I ordered my sim on 18 Jan and received an email that it’s been dispatched on 19 Jan. I still haven’t received it. I have also received an email that the DD has been set up but I still haven’t received my SIM card.  The chat agents were very unhelpful and unable to give me any information. 

I have the WiFi calling option enabled on my Samsung A51. It's listed as a compatible phone. However it doesn't work. When I have no reception the WiFi calling doesn't kick in. I've also tried to force it by switching onto airplane mode and switching WiFi back on (and checking the WiFi setting is on again). Still no success.I have tested my husband's EE sim in my phone and it works perfectly, so it's definitely a network issue and not a phone issue.

I have upgraded my phone but wish to use my old phone (huawei p smart 2020 from iD) with a vodafone sim using wifi calling (no signal at home). It works fine with every carrier (iD, EE, Plusnet) but not vodafone, any ideas

Samsung A52s 5g shows emergency calls only on locked screen but shows signal on unlocked screen. Will not let me access any app as it shows no connection

Hi All,   How do I cancel my contract, I’ve got the email from ID Mobile to say I can cancel as end of 24 month contract and when I follow the steps via the My Account, it says to contact ID Mobile but I can't do. The chat is always busy, How do I cancel without contacting?   Thanks

I submitted my PAC to retain my number on the 3rd/4th Nov 2021 and was informed that my number would be transferred on 5th Nov 2021. I checked my account today (9th Nov 2021) as I have been missing expected callbacks and it looks like the transfer failed with the following message with no other notification: “Sorry, your port-in request can't be submitted at the moment. Please try again later.“ The live chat isn’t working for me, even with scripts enabled and trying it on various web browsers, so I’m unable to contact customer service. What is happening and what’s the reason for the failed transfer? I really need my old number to be transferred otherwise there would’ve been no point in moving to ID Mobile. Please help!

HelloI transferred my mobile number on the app last night however I've had a text today confirming my line is now live on my new mobile number Live chat is automated and so is the phone line.... 

Can an ID Mobile unlimited data SIM be used as a MIFI (mobile broadband) SIM?I have an unlocked Huawei MIFI device that I am currently using with an EE data only SIM. I have previously used it with a Three data only SIM. If I take out a new contract with ID Mobile for an unlimited data SIM can I use it as a mobile broadband data SIM in my existing Huawei MIFI?Really this is a question regarding the ID Mobile terms and conditions of the contract rather than a technical question. 

Hi - if I am messaging anyone not with an iPhone, my iPhone 13 is sending 3 messages at a time yet telling me they have not sent. I have followed all the advice regarding switching off iMessages/FaceTime and sorting the numbers. I did have another number attached to it and that’s now been fixed. I’ve reset it a number of times, tried sending messages with iMessages on and off and it’s still happening. 

Can I change my number 1 year into my contract to a number on my other phone that is just about to end contract?Thanks

No problem with network until today. Cannot make/receive calls, error message 'not registered on network'. (Wifi etc fine, bills up to date...) ???

Hi, this morning I checked the id app and it says I have an outstanding balance of the amount the contract is worth monthly. I am confused as all payments have been made and no payment has been missed. This is the last month on the contract as well.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Showing 4G signal with 3 bars in Galgate/Lancaster area, but have had no data connectivity for the last few days (only in this area). Same for other ID users I know. Can you confirm this is a known fault that is being fixed, please?

Fairly simple one hopefully - I currently have a 4G phone on idMobile and am planning to buy a 5G phone. Will my existing SIM give me 5G, or do I need to get a new one from ID?

I’ve had my id mobile (iPhone 12) for 6 days and the last 2 I’ve been at work, where I’ve had a terrible signal.  It says 2 bars on 4g, yet won’t even open my mail app, or any others for that matter. The coverage checker says I should have a signal, but that’s not the reality. I’d like to cancel and go with another provider. I know O2 has good coverage at my work postcode as I’ve got a work mobile on their network. My work postcode is IG119XW.

My recent order for a Sim Only deal was declined with the following message: "We’re sorry but we’ve had to cancel your order (xxxxxxxxxx) as it didn’t pass our internal security checks". I am contacting you to find out if there is a way to find out why?I have an excellent credit rating and had a sim card account with you previously with no issues.Ive lived at the same address for over 20 years and own my own house with no mortgage. My bank balance is extremely healthy!! I cant understand why I have been declined for a sim only monthly account, for a very small amount. Any advice would be appreciated thank you

I've cancelled my phone & returned it as I haven't got signal where I am. I've had contradictory information over live chat throughout it all. All Im trying to do now is pay my final bill. I've been told how much it is but they haven't emailed me it and I can't view it online. Chat wont send me it & the email address I was told to request it at has automatically replied saying it will get back to me within 5 days but that email is only used for me to send documents to! Is there a phone number I can use to request my bill? I want to view it to get an actual bill before paying it. I log in online, go to billing, see the amount & where it says click for further details it just asks for my password again & does nothing. The person on chat earlier told me it hadnt been emailed as they dont have my email address!! Its been a complete farce since the beginning of the contract a couple of months ago. Any help is really appreciated

Hi,I keep getting the unhelpful message “Something went wrong!” when I click Submit to provide my PAC. All fields on the page have been completely correctly as per the instructions. Is there a human being I can talk to because I cannot proceed with my account without this?
