Hi,Could you let me know how to unlock an iphone? My daughter has upgraded and i want to give old handset to my other daughter? 

I have moved out of the UK and cannot login to the My IDMobile portal (it always times out). Therefore, I need someone from iDMobile to close my account please.

Thanks for not sending out an email about the outage. I've only come across it by accident. I've been trying to sign in all day !! As paying customers, the least you could do is advise us there is a problem! The app does not open, which I now know is an ongoing issue, but I can't get ID on the web either. I've enclosed the screen shot of my web attempt.Any idea when it will be sorted? I don't envy you, sorting it😫, but good luck 😉 

Hi, Problem is can't send MMS picture text. phone is Motorola G5, I have been with iD for a number of years on a different contract, but recently changed to an unlimited one. I could previously send MMS, but after fitting the new Sim, I get the message "service not activated on network". I tried your APN setting checker, it doesn't like the G5, when I hit submit, it goes straight back to the first screen and I have to enter all info again. When I enter Moto G4, it gives me settings, which I automatically loaded and restarted phone, still no use. Tried G4 settings, it doesn't do exactly as the script says, leaves MMSC as http://mms.um.idmobile.co.uk:10021/mmsc instead of http://google.com.My extra charge cap was set at £5. When I first changed contracts, you somehow managed to bill me for 2 services for the one phone, so first month bill was £21 instead of £16. OK this might take me over the extra charge limit so I changed the cap to £10. No good, still can't send MMS. Any Ideas, is it

Hi. I’m a new customer, switching from a pay monthly with Smarty to ID (via Carphone Warehouse). I’ve received the phone and SIM. And have a PAC from Smarty. However when downloading your app, it states that it’s “Unable to connect to the server”, despite me using Wifi. Whilst when I try to register my PAC via your website, it asks for an ID Mobile number and an ID transaction number. Details that I do not have, as I registered via Carphone Warehouse online. Furthermore, your online chatbot is USELESS. Is it possible to speak to someone to get setup please?Carlos

Hi there,hope you can help,I think all of my data allowance is used up but I cannot logon to the app on my phone to check anything.  All I get is the following                  Unable to connect - Please check the network settings used.I am connected at home to my router - everything else is fineusername/password are 100% correctAlso tried on my laptop to logon via the browser and that fails with a Tunnel ErrorAny ideas please???thanks.

Your website has been down for a while so when I came back on I was surprised to see outstanding bill to be paid. I checked billing history and my last payment was June 02nd so I ask why its not been taken from Direct Debit and should I pay it ? Thank you

Hello, I've purchased a new id mobile SIM card, the csrd has arrived, but now I don't know the mobile number so I can't top up credit, nor can I call from it, probably because of lack of credit.The mobile number couldn't be found nowhere on the package received.Any suggestions? Thanks

Activated IDMobile SIM a couple of days ago but it still does not recognise incoming calls from landlines, caller gets 'Number not Recognised' message. Incoming mobile, outgoing calls to mobile and landlines are fine.

My mother has locked herself out of her phone and needs to request a new PUK code. Unfortunately, for some reason, when contacting via phone, it won’t accept the four digit ID (account no/phone no) - although this is definitely correct as the paperwork is in front of us.I can’t find a way to speak to someone on the technical side of things on the phone. She also hasn’t got an account on line, and when I try to set it up, it sends a code to the phone, which is of course locked.Can you advise how she should contact someone to request a new PUK number please?Nikki

I have recently joined ID but since then I am getting very poor coverage at home. Signal strength is only one bar and very rarely it goes to double bar.  Is this the quality of coverage I should expect going forward? If so I will be forced ro choose other network.

Hi, so I've got a SIM only plan at £5 per month which includes 1gb data, 5000 texts and 250 mins, on the app I can upgrade to 2gb data, unlimited mins and texts for £6 per month, however, new customers can get 4gb data, unlimited mins and texts for £6 per month, so my question is why can new customers be offered a much better deal than existing customers?? 

I want to cancel my ID mobile contract immediately.  I have never used the number or data - I cannot get access to register to cancel the contract myself on your website as I do not use the mobile number to be contacted on!!  It is ridiculously difficult to contact your company to simply cancel a contract never used!!

HelloI only have one account with I.D mobile, yet  when I spoke with one of your reps last week concerning two payments which were taken from my account in Jan, she apologoised for the error and said one of the payments for £9.00 which was taken from my bank account on the 21st of Jan would be returned within 48hrs. I then asked her about the payment of £9.90 which was taken on the 13th Jan from my account and she then said she would’nt be able to deat with it any further, and would refer my complaint to Customer Services concerning these payments.  The following day I received an email from I.D stating those payments are correct.  Why are they correct if I only have one account.I await your reply.John Higgins

hey,  my DD is not longer being taken, my bank says all is cool…I’m being charged 51p extra every month now, dunno why… I have out of plan minutes, dunno why…I’m outside of the UK at the moment and i do not use the phone other than to accept a pay pal security check SMS or a last pas security check SMS.I need to sort out my my billing, pay the bill, then get the deets i need to transfer my number to another company. This is all way to much hassle.
