I've tried calling to leave you and tried live chat but no joy, I cancelled my direct debit which I have been paying even tho contract ended and you are now chasing me for missed payments. Can you email me please....… 

I just received a text message from a mobile number 07519303968. Claiming to be iDMOBILE, it reads, it appears there has been an issue with your bill. To keep your services please follow here, then its a link.My bill is not due yet, it feels like a scam and I do not want to click the link. What do you all think about this, any advice is appreciated.  Thank you 

Just got a new Sim but used the account email address for an existing sim on the orderso how do I set the new sim account with a different email address? Thanks

I can not use the network in Iran. I also activated Wifi calling. Is there any solution to get text from the UK IN Iran using ID Monile?

I have been unable to do any banking this weekend due to my ID sim now rejected push notifications. As soon as I phoned my bank this morning they said ‘are you on 3 - there is a network issue’ and I believe ID uses 3 as a carrier.ID support is crap - i really needed to use my bank which is not unreasonable to expect help over the weekend.Yes i have turned my phone off for ten minutes and yes i do get normal texts. Help!

Hi I have just got a sim only instead of upgrading again. Got a sim sent out and it’s not working. All of the correct numbers are in, I tried the web browser and app, tried turning my phone off and on again, tried removing sim and hasn’t worked either  

Hi I am an ID existing customer. I have purchased a new plan with ID -- not an upgrade. But I want to keep my old number. What should I do? Do I need to do it as if I was switching from another network to ID mobile, giving ID mobile the PAC code etc? Thank you!

Hello,After being with iD mobile for over 9 months, for the first time today I received calls from two different people stating that I called them but they missed me. I most definitely have not called either of those numbers as I have only called one person today and they are in my phone’s contact list.EE users have reported on this previously: https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Calls/Random-mobiles-claiming-I-have-called-them/td-p/698861It looks like some pranksters/ spammers are spoofing numbers.Is there anything iD mobile (or Three who they piggyback off) can do to stop this?Many thanks,DarthMinesh

Hey. I have recently got a new monthly deal with ID. Problem is I hate the handset for it. I would like to continue the contract with a new device. I've not been able to find an option to change this or any help pages on it. Any help would be much appreciated. Many thanks.

Almost immediately after ordering my SIM, I ordered an additional one for my daughter, using the same email address, bank details, etc. However, despite the order [b]apparently[/b] completing, I received no email communication whatsoever regarding this second SIM. My SIM arrived today. Do I just assume the second order didn't actually process and go ahead and place another order, using a different email address (as I now realise one can't access two numbers through the same dashboard anyway)?

hi there im new to id mobile i wanted to ask after 3 to 6 months bills paid on time will i be able to go to contract with a mobile handset is no credit check done if bills are on time ?

I have bought a new iD pay monthly online last week and I requested to transfer my number from EE to iD. I have requested the PAC code and followed the instruction on Friday 18 June and now it’s Tuesday 22 June and nothing has happened. I have not inserted the new iD sim in my phone yet as I need to have my phone number active for work reasons. Should I redo the process or is there an issue because my EE was pay as you go?

I've applied via the application on the website to swap my number from a new one to my old one and it hasn't gone through yet even though it's been longer than the designated time frame. I looked on the app and tried filling in my number and the PAC code and it tells me that they are wrong. It's very frustrating as I'm a new customer here and I just want to keep my old number. 

I requested a PAC code to leave id on 7/6/21 by text received code back, new network has activated new sim and entered this PAC but 8 days later number hasn’t transferred or id service stopped.  What should I do to ensure I keep my existing number and close my id account?

Trying to bring my old number to id mobile, the online form is asking for a transaction number which I don't have? There s no other way to contact them?Thanks

I ordered two new SIMs for my children to use in their phones. I am not able to register them both to the same email address - why?This seems like a huge oversight on the part of IDMobile. I can’t be the only person trying to manage more than one mobile account, when will IDMobile introduce the ability to manage more than one number from the same account?I certainly won’t be ordering a third SIM for myself - I’m all out of email addresses!

Can anyone help please? I’ve asked for a PAC code through each of the suggested methods (app, online, & text), but each time I’ve been given error messages.Is there any way to contact ID mobile and speak to a PERSON? I’ve tried the chat bot, but it’s automated and hasn’t solved the problem.Thank you.

The WiFi reception is extremely poor at home and also when I’m travelling often and using Sat Nav. 

I have a Samsung A12 and the side button has just suddenly stopped working for some unknown reason.  Has anyone had the same issue and know how to solve it?Many thanks in anticipation :)

I am no longer receiving OTP codes from the Santander. The problem started earlier this week, at that point i eventually received them (9 to 11 hours late). Now they are not arriving at all. I tried ringing support but can't get through. I note that this is a common issue that can be resolved. Could support please help me.
