HiSo my previous ID contract ended in June and I’ve bought a new SIM for a 12 month contract.I wanted to keep my previous number from my ID contract so I requested a PAC code. But when I enter the code with my info, I’m told there’s an issue with my information. Any advice would be appreciatedThanks

Submitted PAC on Sunday said it will go through by Tuesday, still nothing as of yet. now have a message stating Sorry, your port-in request can't be submitted at the moment. Please try again later.Any assistance is most grateful.kind regards.

I am transferring my number to ID and completed the PAC form earlier this week but nothing has happened. I have resubmitted it and the system obviously had the the original one as it said it was resubmitted. But again nothing has happened. How can I get this moving? I am now paying for two contracts

Requested on the 14th August for my old number to be transferred to my ID sim was told it would be done by the 17th August but its the 18th and its still not done.Can someone help me regarding this. I’m a new customer and I’ve had to contact ID mobile on 4 different occasions already. Not a good start...

Hi We have 3 family contracts with iD and this is the first time I have had serious problems. I received a text from iD on 16th Nov saying I had used 80% data allowance. Didn't use much in way of data after this until I received a text on 20th Nov at 14.32hrs saying I had reached 100% data allowance. This was followed very quickly afterwards by a text at 14.37hrs saying I had used 80% of my credit limit. I then accessed my account later that evening and found that iD had decided to help themselves to £34.80 for using 393.47MB on that one day. I could have bought 35GB of bolt on data for that amount!!! I phoned Cust Serv and supposedly it is fine to repeatedly charge me extra for data up to my credit allowance which because I'm on an older contract was automatically set at £75 (now £25 supposedly). Bought a new phone monthly contract but SIM is not working. Tried every thing mentioned on website help. SIM says it is activated in my account. Emergency call only showing on phone. Signal is good. Refitted SIM several times and turned phone on and off and all other things mention, In settings “SIM card manager” SIM 1 shows as unknown - Unknown number. Tried a SIM from another phone and that works OK. Live chat on ID mobile web side does not work. Went back to where I bought phone/contract but not helpful (Will go back if I get no joy here)Please please can anyone help. You would think that a business that pushes communications, you would think that you should be able to easily contact them if you have a problem. I have recently changed my work account to a personal account with ID, I got a PAC code and completed the form to keep my old number, but I haven’t heard anything from ID about when the number will be changed. I tried to do it again in case there was a problem, but this time I get the message that my PC code details are incorrect. Hope someone can help!

I’m going to France on a gap year in 2 weeks, and I need to purchase a French sim card when I get there, Firstly, can I put my english and french sim card in my phone at the same time? (I have a motorola g9 power) Also, is my phone unlocked?

The Pixel 5 seemed to work with 5G a few months ago, and now that it isn’t listed on iD’s page about 5G (https://www.idmobile.co.uk/5g) there is not even an option within settings to switch to 5G as my preferred network. What is this about? Is this known, or is it just me?More importantly, if this is intentional, WHY and when will I actually get to use 5G? This seems unfair.

I need to notify you that I’d like to cancel my contract.I am unable to do this online as I no longer have the phone/SIM.It’s only a £5 per month contract but I’m having real difficulties in being able to speak to someone who can resolve my issue.Please help.

I have recently changed over to ID and has been told that my old number will be transferred by Monday 16 august but I have Been given a different number while it’s transferring . Is this normal to be given a different number in this period of time and is it temporary ?

I have recently changed my plan and it says to activate the new SIM card (which will be arriving via post) but in my account page, it seems like the update has been activated.In this case, do I still need to change my SIM and activate it ?

I upgraded today as my old phone contract runs out in a couple of weeks. Can I reset the old phone and pass it on to my wife, and put her SIM card (giffgaff) in? (Once the new phone has arrived and been activated.) Is there anything I need to do to deactivate the old one other than a full system reset?Will the new phone take my existing SIM?Thanks

Hi, I recently had my mobile stolen and want to block my sim. I hadn’t previously made an ID Mobile account so when I went to register it sent a code to the stolen phone so I was unable to register in an account in order to block the sim. As the call centres are closed due to cover-19 I am unable to get assistance from someone on the phone. Is there any possible alternative methods for me to block my sim? Thanks,   Khushil

So I used the default settings for the apn and setup tethering as I would use at home in UK, but always says no internet.  I have a data add on and can browse internet with mobile but can't share the connection. Get same reasons from Windows Laptop and iPad.  Am in Gran Canaria and tried switching networks but same result.  

Anyone experienced video stopping but audio continues while streaming from Amzon Prime or Netflix?  I don’t use casting or mirroring but hotspot to the firesttick.  Signal level and quality at the firestick are both very good with data rates of roughly 100 Mbps on 2.4 ghz and 240 Mbps on 5 ghz  Also Netflix comes up with “Am I using a proxy or VPN or unblicker because I don’t appear to be in the UK”.  I am on Unlimited 5G in Stevenage. and not using any of the above to my knowledge.  Simply turning firestick off and on again resolves problem.  in about a minute or two.  I have tried Amazon many times and they suggest turning of the firestick screen saver or sending me a new firestick, on the third firestick now. Are there any unpublished speed restrictons or daily data limits?  I rarely use more than 5GB per day.  Everything else with iD Mobile is 10 out of 10, barring the recent logging in problem.
