Can you tell me if my number is being ported from ee to ID please. The assistant at car phone warehouse said she had starters the process (on sat 26th dec) however when I look at my we account it dosnt indicate it’s being processed?ThanksPaula

I need to cancel my Sim only contract with you asap. This has never been used but the money is still being taken from my account. I have now received letters and phone calls from CARS. I have tried to contact ID but with no success. I need to sort this as quickly as possible to stop the calls and letters as they are causing me great anxiety.

i have reset network settings, downloaded network settings and reinstalled, toggled wifi calling on and off and switched the phone on and off multiple times. reset both wifi routers (i have two home networks my isp is virgin media and i have a tp link deco mesh network piggy backing off the virgin router) i have no signal what so ever at home and i opted for the google pixel 5 on ID mobile as it was cheap and offered wifi calling.  had the phone for around 3-4 weeks and the wifi calling has never worked for me.  

I ordered an iPhone SE (black) a few days ago, not realising it was out of stock. I thought I would give it a couple of days, but it has still not been dispatched and I would therefore like to cancel the order and replace it with an order for a white iPhone SE.  One would expect that this would be relatively straightforward, either amend the order, or cancel the order and replace it.  Unfortunately having spoken to your online chat twice, this is apparently not possible.  Now not only do I have a right under the Consumer Rights Act to terminate any order placed online with 14 days, but your own email to me confirming that the handset was out of stock says “We completely understand if you don’t want to wait. If this is the case, please contact us.” Except having contacted you, apparently you can’t actually help.Frankly this situation stretches the bounds of credulity.  You cant cancel an order because it hasnt been dispatched yet?  So instead you want to make me wait, then incur the cos

I have an iPhone 12 and transferred my number over to my new sim from EE which works fine, however my ‘unlimited texts’ are failing to send? I have tried all the suggestions on how to solve this through the community but nothing seems to have worked?

Have just joined ID because of a good deal and the fact that you have wifi calling for my handset, Samsung galaxy A70. Wifi call has been working but has now stopped. It works with a virgin sim. Have updates phone software, tried switching it of and on a few times but no joy.  I need help or it's back to EE.

Hello. I recently started a 12month contract with ID and immediately moved an existing number over successfully in the dashboard with a PAC code - however I would now like to move my main number to the contract instead.  I cannot do this on the online dashboard as I have already used a PAC code - is there a way of doing this please so I can have my main number on this SIM? Thankyou.

For a while now (I think since I upgraded to a sim only plan), I’m not being notified when someone is calling me or that I have missed a call. The only way I know that someone has called me is by manually going onto my call log to see missed calls listed there. This mainly happens when my phone is locked, I have found if I am using my phone then the call tends to shows up. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I’ve had 3 calls from folk saying they’ve had missed calls from my number, but I haven’t made any calls to them - any idea what I can do to check what’s going on? Would be really helpful to speak to someone about this

I'm trying to upgrade to a new plan. I get to the payment details, enter them as requested, but the page keeps telling me it can't be processed. However money is still being taken from my account. Chatbot won't help me, I can't seem to contact a person. How do I process my payment?? I confirm, my details match those on the card I'm trying to pay with.

 I’ve just switched from O2 to ID and my One Time Passcodes are not coming through from Santander so I can’t access any banking.  Santander say the problem is not their end.  I’ve been on the live chat and the call handler insists it’s a Santander issue but looking at these threads it’s clearly and ID issue . This is very dissapointing and not what I want 5 days into a new partnership contract. I would like confirmation that the tech team are working on this issue as stated in ID replies to others experiencing the same issue within the ID community forum.This would go a long way to repairing our new relationship 

Is there a cap on the unlimited data for the sim only  plan when roaming? The one for £20. How long can you remain abroad?​​​​​​

I can't ad my I'd mobile to my play store for billing says error try again , why can't I get this sorted I have £25 so I can buy but not allowing my sim to connect

Someone has set up an ID Mobile account fraudulently using my details and I have now received a final demand letter for payment, I need to get this sorted ASAP as do not want to have any credit issues, I have set up a report on the police action fraud website but would like ID Mobile to get to the bottom of this as well, and from looking on here seems quite a few people are have the same issues with identity theft

Normally I get charged about 35 pound for my bills. But this month I have been charged 49 pound. I looked on my bill breakdown and there is no extra charges on there apart from 60p on photo messages in which was at the bottom. It also says my next bill will be in February and not January?

Hello. My daughters phone is damaged and we require the IMEI. She is using the sim on a different phone so is it possible to have the IMEI from calls placed a couple days ago and not the IMEI on the recent activity?

My son has lost his phone and I can't access his info on app to cancel it. I pay the bill and don't want to pay for a contract that isn't being used. Would be much better if I could talk to someone who can actually help me. 

 I have activated my new sim I received with my new phone I upgraded to. I have tried all the troubleshooting methods but when inserting the sim into 2 phones it shows there is no sim. 

I am trying to find out if texting a 5 digit number is included in my plan.If it is not included then how much will it cost?It is a competition number 60110 and states it will be charged at the standard rate but I can’t find any info on the ID website to establish what the standard rate is.Thanks in advance for any help.

 I recently got a new ID contract that came with a new sim, I inserted the sim into my new phone but it keeps appearing as “verifying”. I can’t receive a security code to help transfer my number as messages are not coming through. 

Hi, I have been with ID for roughly 3 years. I'm due to get and upgrade but I want a 5G phone. I know ID is not 5G compatible yet. Will you be moving to 5G and how will this impact me getting the upgrade with you now?
