I'm in the EU at the moment and have received  a message saying my PAYG bundle has expired.  I renewed the bundle - twice - and  I  know the payments went through, but my profile tells me  have no bundle and no credit.Please tell how I  can reactivate my phone. 

I was wondering if there is any update re inclusive roaming in the EU after Brexit as I know it is up to each individual company and other companies are continuing so hopefully ID is too? 

If I upgrade my phone before my contract runs out for the phone I currently have do I have to return the phone or can I keep it? 

I need help please to change my number ASAP. I have had to turn my phone off completely to avoid contact from a group of people who have sent death threats. I have a crime reference number and need help please do I can use my contract.

Hi,I have an Idmobile Monthly Sim only sim in my Samsung a3 2016 and want to upgrade to a Samsung a52S 5g. Customer Service tell me that I am eligible to upgrade.I think that if i i upgrade on-line a new phone will be sent to me in the post.  If I move the sim card from my old phone to the new one it will keep the number.  Both phones use a Nano sim I think.  I then copy my data , contacts etc to my new phone. If anything goes wrong I can return the sim to my old phone and will have a usable phone.  I can then return here for help or go to Carphone Warehouse and ask nicely for help.Advice please, anything I have missed or easy, simple ways to do things

I am due an upgrade but trying to do it online for the first time, when I try to register to the app or website I enter my phone number, year of birth and last name with no issues but then when I request a security code nothing comes through. I have tried many times on both the app and website with no luck. Is there any fix?

Good Afternoon,I currently have an Oppo Find X2 Pro with EE and we live in a 4G Calling/voLTE area.I know  the Oppo Find X2 Pro is capable of it too, and i use it quite frequently at home. We have just purchased the same phone but with ID Mobile but it doesn't appear on the list of phones for 4G calling. Is this a mistake on ID’s part (as in the list isn’t up to date)  Surely if mine phone works with voLTEe my wifes should, its not network dependent is it?

I need support and have searched everywhere on site on how to get a person to liaise. BOT is useless when you have a question which it can’t answer. Cannot get live chat and there’s no email address or phone number. Very frustrated. Spent an hour looking around. My questions are  Can you provide me an alternative pricing. If I keep my existing phone and simply have a SIM card with the same minimum plan of data as now as in two years I haven’t used data. Then a separate price for a new iPhone 13 with a similar plan with minimum data. I was hoping to be able to afford this but if I cannot get an answer I’m going to leave IDMOBILE and go to another provider who provides a human being.

Why can't I use my data it is always turned on but says no connection 

Recently started 2 year contract on Iphone 12 with ID mobile and received a late handset on 9 September. I am within the 30 day return wiindow ...just. Wondering is it worth the hassle having to return handset and ask for iphone 13 Instead for next couple of years of contract. Think on same termsof contract there would only be 10/12 £ difference per month - i am currently £33 with Iphone 12 Anyone got any advice!?

My phone has randomly started to say no service whenever I’m out of the house, and at home it says iD WiFi Call but with no signal bars. I have tried turning it on and off and removing the SIM card and putting it back in. I have the latest iPhone software update and no carrier update is available on settings. All my bills are paid and up to date.

I submitted my PAC code on Friday 2nd October, but my number still hasn't been ported across from O2 over a week later.  I have spoken with 3 people on Live chat and they can see that the PAC code is with you (or with Three actually) and they have said to wait 48 hours and that it will be sorted out.  It is now over a week since I sent the PAC code and I still don’t have my number.  This is completely unacceptable.  I need my number for work - I am self employed and all my marketing material lists my existing number.  I need this sorting out ASAP TODAY

I can’t get the website on chrome. When I try to open it, I just get a green banner along the top with the iD mobile logo on it and another banner above it saying this page is displayed in hungarian. The little loading circle goes crazy as well. Can you help?

Hi, I opened a SIM only contract on 16/01/2021 as well as setting up a direct debit for it. However, after requesting for a PAC code from EE on 19/01/2021, they actually contacted me and proposed a cheaper deal. So on 20th I started the process of cancelling the contract with iD Mobile via your website only for it to continuously show the following error "Invalid Request, Validating the request has been failed with CMP6 details” - one of many bugs on your website/app. My request to cancel the contract was officially processed on 21/01/2021 by an agent through the live chat. So the cancellation was done within the 14 day cooling-off period and I had not used the sim card at all (even having confirmation from the agent that I will not be charged).I have always maintained a good credit score and I know how detrimental it can be having defaults so as a precaution I left my direct debit active and I even tried checking my account multiple times weeks after cancelling but I couldn’t access “

Hello, I have pre ordered the iPhone 13 Pro Max on the 18th but I still haven't received any dispatch message. My order reference number is 118199160. I would like an order update. I am a new customer and I have not received my SIM and can't contact live chat. Thank you

I can’t make calls or receive calls, when I try to call out it won’t even ring and says ‘call failed’. I found this out while trying to ring 999 (luckily my mum was with me and was able to call on her phone - she is also with iD) but when someone calls me it rings on their end and eventually says that my number is busy. I can’t see anything in my settings that would be causing this. I have an iPhone 7 if that is of any relevance.

Like so many others, I have just logged in to my ID Mobile account and I see a notice informing me that I have an outstanding balance? My direct debit is setup and active and the account has available funds but ID Mobile have not requested any payment to date?  What is going on? It clearly shows on the bill that the direct debit will be taken today or immediately after and yet my online account informs me that my account is now overdue? I hope my credit report doesn’t get any late payment markers listed against it for this month!

I have a Samsung S10 5G that has the WiFi calling toggle and also supports WiFi calling. It has worked with other Sims for this feature before. However I cannot get WiFi calling working with my new ID mobile SIM. Why is this? Any help appreciated as I just cannot understand why it is not working.

I have received an email asking me to make a payment as otherwise the service will be suspended. I have a standing order with the bank and never missed a payment. I have just called 7777 twice , where the automated service infromed me that my balance is 0. I cannot log into my account either through the website or the app. 

I have a monthly SIM only plan for £5 per month, but saw a better deal- unlimited minutes for £6 for 12 months- while checking my minutes on the secure website. I clicked to purchase the new SIM, only to find myself on the public website where I had to enter all my details again, undergo a credit check, and finally, make a card payment for 0.1p. WHY???  All to buy a £6- per month SIM deal. At this point I decided not to bother. Why is it such a hassle? Elsewhere it says you don’t need a credit check to upgrade your phone.I’m already a customer. They know all of this already.

I want to always have the time on my Galaxy A12, as i did with my A3. I enquired with Samsung as to why I don’t have an Always On setting and they said my phone was not genuine. Hello.I transferred my number form 02 to I'd a few days ago. I got told my number had be successfully transferred however when people call me it's fine, but if they text me it goes to my old phone with my old sim. But if I try and text someone it comes on there phone with the number that originally came with my sim. Note:the phone I have is an oppo A54 5G

I placed my pre order on 22/09/21 wasn’t expecting to receive on launch ordering so close to release but thought I would have got a delivery date by now. Any way I can pick up in store or just find out when I’m receiving??any help would be great thank you

Basically the title says it all. I’ve been a customer for a few years now, and suddenly I get an email saying I haven’t paid my monthly bill. Nothing has changed at my end, the same bank, same account and money there ready to pay, so why the email?  

I have had an email saying I have an outstanding balance but my direct debit agreement is still set up. I have tried logging on to the app but it says no network. I can't log on to my account online as it won't let me due to connection issues. Not sure what I'm supposed to do? It says my account will be suspended..
