I have tried to remove the adult restrictions by selecting settings, but when I do there is no toggle for adult content.All I have is Voicemail, Roaming, International and Premiumanyone have any suggestions and please please do not say go to Account, select My Services and slide the toggle...I have logged into my account on 4 different platform and tried that its NOT THERE!

Hello!I've just had my mobile stolen and I understand my mobile network can provide the IMEI. I urgently need it because I cannot file a report to the police unless I have the IMEI number :(The Chat Bot was of no help and the I contacted the Live Chat after hours in order to contact an agent.Please help!

I have recieved a PAYG sim only to use in an old phone for my 11yr old son. How can I find the phone number for this - there was nothing printed on the sim.I live in an area with almost no phone signal at all - will it need to connect to the network for a while before it registers and I can find the number in the usual way?

I have an EE 4GEE Wifi Mini broadband box and recently used it whilst on holiday, subscribing to EE and the costs started to mount up. If I were to go on a monthly unlimited plan with ID Mobile will their SIM card work in the 4GEE box ?

I ordered the S21 Ultra last week -  order accepted and payment taken. Have since been informed that it is currently out of stock. Any idea when it will be in stock? 

I am on 02 4G   for mobile broadband at the moment but find the performance lacking with my Roberts internet radio.  Typically I get 150 down, 10 up and 35+ ms ping.   5G from Three is now available to me so I tried both Three and iD Mobile SIMs.  With a Three SIM I get 5G and an amazing 280 down, 60 up and ping of 19 ms and internet radio is happy.  With the iD SIM I only get 4G but a very good 150 down, 60 up and ping of 19 ms and the internet radio is equally happy as is HD video streaming and everything else.  Both Three and iD connect to the same cell 3409993 about 1km away with about the same signal level.So the question is will I ever get 5G from an iD 30 daty contract SIM or do I have to go for a 12 month or longer SIM only contract to get 5G from iD Mobile.  I don’t want a new phone as I have a 5G Oppo Find already and an Oppo 5G router.Thanks in advance for any replies.

I had cause today to contact support to ask a question regarding using my phone when needed as a hot spot.My question was simple….I have the unlimited data package and wanted to know if i could use my phone as a hot spot when needed and would there be any additional charges….Her reply was Please be advised that you can use your phone as a hotspot but you will incure additional expensive charges…..I responded...even though i have an unlimited data package… The reply...Yes. So my question to the community is, how do we get in touch with the support people to advise them to re train their people. I came on here and found the answer as well...It clearly states i can use my phone as a hot spot with NO additional charges. If the support team does not know this, what other false information are they giving to customers???

Lost phone and SIM card need a replacement SIM card asp plz

Hi, I’m currently on a monthly sim only contract with 1Gb for £5 pm and am considering upgrading to one with 5Gb for £7 pm. The website doesn’t make it clear if the new deal offered is a monthly or longer contract, eg 12 m. Does anyone know please? Thanks

I received my new iPhone 11 about three weeks ago from id, I had to request multiple times for the phone to be delivered and when it was it came drenched and the packaging seemed as if the phone had be carelessly handled. I chose to ignore until now when trying to work the phone every message sent out regardless of what networks recipients are on claims to be messege sent failure, however the text messages are actually sending themselves multiple times every day, how do I fix this? 

I have completed a 24 month contract with ID and have switched to a monthly sim only with ID, how do I keep my old number?

Hi, My original ID mobile plan was under my mother’s name. I was due for an upgrade and think I have accidentally started a sim only plan under my own name. I have looked into cancelling my mother’s plan (I.e the original plan) and there’s obviously a cancellation fee. However, realistically I would just like to continue in my mums name under a sim only contract. I have messed this all up a bit but was hoping there was some way to now just lead on from my mums account instead of restarting a new ID account? If I give the booking reference of this new plan etc?  Hope this makes sense.  Alex 

SIM card has not arrived but have had emails about account and billing. SIM was ordered on the 7th, and hadn’t expected to wait over a week. Should I wait or request a new one to be sent via tracked post?(I haven’t had any delays with any other Royal Mail deliveries this last month)

I'm having issues making calls. Doesn't appear to connect, but the receiver's phone is ringing briefly and then stopping. It does not appear to connect on my side and just drops. I have v true WiFi and non WiFi calls. My phone frequently drops incoming calls for no apparent reason ( not coverage). This is beginning to get ridiculous. I've basically for a phone that can't make it recurve mobile calls.

Hi my SIM hasn’t arrived, ordered over two weeks ago on 20th May. Struggling to get any help, I’m going round in circles with the chat bot and online help telling me to call, but the automated message on the call is telling me to use the chat bot. 

Parents were sold a samsung A02s in CPW on idmobile the other week, they previously had an old dumb phone on O2 but wanted a smartphone, they have been switched to Idmobile which they've found has no signal whatsoever at home.I've explained WiFi calling to them as the phone and Id show as compatible but they couldn't find the setting to turn it on, I've visited now and sure enough it's not in settings, only volte. Checked software update which says up to date.any suggestions please

Hi,This is my first time with ID mobile and ever since I've had it I've not been able to make any calls as no one can hear me on the other side, I can hear them perfectly fine but they don't hear me at all. I don't think there is a mask down in the area? Any ideas how to fix this because I can't call anyone  for help?  Thank youTrev.

Does anyone have wi-fi calling working on an Oppo Find X2 Lite? It was on the support list from ID but since buying my phone they seem to have removed it. So now I have a phone that doesn't work with wif-fi calling. Looks like I’m going to have to go back to EE.

I have switched on international calls / texts AND premium rate calls and I can see the toggle switch is set to ‘on’, but I’m still unable to make any calls abroad or send texts / make call premium rate calls.  I need this urgently resolved please.  Every time I try, I’m being told I need to ‘top up’ when I have a monthly contract plan. Would appreciate your help asap.  Thanks.

Hi all,I have a question if I upgrade my sim only plan will I receive a new sim as I'm assuming my old sim is not 5g ready? Also why is the upgrade I want on a 12 month plan but a new contract is 1 month Rolling? For the same plan? Seems like loyal customers are being penalised for upgrading to me!!. 

I am due a phone upgrade as of today. I have 2 months left. The contract is in my parents name. Am I either allowed to switch to my name , or able to take out a new plan with you and terminate this one or will I still be charged the extra 2 months of my contract?  thank you!  

I’ve lost my phone a few days ago, and there doesn’t seem to be any sign of anyone giving it back. I’ve been looking through my emails and I can’t find anything from IDmobile on any of them, I don’t know what email address I made an idmobile account with but it isn’t any the ones I currently use… I can’t even remember the last time I logged into the site. I really need to get a replacement sim, and I don’t want to lose my old phone number. Can anyone help?

Hello, I didn’t miss a single payment but apparently there was an £11 closing fee when the account was closed. I’m in the process of a mortgage application and other than this (which I was totally unaware of on my credit report until yesterday) my credit is absolutely spotless! This is literally going to ruin my life - I’ve completed on the sale of my previous house and moved out into temporary accommodation - everything I own is in storage! I have attempted to escalate this via the chat bot and raised a dispute / notice of correction via the Experian credit agency. Please, please could someone help me with this? This is absolutely soul destroying. I have never missed a payment on anything in my life! Kind regards Tom
