My services are still unavailable even after I paid the bill in full on the 8th of June! What's going on? I need my phone for working purposes

Hello, can you please clarify why I have been charged 10£ for the billing period 26th of May to 25th of June and then again 5.59£ from the 9th of June to the 25th of June as final bill? I did not have any outstanding charges. Also, why  have I been suddenly locked out from my ID app?

I lost my SIM card and would like just a SIM card on its own without having to pay for all these deals and everything, is that possible?

I purchased a contract last week and the ID Mobile team were happy enough to send me an email stating “we are pleased to inform you that your direct debit standing order has been set up”, and that my plan had started with each passing day I am unable to use what I’ve paid for because the SIM card hasn’t even arrived yet? No tracking code was provided, no nothing. My money was taken and a standing order was set up and I haven’t even got anything, no sim, no nothing. I need help!

Hi, I got a new ID contract. My previous provider was also ID but because I can’t port an old ID number into a new ID SIM, I bought a GiffGaff SIM, ported my old number into it. Now I am trying to port in the GiffGaff number into my current ID SIM but I am getting the following error: ‘Switching request has already processed for this MSISDN. Please contact customer service for details’. Please help. Thanks, PRomit

Hi I was late with paying my phone bill now I've paid it all but still haven't go service now when I try to phone costumer service there is no one to answer is there times they are available? 

When people are trying to call they get a message “This phone is switched off” when it’s not. Is this a phone issue ir SIM. I get texts & internet but no calls.

How does one write a message with a query. In this case, how to convert to sim only. No sim only option has been given in “upgrade options” despite only being a fortnight from the end of my contract period. 

Hey guys   Usually I feel comfortable with getting most of iD Mobile features working by myself but since I got my Note 10 and my partner got S10 I really struggle to get WiFi Calling to work.  Both of the phones are factory unlocked and purchased directly from Samsung.   * I have erased and setup my phone twice to see if that will help. * I have reset network settings multiple times even when using safe mode. * I have checked career provisioning using #*#*4636#*#* code and toggle for WiFi Calling is on but greyed out. * I have turn WiFi Calling on and off and test it with Airplane mode multiple times.   My phone is dual SIM so as a test I have inserted o2 and Vodafone Sims from my mates to the second slot and WiF Calling works with both of them but as soon as I change it back to iD Mobile it's not working but toggle to turn it off and on is visible.    Below is few screenshot from my research.       I hope you guys can help me here, maybe one of the technicians would know what to do b

Hello there. I have a new iPhone SE with SIM-only on iD Mobile. Roaming in Spain (Movistar), 3G data works ok but no 4G. Roaming and 4G voice/data enabled on phone. Another iPhone (non-iD Mobile) sat next to me also connected to Movistar gets good 4G coverage. Any ideas? Pretty sure 4G was working at home in the U.K. before this trip. Rory

How do I end my plan?  I have tried the Thinking of Leaving link in Manage my Account leading to End my Plan but it just takes me to dmobile.co.uk/contact-us which takes me back to the start. Any help in actually ending my plan without a PAC or STAC would be appreciated.

I am switching to ID mobile from my current provider. When i go to fill out the form (https://switching.idmobile.co.uk/) and click submit i get the following message “All fields are mandatory *”I have double checked everything i have inputted and all is correct. I cannot get any answers through the live chat bot as to what the issue is and it is very frustrating not being able to speak to someone.Please assist. thanks. 

Hi, I recently ordered a 12 month sim contract which I want to cancel. I originally ordered it due to having issues with my WiFi connection but I’ve recently fixed my WiFi and so don’t need the sim at the moment. The Sim is still in delivery and hasn’t arrived yet, I would like to keep the sim in case I wish to purchase a contract in future I wouldn’t have to wait for a new sim to arrive but I would like to cancel the current 12 month plan which has started (even though the sim isn’t here yet). Live chat is closed at the moment as the offices are closed at this hour, is there anyway to cancel it ? In terms of early cancellation there should not be any cancellation fees as I believe there is a cooling off period/14 day grace period from the start of the contract to cancel without incurring any fees, I read this on the iDMobile site.

HI there,When I don’t answer a call, the caller hears ringing and then the call drops. It doesn’t forward to voicemail. Here is a picture of my call forwarding settings:  

My contract expires on 18 June and I wont be able to request a PAC and activate my new sim until 20th or 21st.  So I will be without an active phone for 2 or 3 days.  Will I lose my current phone number?

I’ve gone round the houses trying to leave. Chat bots keep a generic reply, when I click on ‘leave ID’ I get redirected to a page that is under construction but if I click on ‘upgrade’ there’s no issue!? Called the vmail number. It cuts me off. Tried Twitter- bots are in force there. Have cancelled my DD even though my account isn’t cancelled. Am waiting for the threats. However I have all the screenshots to prove my attempts. 

Does anybody know if ID Mobile handsets are locked to the ID Mobile/Three network? Three no longer lock their handset to their network according to this page:https://www.three.co.uk/Support/Device_Unlock Given that the telecoms regulator, Ofcom, has ruled that BT, its mobile subsidiary EE, Tesco Mobile and Vodafone will have to stop selling mobiles that work only on their network from December 2021 to make it easier for customers to switch providers got me wondering where ID Mobile stand on the subject?

I have forgotten my password and cant login to my account because it sends a verification code to my phone but I have lost my phone .

I know there are extra costs associated with using data whilst roaming but this should not apply when using a VPN to connect to a different country server surely? I just ordered my data sim and plan to open a hotspot to use internet on my laptop which will be connecting to VPN services via OpenVPN. Does anyone know if this will be fine and no extra charges will be incurred to my unlimited data plan?

Hello, I purchased a 12 month contract last night. This morning I try to access the IDMobile site at which point I keep getting the error“The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.Your support ID is: 1994886947437139797” I’m not sure why this has happened could someone help with this please.

Can I pay my monthly bill by credit or debit card?

We have in past couple of weeks purchased 3 phones from ID. Phones all OK but sim card sent to my wife doesn’t work. It is impossible to get hold of anyone from ID. What do we do ?I also need to have my wifi calling looked at - can this be done on high street (curries ?) 

My Phone has died and I need to divert my calls to my wife’s phone. Can I do this via the website. I can’t see anything about diverting calls.
