I have been trying to cancel my sim only contract for the last few days, but I have been unable to get hold of anybody, the live chat is useless because I no longer have the sim or the number so cannot log on, I have cancelled my direct debit thinking I would get some form of contact number, but no just a non reply message. I have been driven to destraction by all of this, I just need to speak to a person, just a person, it's not too much to ask. Please HELP ME 

My Pixie 4 Andriod phone was working but now shows ‘Unable to connect, please insert a valid SIM card. What is the problem?

I just got a new phone and the number was transferred today. It was originally working but now I can no longer receive or make calls. I tried taking out the sim etc. still nothing and can’t get hold of anyone on a live chat 

I bought a new SIM to put in my iD compatible phone. I can receive texts but can’t make or receive any calls. I just get a message saying “not registered on network” even though I have 3 bars of signal and my old SIM had no problems.I’ve tried restarting, going in and out of airplane mode, cleaning the SIM but no luck.

 I would like to cancel my contract within 14 days cooling off period, but can’t do it. I’ve tried the live chat many times for help but it is useless.

I have 2 sim cards:From O2 - number 111111 From ID - number 222222 (Pay Monthly) I do not want the ID number anymore, it was used for a business, which no longer operates.I have a personal number with O2, and was thinking of moving that number to my existing contract with ID . Can this be done i.e. keep my same ID contract, but use a number moved from O2?Or, do I need to cancel my ID contract, open a new one contract, and then move the O2 number to it?Thanks.

 I got my new phone on Monday and still no service, phone is reading 'no simple and I have tried all the troubleshooting and also reset phone, sim isnt working in any other phone either.  the chat bot feature is completely useless i have tried it 3 times now with the same response and then it freezes. I was on for nearly 2 hours yesterday trying to get an answer! and I cant speak to anyone. Making me regret upgrading with ID mobile

Hi, I am looking for a replacement ID mobile SIM card with the same number and details etc just a different size as I am changing phones and require a nano sized sim. Please could you assist? Thank you.

When I request a PAC code, I keep being sent one that has already expired. Please can you issue me a valid, in date PAC code asap?

I’ve overpaid my bill (paid twice for December 2020) how do I go about getting this refunded? 

I checked my international calls were selected on my account management, I then gave it a few minutes more before calling a 0031 (dialling code for Holland) phone number, which should be part of my plan. I ordered a new contract, I received the phone and sim yesterday (through carphone warehouse) the sim isn’t working, I can’t even get emergency calls, what can I do? Your live chat isn’t launching for me either 

Hi, I have recently got myself a new phone and gave my old phone (Iphone SE 2017) which had been fully paid off the by 2019, to my sister but she is unable to use her SIM card on it as its still locked to ID mobile. I am aware that all your phones are supposed to be unlocked but not in this case, unfortunately. Can I please get help to get it unlocked?

i cancelled my contract over two months ago and I d mobile has got the credit agency to chase for more money. I even paid the addtional one month on the contract. I have had enough of this company and i just want to leave can anyone help

HiLike others, I have received a letter saying I have set up a direct debit. The name and address is mine but the mobile no. account number and sort code are not mine and I have had no contact with id mobile. Really hard to talk to someone and get this sorted out. Please can someone contact me. John

I have recently made an accidental overpayment as my ID App says the payment has been taken from my account. Yet it has not shown in my bank account. Would I be able to claim a refund as i have overpaid.

Good morning.Due to insufficient funds in my linked account, the direct debit payment was returned to me and not paid through to ID mobile. I then made a one of payment off the full amount as per guidance on another thread on here. I have today received a text message saying ID mobile will try and take the amount due again in 5 days.. can we stop this from happening?  Thanks. 

Hi I am trying to change the plan on my sim only. I have had the account since 2017 and currently only use it for data but would like to change to now include minutes and texts. When I try to do this via my account i keep getting an error message to say something went wrong. Does anyone know how i can fix this? Thanks

My Landline provider has an international calls/txt add on (for about £6/m) - why doesn’t ID?

Please help  I entered my PAC code last week Wednesday march 24th 2021 after 5pm or 6pm, in order to keep my original number from my previous provider (as I have just switched to ID) - but it is still not done and it asks me to do the following:Switching request has already processed for this MSISDN. Please contact customer service for details. Please could you resolve this  Thanks 

I've just registered today and annoyed that the confirmation email states you've subscribed me, I didn't subscribe so why have you done it and why doesn't the 'Unsubscribe' link work, that just takes me to a contact page, why do that to people?

Hi, my contract ends on 05 May 2021,( date of writing this 14/04/2021 ), I want to change to a pay monthly sim only plan while keeping my current mobile number, when should I change to this plan without incurring a fee for breaking my contract. Do I have to wait until after 05 May before changing??, ideally do not want to pay the contract monthly fee and new plan after my contract ends on 05 May.

I have been trying to order a new contract phone and every time i get to the “pay 1p” screen i enter my card details and it just comes up “this page has timed out”
