Hello. I’ve just logged on to my iD account to check how many minutes I have remaining in my allowance (plenty!), only to find a message banner at the top saying there is an outstanding balance of my regular monthly payment and requesting payment. I can’t understand why, as there is a direct debit agreement set up, which you have been using to take the money from my bank account every month without a problem since it was set up earlier this year when I joined iD Mobile. When I go to My billing it says twice as much will be due by the July payment date. However, you have yet to take June’s payment. It’s due on 17th of the month and usually comes out of my bank account on 18th or thereabouts. I’ve contacted my bank and they say there is no problem at their end. What’s going on, please? There is no outstanding balance. By the way, I tried logging a complaint via www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-support-complaints-procedure as directed by an iD voicemail but I get a 404 - Page Not Found message

When I try to login to my account (either using the app or website) it appears to time out. It’s not the internet connection as I can access other sites (this one for instance).  I need to login because, for some unknown reason, iD haven’t taken my DD this month yet sent me an email stating I haven’t paid. DD set up correctly and has been paid previously. Bank says all in order and iD haven’t requested it.  help!

Does anyone have any idea what the delivery is on this? I've not had any emails since ordering Friday and can't create an account because I don't have a number yet. Thanks

Hi, my son would like to take over as bill payer and upgrade his phone, how do we do this, and what are his options? 

I bought a simple phone for my wife but I've had to change phones as the original phone gat dropped and smashed. (It hasn't been used for quite a while as my wife has been in hospital) Having charged the new phone and transferred the SIM all I can get is EMERGENCY and can't do anything with it

My delivery is Monday the 20th, which is obviously wrong. It also says it will deliver to my neighbours, I really don’t want that, I would never see it again. I can’t seem to change this. The DPD help is automated, so useless. Who do I contact, Id mobile, Carphone warehouse or keep trying DPD. How do I contact the right person? Thanks

Hi since early last week, 13/09/21  my phone signal [4G] is very poor and sometimes cuts out altogether. Up until then I had no issues although never had a great reception. Is there any network problems in my area my postcode is BA1 6QJ. This is occurring on both my android and my husband’s Apple mobiles.

New IPhone 6 sends texts in triplicate - each text is sent 3 times and tells me that the text is undelivered.  Have turned the phone off and back on again, taken sim out and put it back and have reset network settings.  Can’t use 7777 - lnog story.  Any suggestions/help would be appreciated. Suspect this is a rare problem.

I have a Redmi Note 9 Pro and for the past 4+ weeks I've had data issues. Data is almost always unavailable, I have unlimited data so this shouldn't be a problem. I haven't moved house, I live in the same area. I've restarted phone, changed between LTE and 3G but still having issues. Not ideal when my WiFi provider is also down it leaves me unable to use my phone at home. Any reported issues in FY area Lancashire?

Hi all was just about to buy a iphone 13 and noticed it said it would not work on id5g however it is on the 5g supported list.Can someone confirm if this phone will work with 5g or not before i buy it.Thanks

I need to change/return my SIMO contract which I purchased on the website 10 days ago and started using yesterday. All guides points to Live Chat but there is just no way to get to it to launch - tried 5 browsers and waited too long for anything to happen. 

I bought an iPhone XR January 2020, I have lost the sim so using a different one, I don’t know what the number of the sim that was lost and can not log in to change what card the bill comes out of, is there someone who can help me? 

Hello, My mum registered her name as well as her billing details to my iD Account and I want to change it to my name as well as my own billing details.I've seen that I'm able to change the profile details but not the account name.I'm able to change the billing details but since I can't change the account name, it's not able to change. How do I solve this problem?

I recently spent a few days in France, 12th to 17th September.  It was spent at Hautmont in Northern France near the Belgian border.  So, however you look at it I was definitely in the EU. However I have received a message:-“Looks like you’re roaming outside of the EU. Be aware that roaming costs can be expensive, for information on your rates please visit idmobile.co.uk/roaming” It does seem as if I have been charged a lot for one lot of data, used up my £10 top almost completely on very little data.  So what has gone wrong?  Can I get a refund of the overcharge?

My wife had a SIM  & cancelled she has a bill of 0.63p. Today I tried to pay by phone but it brings up my account. She does not have an account so what do we do? Her bill told her to call 0333 003 7777 to pay but because it’s from my phone it brings up my account & billing. Stupid...what is the anawer?

I have a new iD contract with a Samsung AO2 phone.  Is there a way to send photos to myself via email?  I would never have bought the contract if I knew that I couldn’t save photos, I had an old iphone before on a vodafone contract.  How do I save photos please?

I’ve recently swapped over from vodaphone and when trying to set up my mobile banking I’ve noticed I can’t receive verification codes! This seems to be from all companies including Amazon, banks and paypal. I’ve spoken to someone on live chat but won’t hear anything back for 48 hours apparently. Does anyone know how to fix this as I really need to access my online banking ! 

Hi, just wondering whether anyone can help with this! Just realised that my phone is not receiving any incoming telephone calls or text messages but I can make phone calls and sent texts. When people try and call me it says number is not recognised. Has anyone come across this before? Thanks

Hi there!im a new customer, & have chosen an unlimited data plan.From what I can see in the drop-down menus (unlimited isn’t listed), there’s no cap on the data in Spain/the Canaries - can I double check that this is the case before I activate my sim?ThanksJon

Incoming wi fi call goes straight to voicemail. Outgoing wi fi calls ok. Incoming carrier calls OK. Using Huawei P smart 2021 with latest s/w. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm due an upgrade tomorrow, and think I'd like the galaxy s20 fe 4g. I was reading through the specifications and sumsungs sale pitch, and it state's on the id site that the fe 4g they are offering comes with the snapdragon 865 chip is this correct??

I don’t get any service anywhere

Has anybody else has difficulty getting a direct debit date changed. I have recently stated a new job which means my payday has changed, ID will not allow me to change it via the app for some reasons and I am unable to do it over the phone due to 'compliance' reasons. Staff very unhelpful. Having a finance background I can only assume that ID mobile are unable to do this over the phone because they do not have the correct GDPR process in place or their systems are not designed to deal with them. May have something to do with their customer service and billing departments being based overseas. I am considering launching an investigation into this, I am very concerned that our data is now at risk with ID Mobile.
