Just signed up to ID mobile using my Samsung S10 migrated from EE. WiFi calling is not working. It was working fine on EE network before migrating. I have done a factory reset on the phone and still not working. I have the function enabled on the phone.My wife has a Samsung A41 and hers is working on ID Mobile. Any ideas ?

As you know, you use the 3 network, and 3 do no allow it’s customers when abroad in Europe, to create hot spots. Do you allow this and what is the usage policy?

My phone has been out of action for weeks. I've been getting a message at the top of my screen stating "emergency calls only", I try to make a call but I keep getting "not registered on network".I’ve been using my phone for over a year with no problems, suddenly this happens. I upgraded my plan from £14.99 to £15.99 in the hope that this would make a difference, but no.On the 8th December, I recieved a text from Id mobile - "Good news! Your new SIM card is now in the process of being activated. The SIM should be activated shortly, but this can take up to 24 hours. We'll send you a text message to confirm as soon as the activation is complete".- I never requested a new sim card nor an activation. I have not recieved a sim card nor a confirmation text.I can’t get throught to Livechat either! Could the  ID team please urgently resolve this problem.

I’ve had no end of problems with ID. I’ve only just stated using the sim after a month of waiting  and today  i finally had  my number switched over. 4 hours down the line after registering and now its not working just a sim symbol coming up and emergency call only. Any help would be much appreciated  Arron

Hi, I have recently ordered a Samsung Galaxy S21 but it didn't really specify that it was out of stock it just seemed like it was available, how long will this take to come back into stock as at the moment i am currently struggling on a broken phone. 

To get over the poor network signal at home I have bought a second hand (unlocked) Sony Xperia XZ3 to enable me to make calls via WiFi. I checked the phone was on your list of supported handsets and have ensured it is running the latest Android 10 software but there is still no ‘WiFi calling’ option listed in the call settings. I have read that the Sim card must also be compatible. Mine is 5 years old, do I need a replacement?

I do not have original sim number as got an old number transferred years ago.i am now unable to make calls as it states my contract is capped. Recently moved so lost all related documents all I have is date and amount each month taken from bank account

I’m having trouble ordering a sim card. I need to enter a previous UK phone number, but I don’t have one as I just arrived from the US. I also need to enter a UK address that I have lived in for the past 3 years, which I also can’t do. Is there a way to order without entering in this information?

I recently transferred to ID. I transferred over a previous number (with plus net- for ease of description) . However, I would prefer to have a different number (currently with tesco mobile) instead REPLACING the number I transferred (the Plus Net number). Happy to lose the Plus net number and my initial number with ID. Can I transfer another number over? What number am I replacing and does this completely mess up my log in details for my app. TIA

Hi, I have just joined ID from Vodafone.I took out contracts for 2 phones, mine and one for my wife.I set up the app on my new phone and realised after a lot of searching that I cannot have both numbers showing on my app and I cannot use the same email for both phones,This is quite irritating as I need to port my wifes number from vodafone,Is there another way to get this done ?

My Contract is coming to the end I would like to go on a sim only plan what do I have to do next.also I am working in Germany at the moment and an unable to get back to collect any new sim that you might send.

Hi there, I have an old account that closed quite a long time ago and I’m creating a new online account for my current phone number. Whenever I try to use my email to log in, a message pops up saying:‘Your iD plan ended more than 6 months ago, so your online account has now been closed. If you need help, please call our customer services team on 0333 003 7777.’If I try to create a new account, it won’t let me as my email address is linked to my previous account. How can I create a new account with the same email? Customer service over the phone and live chat is not available currently.Thanks

HelloI was already with iD and upgraded on Sunday, however, phone arrive today and I realised I chose the wrong google ohone as its too small. How can I select the right phone/plan and return the new phone? Thanks you

I need to speak with a human but the live chat has been busy for the day. I’ve received a hit to my credit score as it shows a missed payment. I advised on the live chat last time that the direct debit had been cancelled too soon and needed a payment link, ect when the final one was due.This has set me back 60 points and I need to speak with a person, ideally over the phone, so I can settle this cost. I’m happy to pay whatever it taken, i just need to know how so this can go away. There is too much jargon on the site, I no longer what the phone or the sim which makes it harder as it belonged to my deceased mother and its gotten lost.

I’ve just gone from a rolling monthly sim to a monthly plan. My PAC code from my old ID number will not let me change it on the app as it says I can’t port in with an ID PAC code.

I have ordered a sim card on the 26th of June and it still hasn't arrived is this normal. Also there is no tracking info 

I lost my phone and so my sim too, reported it as lost, blocked the sim and ordered a replacement sim.I activated it yesterday, and unblocked the sim again.Its been about 36 hours but still shows no service.I’ve tried connecting to the network manually through the settings, but that also doesn’t work.

On June 15, I received a message from iD mobile claiming that a PAC code request was sent to them. I did not request this. At the moment my phone number doesn't work (can't call or receive calls).I don't know who sent the change of network request but I would like to return to my original plan. Hi,  I have just paid my bill yesterday and since I've not been able to make any calls despite my payment going through. When I make a call an automated voice says "you have reached ID customer service" or "there has been an unknown error". How can I fix this? Thanks. 

Hi,Can someone from customer services please urgently assist?Between me, my wife and children I have 4 mobile phones to manage.We are coming to the end of our fixed tariff elsewhere and yesterday I put in 4 orders for a 12-month sim only plan. You have processed 2 orders, cancelled 1 and I haven’t heard back on the 4th.This morning I have tried to reorder the cancelled one and it was cancelled again saying I failed the credit check which is factually incorrect. I understand you have security checks, but I don’t understand why I would have failed those either. If you do not process the last 2 orders I’ll be forced to go to another provider, which I don’t understand the logic for when I have acted in good-faith and am eligible for the product. I want to coordinate my orders so I don’t have different contract timings for my phones, and I want to ensure I obtain the pricing package to which I have signed up. I have filled out the correct number i wish to keep, and the correct pac code. When I submit it says one of them is incorrect and to try again. The both of them are correct and if someone can please pm me to get this sorted. Thanks

It is incredible that you cannot even get a real agent to chat but a bot.My contract end in 30 days.I want to give the official 30 days notice today so that I can walk away next month but options I see is either to give 30 days notice or to take your PAC. If you select give 30days notice, it says you are not getting your PAC, can you make life a bit easier, I don’t want to end plan today with a penalty, I want it to end in 30days and I want to take my PAC with me. Please help!
