Dear ID Mobile community, I tried to get to resolve this problem 7 months ago but I didn't reply to the responses and the thread was closec for comments so I am s5arting this question to get help with one of my 2 accounts. I purchased 2 contracts with the same email address and then registered one of them but when I try to register the second account it does not allow me to because the same email is already registered to my first account. Can you please private message me to get the number of my second account and my other details so that you can manually change the username and email for my second account to an alternative email that I can give you in  by prove message. Thank you

I’m trying to change providers as the coverage in my area for ID is not good for me.I’ve requested a PAC code but when I use it to try and change over it’s not accepted because it’s the wrong code.  It’s showing a Vodafone code (VUK) and not an ID one.  The person I spoke to on the chat said it was the correct one and it’s always been VUK but I know from reading other peoples problems on here that it’s not. 

I’ve received an SMS saying ID have “run into an issue” saying I’ve entered either the wrong mobile no, last name or transaction number is incorrect. The app doesn’t say this, it says it’ll transfer by 7 June. How can I rectify whatever information is wrong?

I can’t send a text to charity numbers, raffles or talk shows such as the BBC runs. I HAVE premium enabled and I have NO cap set. Any ideas please?

Hi there,I have just received a new phone after applying for a ID pay monthly plan (24 month contract). I am currently a SIM only ID rolling contract. The new sim card is in the new phone but it is saying that it is still on the old plan and not the new one. I also want to transfer over my old number as I’ve had it since I have ever owned a phone!I am reading lots about that this is not possible. So does that mean there is nothing I can do? I have to return the phone? I have undone packaging etc. is this possible? Also I presume I will be paying two contracts at the moment.hope someone can shed some light?thanks,Amy

I have submitted my pac via the is mobile app as I want to keep my number from my previous provider and switch to id and have just received a message saying ‘We have tried to process your PAC/STAC but we ran into an issue - the iD mobile number, last name or transaction number you entered is incorrect’ what do I do now?

I want to cancel my disconnection request. Your website says I can call you to do this but your recorded message directs me back to the website. You bot doesn’t understand the question. 

I’ve had no signal for the last two days. I’m in Pembridge, Herefordshire. I’ve tried restarting my phone, turned mobile data on and off and manually selected the network but still nothing. Is something happening with the mast? How can I get help? Don’t really want to be paying when I have to rely on WiFi. 

Just trying to connect new SIM.  Can get no signal in or near house so NEED wifi calling, which has worked fine with my old provider and current phone (Samsung Galaxy A3 (2017)) for several years.  This is a ‘supported device’ for ID mobile, you say.  Have followed all connection routes on this website and phone instructions and appears NOT to be supported device. What am I doing wrong?

For various reasons I would like to Transfer my number from IDmobile account to other provider, but keep IDmobile account (obviously with a new number) Is this possible?

Hi, I submitted my PAC to join ID, the relevantmobile numbers and transaction number, but received a text saying one was incorrect. I then registered online and tried again with the PAC and mobile numbers, but still get a message saying error. The submitted numbers are correct. Can you help please? Thanks.

I just got an email saying that DPD successfully changed my delivery address.  I didn’t ask for this.  Is my phone being stolen? Probably not, probably just an innocent mistake as the new address has a similar first line, but is 200 miles away. I can’t ask DPD to change the address again through the website, as it says “This option isn't available on this delivery” and I can’t contact ID Mobile as their live chat is offline.  Is there anything I can do?

Hi IdMobile, Since joining ID mobile, my network coverage has been unstable and poor within my home and outside, calls will drop or not come through. There is a mast relatively close so would expect a little better.is this something you can investigate and escalate to three. Thank YouLouise 

My account has been suspended as I paid my bill late. However I hve since paid it directly from the app. Please can you tell me how long it will take  Thank you 

I have monthly contract on a pixel 5, and I struggle with poor signal, and even it displaying no signal. My partner has a pixel 4a on ID and virtually always has signal whenever I have issues. Any ideas?Surely the pixel 5 should be as capable signal wise as the pixel 4a?     

I purchased an extra contract when I want to actually purchase one instead: how do I cancel this extra one, can you help as I’ve not used the extra sim

Hi there, I would like to end my contract soon. I read a couple of topics about this matter. That`s my plan > Pay Monthly 1 Month - £10.00  I logged in to my account and found out that I joined iD or upgraded to a new plan on 02 APR 2019 and my contract ended on 01 MAY 2019. I believe this plan is carrying over monthly. Basically I can end my contract without paying any extra fees  by giving you 30 days’ notice. Examples>  1) I want to end my contract the 13rd of January so I give them a notice the 12nd of December.  How much will It be the last bill (from the 1st to the 13rd of January)? 2) I want to end my contract the 30th of January, so I give them a notice the 30th December. How much will it be the last bill (from the 1st to the 30th of January)?    Thank you for your help

My disabled aunt is 85 years old and currently isolating in a care home as she recovers from an operation she doesn’t normally need to use her mobile so has a non smart phone with 100 minutes per month I am trying to buy her a top up so she can call her family why can’t I just phone up & pay this 100% online system is preventing her calling loved ones what can I do?

Transferred to iD Mobile, but coverage is non existent where I live, requested PAC code and received the same PAC code I used when I transferred from Vodafone. Need a iD Mobile PAC code. Reading the forum there is clearly a problem with PAC code requests on iD Mobile.

This morning I got a text from ID Mobile saying my account needed updating, I logged in and had to re-enter my payment card details... weird.Then a few hours later I get another text saying a new SIM is on its way.What the hell?I don’t want a new SIM, I don’t want my account changed in any way.What is happening? WHY?How do I cancel this unwanted SIM?  

I returned a phone(new) to  CPW and they have altered credit/debit to £00.00. ID have not done anything so I cannot have another phone  as they are still showing me as having  a phone and plan. They have asked me to pay a monthly payment - I paid this as I dont want a county court judgement for non payment. There is a direct debit on my account.

I’ve received a PAC from iDMobile (both online and via text), and they are both the one provided by my old provider when I came to iDMobile. I need a new PAC to leave. Please can you provide as I can’t call and chat doesnt work.

I called into your call centre to close this account after I settled the final bill with yourselves through C.A.R.S.But im still being charged for a contract i dont have or used.. please help me sort this
