Hi, My account says that my current contract ends on 28/02/2021. But it also says that I’m allowed to upgrade. As part of upgrade can change my plan from Pay Monthly contract to SIM only contract please that will lower the cost of my monthly outgoing? Thanks,

hi i have finished my contract and got a sim free phone. i wish to put my existing sim card into my new phone with the new plan.if i order a new sim card from id will it have a different number so i can give the old phone to my wife.many thanks

Hello hopefully someone can help me, my daughter has 2GB of data a month which always runs out, after live chat with ID they suggested turning off mobile data when at home otherwise apps run on both wifi and mobile data (my phone does not do this and never have any trouble0. She is at school in the day, hence most data is used in the morning and evening however she always does turn off her data when at home, apps left on were snapchat and WhatsApp - would that be enough to drain her data every month? Any advice welcome, thanks Tina

I have paid 2 months worth of bills at £112 something p and and it’s telling me I still owe money and my service isn’t on I can’t phone anyone to speak about it can anyone help 

Hello, don’t know if this will do anything but I don’t seem to have any other option. I have just ordered an S21 Ultra and have received a follow up email to say it is out of stock.  If I don’t want to wait I can apparently “contact us” but I can’t access the live chat feature as I don’t yet have a mobile number or an iD Mobile customer service pin. I don’t mind waiting if it’s a reasonable wait, but I just want to check that the contract won’t start or be paid for until the phone is dispatched. Any idea how I can communicate with ID to find this out and cancel if the wait will be too long? Thanks, Josh

Hello, I have a Samsung Galaxy S10+ mobile phone, which supports 4G.  I am interested in an ID Mobile pay monthly sim only deal (50GB of 5G data, unlimited texts, unlimited minutes, 12 month contract, bill capping and data rollover, wi-fi calling etc for £12 per month).  However, the question I have is will this ID Mobile sim only 5G deal work in my 4G mobile phone?  I would expect that if the answer is yes then obviously I would not benefit from the 5G facility/service, due to my mobile phone not having 5G capabilities.  But from the research I have done, it is not clear whether this 5G sim only deal will still work in my 4G mobile phone?  It’s also not clear if I would lose any of the other parts of this deal due to using a 4G mobile phone?  Just looking for clarity please and so hoping you can confirm for me, as no point in me signing up for this deal if it’s not going to work in my phone or if not suitable.  Many Thanks, Martin.

Wherever I look online it says that 03 numbers are geographical (same as 01 and 02) and should be included in the monthly minute allowance however after checking with one of the ID agents on online chat today they were adamant they aren't...can someone please clarify if 0345 numbers are included or not? Thank you! 

The past week I’ve been unable to make calls, send texts or use mobile data. Yet I can receive calls and texts. Tried changing the APN settings with Id on live chat to no avail, who then suggested I take it to a shop. Took it in today, they said probably a duff sim, so done a sim swap there and then for me, came home, waited for the sim to change and I’ve still got the same problem. I’m guessing Id have screwed up my settings somewhere maybe? I’m a loss. Any ideas please?

Cannot send any texts this morning  , keep getting error 38  , however the texts are to existing mobile numbers I have been texting for over a year ….everything was okay yesterday . I’ve tried restarting , and removing the sim ….any ideas 

How do you get to speak to a real human at id atm? Live chat is bot. When you ask for an agent it says they're unavailable. 

Good afternoon, Due to a family fall-out, my son took out another mobile phone contract and left me with the one I was paying for him to sort out.I went online to ID to request the account be closed - I was ‘chatting’ to a bot who advised that someone would be getting in touch to confirm this - I don’t have any chat transcription or know the exact date so cannot show proof - I then went on to cancel to direct debit and wait for someone to contact me - no one did. The last DD paid was 25th June so would have been shortly after this.I then received a message from my son saying he had been contacted by a debt collection agency on 23rd Sept requesting payment. He sent me the email and I spoke to various departments and members of ID through online chat - this transcript I have. They say there was no record of any chat with me requesting the account be closed.ID have opened a Complaint Case but have still tried to contact me through my sons mobile number - even when specifically told to use

I have a sim only monthly contract with 6Gb of data allowance. I have used 253Mb. Should I change to a lower data allowance? Tina

Hi, I am getting a very bad mobile signal, one or two bars maximum. Calls to mobiles and landlines are breaking up, sound crackly. It is impossible to have a normal conversation. Cannot say when the problem has started but it was quite acceptable in the past.WiFi calling is enabled. I have restarted the phone and re-inserted the sim (which seems physically fine). Post code SE6 2NE (I am mostly at home or nearby due to the lockdown).I really need to get this problem resolved.

I have submitted my pac via the is mobile app as I want to keep my number from my previous provider and switch to id and have just received a message saying ‘We have tried to process your PAC/STAC but we ran into an issue - the iD mobile number, last name or transaction number you entered is incorrect’ what do I do now?

Hello, I am getting alot of automated nuisance calls on my contract phone. Although it is a shame as I have had my number a long time but think resetting it will be the quickest option.How would I go about doing this and do I have the option to pick my new number?Thank you 

My daughter was he victim of ID theft on 20/08/19 when a mobile phone was purchased and multiple direct debit accounts were opened. This matter was reported to the Metropolitan Police on 27/08/19. On checking her Experian credit report, ID Mobile is listed as an active account. Please let us know how we can report this to ID.

First up, I’ve called customer service THREE times AND visited a CW store and STILL not got this resolved.On Black Friday, I was looking at deals online and found that I could upgrade my allowances for the same monthly price. However, the specific plan was not available to me in the upgrade options in the ID Mobile app. Hmmm?So I ordered a new SIM on Nov 28, but it still hadn’t arrived by Dec 6, I called customer service twice and they didn’t want to speak to me (cut me off both times!). Then I drove 10 miles to the nearest CW store. The agent confirmed that the new SIM had been shipped, but offered to order me a replacement, which I declined, and drove home = totally wasted trip.The next day my ordered SIM arrived (9 days, huh?), but I’ve learned that ID assigned a new phone number to it. hiI will be 3 weeks in France and Spain, on roaming, and I will use a 4G router.Can I tether the PAYG UNLIMITED data plan with no data caps ?According to the EU roaming link, https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/eu-roaming/fair-usage-policy, when you set £20 on the price field and amount of data “Not listed” seems to be NO LIMITS.is this correct??thanks  

I cancelled my contract via live chat on the 10th April 2020. But I have been billed up until the 2nd June. I’ve recently switched to Vodafone and no longer require the SIM card, so this has been disposed of. I understand that the Covid-19 pandemic is having an affect on ID’s ability to be able to serve their customers. But there should be a simple way to cancel your contract, particularly when it has reached it’s end. If this hasn’t already been done, please cancel my account immediately, or I'll no other option but to escalate the matter. 

Can I please get some help from someone? anyone?! I am trying to cancel my contract but it’s not very straight forward. I can not log in to my online account, it tells me my phone number is invalid, my email address too is invalid as a customer. I can not call as an automated voice asks for the number this is in reference to, it tells me that number does not exist. I can not seem to get on to live chat, it does not work. I have sent 5/6 emails out with no response. I can not come in to store as I live in Canada. I had a contract with iD mobile but used the handset only, not the number, as it replaced a broken handset, so I think that’s why I am having so many problems. I’ve just moved to ID and I’ve put my package number in but it also asked for your is mobile number- is this your mobile number or the number that is on the receipt? I have a mobile number on my Carphone warehouse receipt and put that number in. Is that correct?

Hi.I have just upgraded to a phone and monthly paying contract, I have been trying to  see if i can get another phone added to y current plan but i cant find any information regarding this. I have tried to order a separate phone with monthly plan but i was declined due to my credit rating. With my current plan I had to have a sim only plan at first before they upgraded me, so would i have to have a sim only plan for 6 months to be eligible for a second phone? Or can i add a second phone  to my current plan?
