PLEASE CANCELING MY PLAN, ITS SO ANNOYING IVE BEEN GOING ROUND IN CIRCLES!!!! IVE CANCELED MY DIRECT DEBIT AND MOVED OVER TO EE, NOW I HAVE AN INVOICE FROM YOU, PLEASE CLOSE THE ACCOUNT.

My dashboard is showing 21 GB instead of 30GB, which I signed up to yesterday.Please can you amend.  

Hello, I recently placed an order for Samsung Galaxy S20 on 6th Oct 2020, but then received an email the next day to say phone was out of stock. Please could you check when the phone will be delivered as I will be out of my old contract soon and therefore if phone doesnt arrive in next few days I will need to cancel this order.Thanksnpatel

I need a PAC code to take my number with me to a different provider. I have text PAC and my date of birth to 65075 to which I get the following reply “Hi, something went wrong with your request. Please try again later or contact Customer Services www.idmobile.co.uk/contact-us”. I have tried to do it in the app and get an error message saying “oops somethings gone wrong please log in and try again” I have tried contacting you using the live chat bot who is useless and all live chat agents are busy. I have tried phoning 7777 where an automated voice just sends you round and round in circles never getting to chat to a real person.I just need a PAC number. Please send me a PAC so I can leave!

Does ID Mobile support the Oppo Reno4 Z with wifi calling please?

I have had this phone for about 7 months and was getting on perfectly but over night something happened with the handset and I am no longer getting any sound notifying me of received text messages even when I go into settings to change sound for text messages I don't get any sounds 

I have recently upgraded to a new contract/ phone and understood I could keep my old number. On receiving the phone i tried to activate the SIM on my account and it says that the sim is already activated. I am unsure why this is and so the new phone has a new number.

I have been so unfairly treated by ID mobile. My problems stated in March I tried to cancel my account with you 1st via the phone lines but couldn’t get through to anyone due to them being closed due to Covid I then attempted the online chat which at first couldn’t get through but after repeatedly trying I did I then advised I wanted to close the account so I presumed this had been done and everything sorted. I couldn’t use the I’d app due to my son (he’s 13)losing the phone months earlier as you can probably see From the account record the phone hadn’t been in use for some months and not knowing the password. I tried to reset the password for the app but the reset link kept going to the number we hadn’t got. I then received a bill from CARS which I immediately paid then a few days later another one for a number I didn’t recognise on both times I tried the phone lines and the online chat. After no success I eventually found an email address to contact you after searching they found out

Hi there. Am hoping you can help me. I requested a PAC code after transferring my number to iD but then realising the signal is not good in my area. However, the PAC code I have received (with the prefix TEL) is invalid according to my new provider. Also, I requested the PAC code on May 8, but was told in the PAC text message I received that it expired on May 5, so I’m thinking maybe the previous PAC code has been sent to me.Could you please arrange for me to be sent a new and valid PAC code? I will try to access the Live Chat tomorrow morning but wanted to post on here in case I can’t get through. If this is resolved through chat then I’ll post up on here accordingly.Many thanks in advance

Need a replacement Sim and Chat isn’t much good when there is no option for this. Can anyone help pls, need it asap. thanks

Since getting my iPhone 11 over a week ago, I have had no service. I can use WhatsApp when connected to WiFi, but if I’m not connected to WiFi I can’t message or make calls.

Hello!! I wish to  cancel my contract which ends on the 30th, I then want to get one of your monthly pay as you go and keep my number. I am unable to cancel as keeps going round in circles. Please help 

Hi everyone. I’m not all that familiar with mobile data.  I have an ID mobile sim and my wife has a virgin mobile sim. Using fast.com, my average download speed is ~1 Mb and my wife’s is ~12 Mb in the same location (home).  Is this simply due to virgin mobile having better signal at our home? I would like to stay with ID if I can, but might need to change to virgin mobile if this slow performance persists. (We currently don’t have broadband, so are reliant on phone sim for internet connection) Thanks for any help/advice. 

Not only have I been unable to make any calls from time to time(they don't connect) yet again when I open the ID app I log in via finger print or pin. It's all accepted then all I get is 'processing'. So I try the website. Guess what, it won't accept my password or email??? They are both correct. So I guess I've not really been a customer for the last 5 years....it's all been a dream or is it a nightmare, with all the problems I've been having!....I have no network issues or connection issues with any other apps or web sites

I need to speak to a human person regarding my contract with ID but its impossible! Never had this problem with any other phone company I have been with! I can't seem do to anything with my phone contract at all and to top it off I can kiss my credit scoring good bye all cause a I can't talk to a human being!!!

I have been a monthly sim only customer for many years. As I’m retiring I need to cut costs.Currently paying £10 a month. If I down grade to £6 a month I get 2 gb data through my account but on ID web site I could get 3 gb for the £6 if I left and re-joined.Where is the reward for loyalty when for years I’ve never got near my allowances that I’ve been paying for?Steve

Hi,I purchased a 1-month rolling contract with unlimited data from you yesterday.However, I only need it for the month and so would like to cancel now, so that I can give the 30 day notice and not be charged for a second month.The problem is that from other questions here, the contracts seem to start from date of dispatch from the warehouse, meaning that by the time the SIM arrives with me (and I get the phone number to be able to sign up to the account and access cancellation, etc.) I will already be a few days into my contract, meaning I will have to pay for the second month.I would like to give my 30 day notice now; how can I do this without my phone number?Thanks.

I signed up with ID Mobile on Tuesday, and my SIM arrived on Wednesday. On Wednesday, at about 15:30, I registered my PAC from Vodafone using the form. I was expecting it to take effect sometime yesterday (Thursday). It’s now Friday morning and nothing has happened.  How long should I need to wait?  What’s the best way of telling if my number has been ported? Should I leave both SIMs, new and old, in the phones, new and old?

I need advice on productive ways of using up my data allowance as I seem to be rolling over huge amounts of data that then expire due to non-use, so am wasting money.  So I have the opposite problem to everyone else who has searched advice re data usage. I do search for information over the internet but often at home when I am connected to wi-fi.   And do use WhatsApp.  Does listening to the radio on my mobile while I am out & about, for example, use my data allowance without any additional charge?

Since I've joined iD mobile, i consistently receive a voicemail notification message on phone despite not having any voicemail. I have ported my old number. I've tried clearing the cache in my messaging & contacts app. Then resetting the phone. I've tried leaving my mobile number voicemail to delete later. None of these steps have worked. Does anyone else have this issue or found a working solution ?
