Today  I wanted to look into buying another SIM only deal for my cellular camera but each time I try I get “Problem loading page” I am using Firefox so I tried Chrome but exactly the same. Any ideas how to over come this? Thank you...

Hi this evening I applied to change my plan but have had an email saying that a sim is being sent, I don’t need a sim card or pac code or to transfer a number, I already have one with an active number. My current plan is £8 a month 10gb data unlimited calls and texts. The change was to £8 a month 15gb data unlimited calls and texts.I can’t find a real person to talk to and the chat bot is no help. I don't seem to be getting all my text messages. It's random as to what I don't get, but a few examples include one from a frequent contact and messages to say I have voicemail. It's been happening for about a month now. I have no signal issues and have cleared out old messages. Does any have any ideas on how to fix this?The ID Chatbot is useless. 

I have been with ID since 2nd Jan 2018 on a pay monthly rolling service (contract ended 02 Feb 2018)I have had no issues with my service but the time has come to move to another provider (likely Three) as my usage is about to change.I see it is easy enough to get a PAC code which I will do.I don’t understand how my final bill will be calculated and so I do not know the best time in the monthly cycle to get my new provider to process a PAC code to port my mobile number to them?My billing cycle starts on the second of every month to the first of the following month.I am thinking the most likely scenario, if I do not go over any allowances is that the bill for the final month is:Usual monthly charge X (Days in month on ID service / total days in monthly cycle)Are there any exit fees I am unaware of or is the full final month charged by ID as it is a rolling contract?I have no idea and no way of asking anyone from ID so I cannot plan this move.I would appreciate any accurate help I can obt

Hi, I have just recently upgraded and received my phone yesterday in post but when I looked at the box the phone is not brand new and has been adapted for UK. I have not even opened the box as do not want this phone! Please help me to return ASAP and cancel my upgrade if you cannot send me a brand new phone. 

Hi, I almost purchased an upgrade but was asked for 1p and credit card details. I already have an account that is paid by direct debit, so why are you asking me for credit card details? Not bothered about the 1p but the more people who know my credit card details the more people there are that can have them hacked.

I entered my pin incorrectly 3 times and was sent a new temporary pin by SMS instantly.  This new pin does not work and the Voicemail instructions just go around in a never-ending loop of entering my phone number, then the pin (which is never accepted as correct), then being sent a new temporary pin, entering that pin and that not being accepted.  I need to get access to my Voicemail and am working abroad.  My phone plan includes international roaming, etc.  Please can you resolve this as I cannot access my voicemail at all.  Thanks.  The instructions on your website are great...but it doesn’t reflect the options I’m being provided with AND none of the temporary passcodes work!

I don’t have service. I have one bar. It’s everywhere I go. At home. At work. The shop. A field. Literally everywhere I go I only have 1 bar of service so it’s definitely not the location I’m in.  I don’t know why I have such bad service but it means I can’t make calls or text anyone - the reason I have my phone. is there anyway to fix this or figure out the issue? 

Hello thereMy phone has an issue. After the screen was damaged I had a replacement placed on it, but now the selfie camera looks cloudy and is far from clear or even halfway good. The person who repaired it last time said that once the screen was placed on, it couldn’t be removed.Would I be able to purchase the same phone again from ID and keep the plan I have or would it be best to just try and get the camera looked at?If I can get a replacement from ID, where would I look - or would it just be a case of buying a new phone and trying to get a similar contract?Any help would be appreciated. I had a new contract with ID beginning of May. And the phone is faulty. It is randomly turning off saying phone has over heated and the phone isn't hot  and it is doing it regularly even after only using for a short period of time. And it won't turn back on. What can I do. I've only had it for a month.

My dad has passed Away received a bill but having no luck cancelling his contract

I'm having a right game with the live chat. The human I was talking to cut me off and spent over 10 mins before even replying to me. How do I get back £134. Off this company this contract ended June and I can't get out of it, They owe me money but still want me to pay bill. I'm screen shooting the messages so I have proof, I've payed upto £80 per month on a £17.99pm contract, how the heck am I supposed to get my money back so I can get rid of this contract? Anybody no? 

I recently purchased an ID mobile contract on 16/08/2021. I requested my old number (from Lebra) to be transferred to ID Mobile. I was told the transfer would occur on 20/08/2021. Unfortunately, this did not occur so I contacted ID mobile on the phone and a customer advisor looked at my account and said it would occur on 19/08/2021. I have just been on the App and it now says “Sorry, your port-in request can’t be submitted at the moment. Please try again later”.  I therefore re-rang ID mobile and whilst the customer service operator said he couldn’t help due to the fact we have to use this online web service for help, he could tell there was an issue flagged on my account with the port-in number. I was advised that I needed to contact a customer service advisor via this system as my number may need to be manually transferred as there is an ongoing issue with ID mobile. I currently have no access to any online banking or other services due to being on a new phone and all apps requiring

I upgraded a few weeks ago, through the app.  I hoped taht this would mean that my number automatically transferred.  My number didn't transfer, I requested a PAC code which I successfully submitted (apparently) before Easter, but my number still doesn't seem to have transferred.  What can I do?  My old contract expires in a few days and I don't want to change.

I submitted my PAC, 4 working days ago, 3 days ago my old Voda sim stopped working but my number hadn't ported. Its 3 days later and still the same. When I call my old number it say not recognised. I have tried turning the phone off and on etc. Live chat has been unhelpful. "We are having technical issues and will sort it out soon" is all the info they can provide. But no timefame. In the meantime I am missing work calls with people thinking I have disappeared. I also can 2-step verify my bank transactions as I can't get my text messages at my old number. Ridiculous. And yes I have turned my phone off and on, in fact thats all I do these days, so suggest something else.
