I have ordered a second sim on my existing account for my sons phone which I have now fitted and it is working fine. However I now understand that in fact this is not possible to do. How do I get round this and hopefully keep the sim which he needs 

I’ve been trying to get my details removed from your system under the GDPR law of ‘right to be forgotten’ but I can’t get anyone to help me, I stopped being a customer over a year ago and despite I am fully within my rights to get them removed and deleted entirely I keep being told that it is impossible for you to delete my details. It is illegal to store them after I have requested for them to be removed and would like it sorted. Thanks,Joe

In the last month or both myself and my wife have noticed a loss of signal on our ID Mobile phones with the ‘Emergency Call only’ message?I’ve checked the signal strength via phone settings and a ‘signal strength’ app and we’re only receiving - 97dBm despite being only 987 metres from the nearest 3 network transmitter in ME5 postcode.Is anyone else experiencing this?  

My monthly calls allowance has just been changed from 500 minutes to unlimited.  I was no informed about this and just want to check that it is not an error !

Hello, I posted this in a different topic but wasn't sure if it gets any attention so I thought of opening a separate discussion. The problem is, I seem to have issues with receiving OTP from an international bank. I did receive OTPs from them before, last time on the 8th of Feb.  I contacted the Bank today and they said that messages are being sent and that the issue might lie with the phone company. I can confirm that OTP from other providers (ie PayPal) are being received. I tried all the advice given by your chatbot, restarted phone, changed the phone, nothing seems to work. Grateful if you could look into this issue ASAP as I require the OTP urgently to access my bank account. Many thanks.    

Recently i refused to pay my bill, as it have gotten absolutely crap at customer,  I have now settled my bill but have swapped my phone and tablet numbers over, one is on it the other lebara.  Bill all paid direct debit is reset, I get a threatening message from it today as swapped numbers they want to cut me off and liable for the whole bill, try to contact them the service is crap

Have turned phone on and off several times but no long term results - goes back to WIFi only- any clues

I'm on a sim only deal with 4gb data on an Android phone. My laptop is Windows 10. My phone can access the internet, so no problem there. So, I turn on mobile hotspot on my phone. My laptop sees it and I click to connect. I enter the pass key and my laptop connects. All looks good until I try to access the internet with my laptop. I get the 'no internet' error message and can't access the web. Then the little orange triangle appears on the WIFI symbol. I can still access the internet with my phone. Any ideas please?

I have a monthly sim only contract and pay  by direct debit. I recieved an email yesterday telling meto reinstate my direct debit or make manual payment within 14 days.I have not cancelled/altered d.d.so why does it need reinstated.It is a rolling one month contract so it has not endedHoping someone can clarify for me. Thanks

Phone has this morning stopped receiving calls or texts.It can make outgoing calls and send messages.It can also receive calls over whatsapp etc.The phone is fully updated, and the sim has been with iD for a little under a year.

Good afternoon! I reported my phone was stolen ID mobile blocked my account and the SIM CARD I got a new phone I got a New sim card with new plan this says that I  can keep my old number phone I have used chat but have been impossible Last chat they sent a email address and asked for to confirm with my personal information Today the old line is reactivated but I can't use it on my phone like always I can't in my account for pay the new plan I can't in my account with my old number phone I have recieved a email from,you ID mobile and says that my complaint was to long ,but was cleared of and in 30 minutes the reactivated, and my case is close or finished but nothing of this happened, and I can't use my old number phone in my new phone.  I have played my own   I don't have debt with you.  The true is that really I need my old number because I have all my personal information on this , the most important my NHS information is giving me through the this number   I am clinically extremely v

I wanted to change my plan to sim only - so went to the upgrade page and chose a sim only deal. should I have changed my plan instead?   Do I have to cancel my existing plan? - I do not want to lose my number.

I have paid a full two years waiting until contact end. Never used cos of rubbish customer service. I have account number cos only way to try get the number of phone was to get id mobile to contact me when owed money. does any one know how to close account without phone number. 

I have always been with O2 and when my upgrade was due I change to iD with the new iPhone 12 pro max in Dec 2020 I’m having nothing but issues -i’m not receiving calls Messages won’t go it takes around 20/25 seconds for a call to connect when I call someone I have to say i’m super disappointed I cant got on another 22 months like this i’m Paying good money for a service which is awful.  Can anyone please help me.i’ve tried All the iPhone help pages and checking the phone has the correct settings etc… if anyone has any advice or help i’d Be grareful.

Following on from you conversation with my wife, Judy. I wish to confirm the cancellation of my account. I have no need for the PAC code, but do need the mobile number to pay the outstanding balance vis the automated system.

I logged in on my id account and on the dash board it says I have 50 minutes to use when in fact my contract is for 250. Yet if I go to the my account section it says 250. Why is there such a difference on both sections

Hello,I ordered a new SIM only contract with ID Mobile last week but I would now like to cancel.  I have tried to do this via the live chat but this only appears to offer the option to chat with the chatbot, not a real advisor.Please can you let me know how I can go about cancelling my order/contract?

Hard to contact ID mobile when advisors are always busy, not enough advisors or too many problems ???? Anybody know the exact time an advisor will be available

I am looking at buying a New Mobile that comes bundled with 20GB ID data sim.  I already have a 12Gb monthly sim only with ID.  How would I transfer my existing number to the 20Gb sim?

Hi,I’m with Id and I'm due an upgrade on 21st February 2021 (6 days time).  I usually shop in store carphone warehouse, but can understand this isn’t an option at present due to covid. I was wondering whether I can just get a monthly sim plan, (I see at present there’s 1 month or 12 months.)  and maybe get it upgraded to a handset once stores are back open normally. Can this be done as a monthly sim @ £6 per month at present and how do I make this continuous until I am able to visit a store. Is there a minimum waiting time before  such an upgrade from a sim or ?.can I still continue to use my number once the previous contract has expired which is 21st February apologies in advance, I’m not clued up on these sort of things.
