Hello,I’ve been trying to register for online access to my iD Mobile account, but the security code SMS is taking hours to arrive.Is there another way of completing registration, given the ongoing issue with receipt of my security code SMS?Thanks in advance,^AW

the  top offer from Carphone warehouse once added to basket  states 4g sim offer but I assume it will be 5g   no mention of the extra 8gb .Anyone  taken this offer? id mobile cant help as its not there offer. Carphone the same as the person I spoke to couldn’t help.

Hello, I have been charged £2.54 non geographical charges I am unable to find out to whom this charge relates to i.e. what is the name of the organisation I am alleged to have called, is there a way I can get full details of this charge, I have the number however Idont want to call it as I will be charged again.I have since capped my calls to £0 in order to avoid future charges.

Hi,I upgraded my plan & I have had a message to say “Your sim is activated, you can start using it now”however I have had no signal now for well over 24 hours, it doesn’t seem as if if it is actually activated, can’t get to speak to anyone so I’m stuck without a usable phone now & I don’t know what to do.Please helpThanks

I signed up with iD during the big outage recently and my account seems to be well messed up. I can’t log in to the main idmobile.co.uk site eevn though I did before to get a PAC through, forgotten username or password don’t send codes to my phone and it won’t let me reregister as “I’m an existing user”.I can get into the app (!) but I’m being told my bill needs to be paid - there is a direct debit on it with a ‘to be taken’ date of ‘on the NaNth of the month’ so I guess they haven’t taken it yet.Since support is all online now but I can’t access it, can I get someone from iD to sort it all here instead?

Recently purchased a Galaxy S10e and I’m having problems with wi-fi calling.I cannot find any option on the phone to turn on wi-fi callingI cannot see any option to turn on 4g, All I see is LTE/3g/2g (auto-connect)can anyone asist me please.

Hoping to go to Spain next month. I usually call my 95 yr old mother every day - now after BREXIT will that just come out of my monthly allowance (500 mins) at the same rate as if I call her from the U.K. or does it come out faster as an international call? Thank you.

I am in Spain and data roaming is not working. I have set everything I have found in the community to set the setting, APN etc...switch on, off ten times…My APN is “id” and everything how I have seen in the posts...Nothing worked.This has given me a lot of headaches to be able to contact with people and other logistic issues. Thank ID for making my starting holidays so s.... Thanks to God I am able to make phone calls.What else can be done?  

I want to close my contract, not moving to any other service provider, I just no longer wish to own a mobile phone, I cannot find my pin number so I cannot log into ID app to cancel my contract, the chat center is closed so can’t ask for any help there, I have used Facebook to to sign in here for help. There are now no carphone warehouse stores near me anymore (where I started my ID contract).

Do Idmobile supply SIM cards for AlarmSecurity cameras or will any SIM fit & operate the WiFi?

Hello I am travelling to alderney soon and I was just wondering if I can use my data there and if there will be any additional charges 

I have a pixel4a (and zen internet). I’ve been able to make wifi calls over my network no problem for the past 9 months. Suddenly this morning they’ve stopped working. When I try to make a call I get a message "mobile network isn't available. Connect to a wireless network to make a call" ... except I am connected to a wireless network (it's normal for the mobile network to not be available, that's why i need wifi calling). To try and rectify this I have:switched to airplain mode, then turned wifi only on  restarted my phone restarted my internet turned wifi calling off, restarted my phone, turned it back on again removed and reinserted my simNothing has worked. Is anyone able to help?

Iv’e reported my phone stolen yesterday, and blocked it as well as the sim. I’m trying to get in contact with someone to know what happens next but nobody has contacted me, and the call lines are all automated which is incredibly frustrating. I’m unsure whether the phone is insured. please help 

I would like to know if I make a phone and sim contract let's say for this moths will I be charged next month or this month?

Hi,My contract ended on the 4th July and I moved over to a different provider 2weeks ago and also received a pac code and my id number has successfully changed over to new provider.Will my id mobile contract cancel on its own after 30days or do I need to do anything else?

I just got one email from ID saying my account is locked and another mail about 30 minutes later saying “congratulations your password has changed”. The problem is that I did not request a password change today. I cannot verify the status of my account because both the portal and the app are unavailable due to the ongoing issues. I contacted customer support via chat and they cannot help because apparently they cannot access the accounts either while the maintenance is ongoing. So i am left wondering if my account is compromised or if the email is triggered on error because of the maintenance.Is anyone else receiving such mails today?  

Hello, I ported my number from ID Mobile to Three. This was done on 03/08/2021. For a couple of hours, both sim cards had no signal at all. Then after, only the Three sim had signal. I assumed this meant the porting was completed. However, my number has not been ported over fully. I can make calls, send texts and use the data on my Three sim, but cannot receive any calls or texts.I have checked the phone numbers on each sim card and it still says my old phone number is registered to the ID Mobile sim, however the ID Mobile sim card has no signal and will not let me call, text or use data. I have reset my device and have tried the sim cards on a different phone, the problem still persists. What should or can I do? Thank you in advance.

Just received a letter from ID Mobile for a final demand notice of payment. I have never dealt with ID mobile or set up an account. Approximately one month ago several phone contracts were taken out in my name. I have rectified the issue with the other phone companies who cancelled the accounts and updated my credit file appropriately. I believe this account was set up at a similar time to the other accounts week commencing 21st September 2020. I have filed several reports on action fraud and will file another for this. I tried contacting IDmobile customer services over the phone which was unsuccessful and can not find any other route of communication, hence this query. I tried Carphone Warehouse customer services who said I should contact IDmobile. Therefore, I have a letter asking for payment of an account that was not set up by myself and no way to flag this fraud. Please can someone set me up with the appropriate fraud team to get this sorted. Poor service if you ask me, all other
