Hi,I want a pay as you go sim from iD mobile, but cant see how to buy it on this site. Where can I get / buy a new sim and then put credit on the sim? Thanks Gordon

Hi there, hoping someone will be able to help with this, I keep receiving spam messages from a company known as “freestuff”. I have not signed up for this, or given them my number and despite having an ID charge cap I am concerned that I am going to get charged for receiving these messages. I have not followed the links they have given me, or replied. They are continuing to text me despite being blocked. Can anyone help with this? I cannot contact the PSA because I cannot find the details to do so.  An example of the message:Scott, Please confirm your £500 Amazon Gift Card entry: https://www.freestuff.eu/p/amz/?m=8792bc858dd04f56307afc76. I have put in a new ID sim into an old IPhone 7, the phone should not be locked to any network as it was bought from Apple, but it still says Sim not supported. Any ideas?

Why have i been put onto unlimited minutes from today when my plan is 250 minutes. I have received no messages about this change.

Hello,After my two year contract with phone ran out, I changed my plan to Sim Only last month, to include 5gb of data (£7/mth). I continued to go about my business and suddenly, I get a message this week to say I’ve reached my “cap limit”. Turns out I’ve had 0kb allowance to start the month with, so ID just went for my “out-of-plan” cap?? How do I get this refunded AND the correct allowance instated on my account please?

Hi I need proof of usage to claim through my insurance 

Ive upgrade 4 weeks ago DD date 3rd of every month. From 2gb data to 8gb data. My handset is still showing 2gb allowance and warning me im near limit, yet my account is showing I have 6.3gb left of 8gb ?   How do I get correct allowance displayed on my handset ?   I have tried rebooting phone.

I am getting really bad, sporadic internet coverage, but when I check your map it says I should have a strong coverage in the whole area I'm in but it's consistently dropping out.

Recently hubby, also with ID for several years, has been told that callers have been unable to reach him because they get a message saying his number is “not registered on the network” This is an occasional, not constant problem. The last person to be told this was his GP ringing for a phone consultation, which is really worrying!. 

I have noted that quite a few people are having problems with swapping their old sim for the new one supplied by o2. Do I have to swap or can I continue with my existing SIM.

Hi ID mobile, I’ve now filled out the ‘switching to ID mobile’ form twice over a period of a week and despite it stating ‘submission updated successfully’, I’m still yet to have my old number transferred over despite filling in the relevant details.I’m paying for two networks currently and I need to use my phone for work.Lack of decent customer service or accessibility to it is a put off. Just an email address would do.I’m started to wish I hadn’t bothered switching, it’s too much hassle! I’m now considering taking up the new offer (shame it took to leaving to get it) with my old network.Can anyone help?!

Can someone please just cancel my contract. I’m still in my cooling off period and I am disgusted on this service. I don’t want a discussion, I just want to cancel which I am in my right to do as I am with within my 14 days. 

I have a problem…I did have an ID SIM (1 month rolling) in Jan. I then cancelled that and opened a new one (12 month) shortly after (this was all to do with getting right phone number on right card). Now my online login account tells me I have limited access because I left in Jan. No mention of the new phone number which I contracted to afterwards. I need access to the new number account online. What should I do? ThanksIan Hunter

I want to give 30 days notice (on my 30 day rolling contract) AND transfer my number to the new supplier a day or two before the 30 days is up. 

Myself and my wife both signed up to ID mobile for the new Samsung S21. Since joining we both are experiencing issues with connections on calls. When we call out and somebody answers, we can hear them but they can not hear us. It sometimes takes multiple calls before the other person can hear us. This is becoming tiresome and annoying. Has anybody else experienced this and is there a solution?

I am unable to register as I don’t know my mobile number. I have been using the handset from a PAYM plan on a different sim. I believe my contract is ending but need to register to check my account status.

I am currently paying a monthly contract for my son but he hasn’t used this number for over a year now as he has another contract.  I can’t find the SIM card therefore can’t accept messages on that number when trying to cancel.  How can I buy out of this contract? It is due to finish in June so only approx.£55 left to pay.

I'm confused as to how & when I'll settle out-of-plan charges for data. Are they part of my cap/monthly bill or are they charged as a lump sum when I leave my contract ?

My allowance has changed from 500 minutes to unlimited. Not requested. 

I have been trying to call someone abroad on my Wats App appt but cannot seem to get any connection since yesterday.Can you confirm if there are any issues with network coverage.
