I can’t set up an app account without using my SIM card, in order to cancel my contract! I want to end my contract, as there is no coverage at my house. 

I’ve had a new phone delivery it’s doesn’t work but I don’t know it’s number to report the fault.I am currently being charged for my old phone and for my new phone which I’ve had since January but has never worked.When I got hold of ID chat bot to ask for help they wanted to know the number but it’s not on my details and I cannot get the phone to work to find out the number how can I sort this???Its so frustrating not to be able to hold a conversation and sort this out

I filled in the switch form with the pac code and it went through ok. I tried to fill it in again as my old number had not transferred and it said the switch had gone through but it still hasn’t come through on my phone. 

Hi i got a few questionsFirst question is id mobile ligit is it real ? Because I'm reading alot about you guys doing alot of fraudulent behaviour If it is what phone would you recommend getting i like galaxy ,huawei, Google i just don't know what one Also why is id mobile data so cheap ?its just not making sense to me how cheap it is Also one last question I use Snapchat to live call I won't be charged extra for that right?Thanks for reading this and thank  for your help 

if I buy a 5g phone then in a few months 5g comes out will I just be able to use it or doesn't it work like that do I have to upgrade my sim once again or will I just be able to use my same sim   Also will I be able to get a deal with you if I'm also bringing my brother to you under one account I wanna buy a Samsung a52 5g well thats the one I'm looking at so its not a cheap phone so what can you do for me as a new customer as you are gaining 2 new customers also atleast one of them will have the unlimited data plan 

I have entered my PAC code into iD mobile and it hasn’t been processed. There is nobody to speak to from iD and only get to speak to a robot on the online chat which isn’t helpful as it isn’t answering my question. Currently paying for 2 contracts and will end up having to cancel the iD mobile if i cannot get my number transferred. I am a key worker and need my number to be transferred ASAP. Can anyone help please??? 

I recently raised a question on this forum which has been answered.  Unfortunately I hadn’t realised initially that you had answered as the email notification of that fact was sent to an old email address which is in the process of being closed.How do I change it for future use ?I’ve checked that the correct email address is noted in the idmobile app - it is, and I receive emails from idmobile to the correct address regarding other things e.g. bill ready notifications.Hope you can help.

I cannot switch off the Call Forwarding Option on my iPhone 7.  The number I originally selected has changed format (so is not recognised and when people call me it says my number is not in service), and when the toggle option to switch it off finally loads, I tap it and it does not switch off.

I need to cancel my contract I no longer have access to the phone so I do not have the app. When I access the website and try to follow the steps advised to cancel it does not recognise my username or password.To reset my username and password it sends a code via text to the phone number I no longer have access to.... The live chat is useless.  Please cancel my contract, I want to give 30 days notice 

I’ve had a couple of calls where there seemed to be about a 3 second delay between me speaking and the person hearing me. Is there anything that can be done about this?It doesn’t happen with every call, my last one was fine.

Hi, I have the same issue as this one:I cancelled the direct debit as I didn’t realise this needed to stay in place, now https://my.idmobile.co.uk/ shows a credit refund is due but billing information just states “Your current billing method is by email.” Help appreciated, thanks.

Hi, I recently upgraded to an unlimited plan via my ID app (which in the end became a phone call to resolve).  The app put forward a recommended plan for me with a price - after I completed the transaction, my wife was browsing the ID website when she noticed that this plan was being advertised at a cheaper price than what was being offered to me via my own app!Now, the live chat doesn’t work, I can’t call them and they have no way of being contacted by email.  When I tried to complain, the form submission button doesn’t appear.  I smell a rat…  

I have 500 mins each month to make calls but my limit is at 447 mins. Just made a call to say I have run out of call allowance but clearly have not

As title, would prefer not to have to order another sim and switch, but same seem to find anything within my account, and the chat bot was fairly useless.Thanks for any help. Mark

I have just taken out a new contract as I had a sim only id plan but wanted a new phone. At the time of choosing the new plan I couldn't see a way to do this using my original sim. I now have just read on the forum that it is not possible to transfer numbers within the same network... so do I need to cancel my new plan or somehow transfer it to my original sim card? I have spent so much time trying to find an answer to this (talking to a human being would have been much easier!). I need my original number as it is my business number but I also do not want to incur any costs for transferring my plan across or cancelling it (if I cancel it then I would take the equivalent plan out again but on my original sim number).  Feels like a bit of a mess - so thank you for any help!

I have been overcharged on my monthly bill by £5 - the ID mobile app shows my bill at £13, whereas the amount debited from my bank by ID mobile is £18. Last month I received these texts and ignored them as I believed they were fraudulent, but now I think they might be why I’m incurring the £5 additional charge. Please can someone advise me on how to stop these charges?

I upgraded my plan via the app it’s now showing on my account with this extra data allowance which is fine but I have just received a new SIM card do I have to replace my original sim in my phone?I don’t know what number is allocated to this new sim and I am happy as I am with original sim.RegardsConfusedGerry

I recently attempted to purchase an ID contract through Carphone warehouse.However the purchase was later refused due to a credit check.I’ve checked with most major credit rating companies and my credit rating is good.I’ve had it suggested it was because i already have 2 phone contracts. Both I will cancel after getting a new phone contract.The first is with ID. I did not buy the new contract from them directly because they did not offer the phone with the data i needed. I also want to cancel my existing contract after i get the new contract so i can retain the number long enough to transfer it to the new contractThe second is with Vodaphone, who have offered me a new contract at a 25% discount as an existing customer. ID mobile's price is still well below the discounted Vodaphone price, but i don’t want to cancel this before i have a garunteed ID contract (and risk loosing the existing customer discount).Could someone please advise, i have found no other reason why i have been refused

I recently joined ID mobile from O2, however I anexperiencing extremely slow 4G speeds even when I have full signal. The speed is below 1MB and is basically useless!

I have recently got a text saying that my account has been suspended due to not paying for my contract, due to this pandemic and I am not working and not using the phone meaning there’s no way I can pay for everything. Hey ID Mobile, Hope You’re All Ok and Staying Safe. So I’m Just Gonna Put This Out There, My Upload speed is extremely slow, Reaching inbetween 3 - 5 mbps (sometimes lower than 3), is this a technical glitch? If so, please help me. Just Asking Cause I need The Upload to be higher for My Live-Streams. Cain.

Son got a ID sim took out of his old phone and put in a iPhone 5. Error coming up when switching phone on saying need to unlock sim by network provider?
