found .84p ‘Out of Plan’ charges for six text messages - even though my Plan has unlimited text messages included.  Both of these number are regularly used by me, so I queried the charge with ‘Live Chat’ and was told it was a mistake by iD and the fee would be waved (sic).  I was told “The fault is by us which is why we have compensated the amount as we had an error with the text.”. I’ve just checked my account and the charge is still showing.  Does anyone know how long it takes for this to be removed?  I know it’s not a lot of money, but I’ve absolutely no faith in iD at the moment due to all the problems my husband is experiencing with them so don’t want to pay for something that’s iD’s fault.
