My mobile has fraudulently been ported out. My other ID number has also been targeted by fraud- my bank details compromised. I am struggling to get anyone at ID to help- I was told that case was referred to technical team last Thursday and given a 48 hour timeframe. Messaged again this morning- no updates- requested returned call from complaints.- nothing. What more can I do and how long does it take for a number to be returned?

I have looked around on here but I cannot see a similar topic, so I have started this one with apologies if this has been covered elsewhere.Both my partner and I have ID accounts. He is not technically minded so I set them both up and they are both paid from the same bank account. We wish to review his account but cannot access it. The login on the app recognises me [Face ID or Touch ID] and takes me to my account but I cannot get to his.Any idea how I can access the other account please?Many thanksRoger

Hello, I am having trouble knowing how to put the contract into my sister’s name. I have been paying her mobile contract since it started in March and she has asked me to transfer it into her name, but I have personally never used Mobile ID, im autistic and got anxiety disorder so I really would appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction if possible please. I am with Vodafone, so I really do not know what im doing. im on benefits and accepted to pay £19.99 a month for my sisters contract, however, it has been different amounts per month. Seeing I have shown its stressing me out my sister asked me to transfer the contract into her name but ive noticed there could be a fee as im halfway through the contract. ive not got £700.00 and thats what the remainder of the contract is going to cost. so please can someone ease my mind and let me know how I go about putting the contract into my sisters name? im desperate . its all making me sick and i feel like passing out cause

All I'm getting is 'processing' (see photo). I've deleted the app and reinstalled, I've cleared cache, I've forced stop, I've tried it using data and wifi but still all I get is 'processing'. I've had to pay my bill on the web, which was a nightmare. The ID website is so slow. It takes forever to do anything and that's on all 3 devices, so it's not me!!!!Every other app is fine. Is it just me or is everyone else getting the same?

I recently bought a Pixel 4a 5G direct from Google. I have tried to activate Wifi calling but within Call settings it says “Call over mobile network”. Does this mean that wifi calling is not active and if so, how do I activate it please?

why on my billing page its saying payments received -£18.54. when the direct debit payment  from my bank account was taken from July 9th successfully like every month for a very long time.and on payment history page says it was received on 7th July. and there is no outstanding bills or usage(never use mobile data) just a few texts a month.so its confusing me a bit why its say “payment received -£18.54” (my monthly payment amount) 

I transferred to iD ‘sim only’ at beginning of month and transferred my previous number successfully with PAC code provided by previous supplier.  However due to poor signal, could not use my mobile from home, so took out new contract with different network.  When I requested PAC code from iD (used both web form & 65075) was given a PAC code with prefix TSL - this being the same as that given by the initial provider for successful transfer to iD.  I have given that PAC code to my new supplier, but they tell me it is invalid, but only iD can access the correct code.  From other questions, I can see that the prefix should be VTM.  Could you please provide a valid code urgently. 

I bought a phone with a contract on the iD mobile website. I received it on the 6th of July and returned it to a carphone warehouse shop on the 7th. I have had an email and a letter saying the first payment will be taken out next Monday. How is that possible when I returned the phone and cancelled the contract 24hours after receiving it? The lady in the shop said everything was cancelled. Why am I going to be charged? And there’s no one I can ring to discuss this with!

Hi, I have an iPhone and recently changed to an ID Mobile SIM, and although phone calls and data are working normally, I am not receiving text messages from none contacts. I receive from all my contacts fine (iPhone and android). I can therefore not access my bank and insurance websites as they text me a code which I do not receive. HELP!!!

Does anyone know why the Oppo Reno 4z 5G isn't enabled to work on the ID mobile 5G network? I'm interested in the phone but can't see the point of having a 5G phone on a 5G ready network that I can only use on 4G.Are there may plans to enable the phone to work on ID mobile 5G in the future?

Hi There. Just bought an iPhone 12 Pro on a 24 month contract via id mobile with unlimited data, text and calls but unable to connect to the internet via mobile internet. I cannot see how or who I could speak to about it. The id mobileapp is not working and cannot get help here either. It is driving me crazy. Pls help!!!!!!!

Tried to use my STAC, haven't received an invoice from carphone warehouse with the SIM delivery. So I haven't received the transaction number.I was told if I registered on ID, and go to 'my services', it wouldn't request it. It says 'ALL fields must be filled' including the none existent transaction number and invoice field.  Very frustrating after having the exact same issues after registration despite the hour of messing around. 

Can I use my data in Jamaica on a cruise? I have 25GB of data a month is it possible to use this abroad. I never use all my data in a month and it would be great to use this whilst I’m travelling  

Hi. The PAC code provided by EE is not being accepted via the ID app or via the web form.I have just spoken to EE and they have confirmed that the PAC is valid and has been”accepted” by another network.Am nervous that I will be disconnected from EE but not connected to ID Mobile. How can check if the transfer has indeed been accepted by ID Mobile despite what the app says? Thanks
