I need help to get a replacement number urgently due to harassment and fraud. I have tried to do this by calling 7777 and live chat to no success

Mobile phone has been lost and I need to block the sim. As I have never registered the account I am not able to do this online, live chat is not available and there are no email or contact numbers. I have cancelled direct debit as a precaution and please consider this notification of a lost phone.  Any charges incurred from now I am no longer liable for. Thanks

hi as above my contract has finished and i go on change my plan only shows dearer plans. want to buy sim free phone and my existing id sim card into it cannot find how to doit many thanks   

If I get a 12 month sim only contract, what happens at the end of the contract? Do I need to get a new contract, or do I continue to play monthly at the same price of the original contract?

Hi all. I recently upgraded my plan to get more data. I got a new sim in the post. Do I need to use this new sim card or will my current sim card be automatically upgraded? Bit confused why I was sent a new sim card at all. I believe I have activated the plan on the website, but again really unsure. Thanks

Hi,I have submitted my PAC, transaction code and my new ID number correctly along with my old number into the form...I received a text saying 'we ran into issues...please contact customer service'. where thanks to Covid I can't speak to a human being...my old phone is disconnected and my number hasn't ported across. Extremely disappointed at the lack of transparency and support from ID Mobile.I accidently purchased an add-on earlier this month. I ensured I did not and still have not used it in order to have the add-on refunded.  When I got through to customer services they told me it was non-refundable.I requested the terms and conditions and the section they wished to rely on. The terms were sent quickly, but the section still was not sent after an hour. Then the chat was cancelled and I received a new agent who pointed me to section 5.2 and 5.9.5.2 You shall pay us the Charges, in consideration of receiving the Services, in accordance with Clause 12 below.[12.3 You must pay to us all the Charges arising under this Agreement whether incurred by you or anyone else using your Mobile Device and/or SIM Card with or without your knowledge at the times and in the manner set out in this Agreement even when such Charges exceed any Credit Limit imposed upon your account.]5.9 You must not use the Services

I've placed an order for an iphone xr and received an email saying it is out of stock. There were no suggestions that this was out of stock when ordering and currently shows that it is in stock on the website. Please could you advise?

Hi.  I have just upgraded from a contract to a sim only  deal for 12 months. My app shows the upgrade correctly and what my monthly payment will be.. I've just received a new sim card.. Do I still need to use this? As mentioned it's already showing the upgrade on my current sim.. Many thanks Lianne 

MorningI’ve inadvertently left a PAYG for more than 90 days without using it. Is that number now retrievable? Happy to top up, but can’t figure out how if the Sim is inactive thanks in advance

Hello. I've been informed I'm due for an upgrade and the deal I've spotted is cheaper than my current plan. My deal is due to finish in roughly a month and a halves time on the 7th of May. My question is if I upgrade am I still liable for the last payment on my old contract? So I'd effectively be paying 2 contracts? I know this month I'd be paying a pro rota amount for the usage along with the new contract but I don't want to pay for next month too along with the new contract.Thank you. 

I saw the ‘Your recommended upgrade deal.` option on my dashboard and clicked on view all upgrade deals then looked through Sim Only Deals to find something I liked.The checkout process makes me think it’s going to give me another sim that I have to transfer everything onto, is that how it works or does it just upgrade my plan automatically?How does getting a plan on this page work? I just want to make sure It’s going to upgrade my plan and not make me pay for 2 different ones.

Hi,My daughter has lost her phone and we need to order a replacement ID SIM card. I can’t get through to anyone on the phone or on Live Chat to request this despite numerous attempts (though have managed to have the phone recorded as lost via automated service). Stores are obviously closed right now due to restrictions. I cannot register online and order a sim there there as the phone is now lost and a code requires to be sent to that phone in order to register. Help please! How do I get a message through that we need a replacement SIM?!Many thanks   

HelloI have been charged £79 for 2 months in a row on my £3.99 plan. The phone is used by my elderly father who may have accidentally turned on data roaming. When he told me last month I put a cap on straight away but the same thing has happened again. He cannot afford to pay this amount of money and this is causing a lot of stress. He has had the plan since 2016 and has not been charged more than £3.99 once so we don’t understand why this is suddenly happening.If this happens again we will need to cancel.Please can somebody help us with this situation? Can a refund be arranged?

My son has an iPhone XR that I pay for. He got it in November but has not been able to ring or text from it in that time. Can someone please respond as I’m paying for something that isn’t fit for purpose?

I have had an ID pay monthly contract for a few years. I am moving to an ID SIM only contract. I have been sent a new SIM but no instructions on if/when to put it in the phone and what that will do to my mobile phone number (if anything). There are 2 things that are important to me: (1) I must keep my old number; and (2) I do not want my phone not to be working whilst any kind of switch over happens. So, can anyone tell me whether or not I really need to use the new SIM? The phone is still working fine with the old SIM (and old number), but I worry that come 12/3/21 (when the old contract would have come to an end) something will go wrong and I will not be able to use the phone with the old SIM and old number. Thank you.

Hi,I was due to an upgrade and I ordered an Iphone 11 black with 256 GB of memory. In the website it was mentionned that the phone was “In stock” but I then reveiced an email saying that the product was actually “out of stock” and that it will take a few days to get it back in stock. It has been nearly a week now and I still don’t have any news. Although the upfront cost has been debited from my account. How long would it take to get it then ?Thank you.

I tried to request a PAC code but must have made a mistake and got a STAC code instead. When I then tried to get a PAC code it said that I could not because I had already been sent a STAC code. So how do I cancel the STAC request and get a PAC code?
