Hi whats the number for voicemail

Hi, I get very poor signal on Three so they sent a Home Signal box which works very well. If I switch to ID mobile will it continue to work?   I had a chat session with idmobile which ended rather oddly with them telling me to go to carphonewarehouse for an answer as they couldn’t provide one.

I am not an ID mobile customer but have just received a letter regarding an account that has been set up in my name. I have recently been a victim of identity theft and have had lots of mobile phone contracts set up using my details with various providers.  I have a debt collection letter of amount of £77.please get this sorted out quickly as this has affected my credit rating.  Thanks

Hi,I am an existing sim-only customer and upgraded to a new sim-only deal. I was sent a new sim-card, do I need to use it given I already have a Sim and have not upgraded my phone? Also, received a text saying I’ve used all my inclusive mins (had 500mins with my old contract) but on my ID Mobile app it says I have unlimited minutes because I upgraded...

I have been the victim of a fraudulent account set up with ID mobile.i had an online chat to report it on 24 January ,but not heard since.I have now received a final demand notice, claiming debt collectors will be appointed.it’s ridiculous that there is no contact phone number for this company.

HI, On https://www.idmobile.co.uk/shop/phones/pay-monthly it says “RPI changes apply” or "RPI changes apply on all plans". Does this mean the recent RPI announcements apply, will apply, have been applied or that I will be shocked to discover a minor increase in the monthly charges in a couple of months because of RPI?https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/retail-price-indexThanks for your help and support with this query. 

Trying to switch my number so that I keep my old number. I have entered my PAC code and the number I want to keep, as requested. The app tells me that I have entered one of them wrong.  The app is incorrect. I checked with my old provider, and the PAC code is correct. My number is also correct, so this is a problem with ID, not with me.  Incredibly disappointed with ID so far. The customer service is inaccessible, therefore terrible, and honestly this makes me want to switch back to my old provider. It shouldn’t be this difficult to sort out a problem. 

Hi, I want to cancel my contract but cannot log into my iDmobile account. I have lost my SIM card and cannot remember my user name or password. So if I click on the forgot user name or password I’m sent an access number which I can’t access because I haven’t got my SIM card. I just want to talk to a human being and cancel this contract because I’m paying £7.98 every month for nothing. much thanks John

Hello, i used student discount to buy my iPhone 11 for £34.99 a month with unlimited everything. In this offer it was stated I would receive a £100 currys gift card, however this was not delivered with my phone.as you have no customer service line or anyone I can actually talk to, this is getting very frustrating as your live chat keeps giving me answers to questions that were nothing to do with what I actually asked.Id mobile is useless for customer service.

Hi, I cannot send premium text messages. Whenever I try, I get 'error code 28'. I've gone into my settings and checked that premium messages are allowed (turned off and back on again), and have tried removing and reinserting my SIM card. I also get a notification that I have voicemail messages appear every time I lose signal - but when I call my voicemail there are no messages. This has been happening ever since I changed over to iD last October. Not sure if the two issues are linked in some way?

Hello I wish to cancel my contract i am within the cooling off period. I have sent back all my equipment to you. What do i need to do to confirm cancellation. I have tried to ring your customer service line, no reply, i have tried to set up the app to access my account to cancel error messages are coming up. I am very frustrated with this, please advise how to complete cancellation?

I had my phone stolen in Turkey and I need proof of blacklisting and proof of usage. This thread suggested contacted id by social media. I did via Twitter. To be told to use the community!!Please could i not be sent round it frustrating circles and simply  have sent the proof of blacklisting and proof of usage of my previous phone, not the one i have now?thanks 

Hello. I’ve just upgraded to a Motorola e6s with an iD SIM and with a new number, but for some reason texts sent to it while the phone is turned off aren’t there when I switch it on. Is there something I need to activate to ensure I don’t miss any texts that are sent while the phone is switched off? Thank you for your help.

Hello,My father’s 24-month contract ends in March. Can he ask for a new (and better) deal with ID? Or must he keep his current deal if he stays? Is there a deadline (prior to the end of contract date)? Thanks! 

I have recently moved my number from EE to ID, I have no voicemail messages but cant remove the notification, I have tried everything suggested. But this notification will not disappear. Tried live chat but the robot csnt help tried ringing Customer services to no avail

What network does iD use?

Have had a sim with ID mobile for 2 years without any problems. Good mobile signal for both 3g and 4g. But mobile signal at home has completely disappeared in last day or so. Coverage checker now says I can't get either 4g or 3g at my home address? What is going on?I need my phone for work and now it is completely useless. 

HI Can you please check why Vodafone customers cannot ring or text me. I have replaced the sim card, tried a different phone, checked blocked contacts and nothing has worked.I asked this to be investigated a while ago and it never got resolved. RegardsAdil

My phone is charged and has credit. I have turned it off and on, I have taken the sim out and replaced and it still doesn’t stay active for more than 3 minutes. 4 days now - I need my phone for complicated medical issues I can’t get any to contact me - any clues on what next?

I’ve shortened the ring time on my phone and now when someone calls and I don’t answer it says the number is not recognised. I’ve checked the settings in the phone app and all seems to be in order. I’ve switched off and back on again but it is the same. Can anyone help solve this issue please. 

Yesterday I have provided my PAC, surname, transaction ID, old number (to transfer) and temp ID mobile number to port my number. I have a screen shot of what I supplied. I am told that there was a problem with one of these and to contact you – I have checked several times are they are correct. I have contacted Three and they tell me that iD has used the PAC and the number is now moved from Three to ID. I must have my new number transferred today. Please can you help.

I have received a debt collection letter for an account that has been settled.   I had a struggle to cancel the account last year but all was sorted and you agreed to refund the amount outstanding at the time.  I have now been asked by Paycars to pay £21.48   I don’t have a mobile number because it was a data only sim for Ipad
