Hello, I've been searching for the answer to this question and there doesn't seem to be clear information about this.Scenario: I have a ID plan, with texts and calls included.I go to a EU country, say Italy.Are calls and texts to Italian numbers made while I am in Italy from my UK ID number included in my plan? And what about receiving calls from Italian number in Italy? And what about calling UK numbers from Italy? This page , when selecting ‘Italy’ displays this message: The table below shows how much it costs to make calls, send texts and use data in your selected country.If you're roaming in one of our 50 Inclusive Roaming destinations, the minutes, texts and data you use simply come out of your remaining monthly allowances. Nevertheless, the table below shows specific prices for each call and text. If my calls and texts are included in my plan, how come that they seem to have a price in the table, contradicting the above quotation? Thank you.

I’ve paid my phone bill twice by accident. I done one on the mobile app and direct debit have taken another payment. Does this mean I won’t be charged for next month seeing as I have already paid it in advance, or will I still be charged via direct debit?

Hi, I have an iD sim only plan for my Daughter and I manage the account, which is in my name and linked to my email address.  I am in the process of switching over to iD myself from EE, again on a sim only plan.  Will I be able to manage both plans from the same account or will I have to register/set up a new account (new username etc.) for myself?  Many thanks

I placed an order on March 26th for the iPhone 12 pro 512gb which was out of stock and said the expected delivery date is April 27th. I didn't mind waiting as it seemed a good price and I want to know if this delivery day is still correct, as if i go to purchase the phone today, the date has been pushed back to May and I was wondering what date my order is due to be delivered. I have tried to use the live chat, but after spending over 20 minutes waiting and confirming my details, I got cut off for no reason. It seems to be difficult to get hold of anyone, and this has really put me off.

Hi,I have recently upgraded to a new contract and am still being charged for my old contract which ended in December. I have recieved the confirmation email from ID Mobile for my new upgrade and cannot get any answers from ID Mobile regarding my query. The Chatbot service never seems to work and the call centre numbers are a nightmare to use. Can anyone help close my old account? Thanks

Two questions pls…I am on a sim only monthly contract just now but want to buy a new phone: Does my Sim only contract automatically stop (don’t want to be paying for 2 contracts), or do I have to do anything to cancel it?… Is it automatic that you keep your current number or, again, do I have to do anything to activate this?Thanks( I will do it thru the Upgrade section in my account)

Hello,I have recently upgraded my SIM only contract (from a SIM only deal, to another SIM only deal with unlimited minutes allowance).I placed the order, received the new SIM card by post, I have activated the new SIM and installed it in my phone.  My online account shows the new allowances.Now I have just received a text from ID telling me my minutes allowance has been exceeded and that I will be charged for further minutes used.Why is this? Hi, I have an iPhone 7 and when I click on show caller ID, it just shows a spinning wheel. Usually I turn my phone on and off and it goes away, I have tried turning it on and off, soft reset, network reset, closed all apps, enabled Siri etc and nothing seems to be working. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi,Today I activated my ID Sim and have been notified that I have used up my £5 cap already! It says that I have been sending MMS but I haven’t sent any images or emojis. I did send a group text to 6 people to give them my new number, but this didn't even send, hence the confusion.There is no way to email / call ID so it is really difficult to find a solution, confused as to how to query this??Sian   (hope I didn’t get charged for that … )

I want to cancel one order because I mistakenly ordered two identical products.  I ordered the first one, then he told me that an error had occurred.  and then I started the payment operation a second time. How i can cancel my first order?

I am slightly puzzled as to the joining process. I am not a prolific switcher but the ID process seems slightly different to how things have worked with other providers as previously nothing happened until I received a SIM and activated it. This is a summary of where I am currently: I placed an online order to join iD yesterday and completed the Direct Debit etc. I’ve received the relevant emails to say the order has been accepted and the SIM posted. I assumed nothing further would happen until I received the SIM and activated it. Today however my first bill has been issued. I have also received an email entitled “Let’s get Started”. However it would seem I cannot register to use the app or setup an online account until I receive the SIM as a code sent to the new number forms part of the registration process. My intention is to port my existing number and I have a PAC ready and waiting. Question The order process seemed to have an option to submit a PAC with the order however a

I am seeking a low-cost deal for texts and calls only, NO DATA (I don’t have a smart phone). Any ideas, anyone? I used to have a deal elsewhere that cost £1 a month but that provider has discontinued it. Any suggestions, please, anyone?Penny

I am trying to set up a direct debit on my account however I keep getting a message saying that ‘we have been unable to validate the bank details that you enetered. Check info and try again’ This is an absolute joke, as I can’t upgrade my phone sunless I set up a direct debit, yet when I try it won't let me?

I am trying to get my PAC to port out however on texting 65075 which is a paid for number, ID mobile respond to say that 'Something went wrong with request and to contact customer service. The link on the app does not work!

I've ordered an upgrade via the app. I then received an email to say there was an issue with the order and someone would call me or it will be cancelled.  I've not received a call and live chat is not available. I would like to speak with someone about the issue. Thanks! 

My Mother died on the 11/02/21 and my Father has been trying unsuccessfully to contact ID Phones to let them know. On the 6th of April he received a letter to say the case would be handed over to a debt collection agency.He was given various phone numbers to contact you, and tried the online chat service which was useless.He returned the debt collection letter dated 31/03/21 which arrived on the 6/04/21 along with an explanation of the above. I am writing this to you as he is 80 and having trouble navigating your support systems, although it seems 30 year olds are also, so it’s not a surprise!I’d be grateful if you can advise how he avoids the threatened debt collectors and threat of damage to his credit rating as stated in your letter as payment was from a joint account.Yours sincerely.

After noticing a missed call from an unrecognised number, I texted asking who/why they had called.  Only to receive a reply that they had a missed call from my number?  I was wondering if this was unusual and if i should be doing something about it. Appreciate any help.

Direct debit was not taken so I paid manually. Direct debit has now been taken so money has been paid twice. How do I get a refund? Or can I leave money as credit to be taken from next bill?

phone lost and password forgotten need to login to block my account and order new sim

Hi ID, I have requested my pac.but you are sending me the one giffgaff sent me in December 2020…Who do I have to chase down to get the correct one?

Both my wife and I have idMobile accounts. We actually like the service so much that we want to get extra sims for our children. Two days ago i ordered a sim and entered all the correct details. A couple of hours later I got email to say that the order had been cancelled as i had failed the security checks. I called into CPW on the way home from work and the assistant did his best but was unable to solve the problem. I phoned 7777 and TBH was useless. Trien online chat and was told to phone 0800 sales number. The person who answered was better but the only suggestion was to call Experian to see if there was anything on mu credit file. So i signed up to see my credit report and have a perfect 999 out of 999! Ok i thought let's see if my wife can order one so went through the order process carefully making sure everything was ok. Today she got the same email to say failed security check. What is going on?
