I have a monthly bill of £10 for my son. For the second time in a year I noticed I was charged £14.20 (on 23 December) while all of my bills are only for £10. Has anybody else noticed these over charges? The amount is small but to resolve ID Mobile wants me to provide scanned copies of utility bills, driver license, bank details etc. I’ve refused and instead raised this with my bank who will reverse the payment while this is investigated. Surely this is not usual for a situation where clearly the merchant has billed incorrectly and has all the details they need already both to review and correct? I had a long chat with Tracey-Lee before giving up and going to my bank.

I want to cancel my contract, dont have the number any more and haven't got a human to speak to.

I have just taken out a new contract with ID as there was nothing in the upgrades I liked.I want to transfer my old ID mobile number to my new contract.I have tried to do this via the app and got the PAC code but as its already an ID mobile number it wont let me.Can someone help. Thanks,Pete.

Just recently paid my bill and now my texts are failing and my calls are not working. Everytime I ring someone, an automated voice says you’ve dialled our customer service number?

I have tried to obtain a valid PAC code by text message and online account.  It always gives me the same code which was the one I used to move to ID from Vodafone, and it says it will expire 26th December 2020, which is obviously in the past.  Online chat is useless and live chat with a human is non existent. HELP!!!!!

Hi I joined Id mobile over a week ago. The past 2 days I’ve had one bar signal strength and mobile data is not working. Text messages are also failing to send. Phone calls seem okay at the moment. Unless I am on wifi I have no internet. Any help please?

My mobile suddenly won't phone my own landline number. I see people have had similar experiences in the past. If anyone has had this type of problem please could you tell me if iD ever resolved it? Thank you in advance.

How often must I top up my PAYG account to keep my spare mobile phone active especially if it is not often used 

Help! I upgraded my limited mins SIM (cap £25-) only to a pay monthly SIM with a £10 cap on 9 May. I recieved a text confirmation of the £10 cap. I also recieved emails saying the new SIM was in the post. I made no phone calls on 9th.Today (10th) I used my phone for an 18 minutes call and got a text saying I had used 80% of my cap! However the app shows that I have unlimited minutes 10 May- 9 June which is pro rated allowances from new plan plus allowances from old plan. How can I have unlimited minutes and have used most of my cap all within 24 hrs of upgrading? I haven’t used any data at all. I don’t seem to have either the old or the new plan in operation as I appear to be paying the out of plan charge of 45p per min for my phone call! I really don’t understand what’s going on, please help. I can’t afford to pay 45p per min and I need to use my phone!

Hello, I have only a SIM contract since 2019. I purchased it for my sister. However, she lost her phone and we weren’t able to localize the phone anymore. The direct debit is on my name. I need to cancel this contract as she doesn’t have either the phone and the sim. The contract is only under my name, and I still have the phone number on my personal contacts. As I know that I cannot only remove the direct debit, I need some serious help to understand how can I end this contract and possibly do a new one once my sister will have a new phone. Can anyone help me?Thank you very much

I am an existing pay monthly sim only customer.  I Ordered a new sim from the website with a much better data deal but didn’t do it as an upgrade - and now don’t know how to swap my existing number to the new sim -the pac number option doesn’t seem to work and I can’t speak to anyone to ask.  I’m now thinking you can’t go from ID to ID without doing it as an upgrade and if that’s the case what do I do with the new sim - I assume I’m now paying for two sims even though I’m not using one.

Hi, I have a SIM only monthly contract. I would like to end my contract ASAP. Can you please let me know what I need to do and whether there are any fees to pay? I am not interested in keeping my number and I am not going to transfer my number to another network. Thanks

I am not an ID mobile customer but I have received two letters from ID Mobile. One saying I have set up a Direct Debit and the other is a Final Demand Notice. Someone is using my name and address for this fraud.  How do I go about reporting this and get the account closed? I’d be grateful if someone could get back to me ASAP.

Does the unlimited sim only data plan have unlimited hotspot or is it capped

I bought an ID monthly sim through Carphone Warehouse a couple of weeks ago. I then decided to stay with my old provider so cancelled my contract within the 14 day cancellation period. I was told that it had all been cancelled so I stopped my DD. I have now received a final bill which I have spent the last week trying to pay using my ID account and the automated payment line. Both have been unsuccessful. I can only top up as it now registers my sim as a PAYG.Can you please help me to get this sorted.

I just wanted to upgrade my sim only contract for a better deal but now i’ve been sent a new simcard? I want to keep my number and sim, do I need to swap sims? am I going to be charged for 2 sims now. and why is there no way of contacting iD Mobile directly??? I’m so confused.

I've lost my phone but cant remember my number

My mum has a basic phone with contract that gives her 1gb of data usage per month.She wants to be able to use messenger with her sister ( they used to live in the same building and now are about 150 miles apart )so they can keep in touch. Her sister doesn’t have a land line number. Is there anyone who can tell me how much data would be used in a 30 minute phone call or a 30 minute video call using FB messenger.

I upgraded to a new phone, and recieved it yesterday with a new sim. Which sim do i put in please, in order to retain my old number?

I received my new phone on Monday. I sent over a pac code so I could keep my old number. I had signal prior to doing this but since sending my pac code I get no signal in my house. I thought it was just taking some time to get my number moved over. I just went for a walk though and had signal but now I'm back home I don't have signal again.  I have checked your coverage checked and it says I should have signal inside and outside the house.  Can someone please help?
