I’ve found a much better offer on an external website for an iD contract (S20 FE 5G, 20GB data / unlimited mins + texts, 29.99 pm). This isn’t available on my offer screen. How do I contact someone to talk about getting this offer?

I have waited more than 24hrs and all my mobile is saying is "emergency calls only"…Please could you help?

I ordered my sim a little while ago, and I’ve not been able to speak to a person no matter how I’ve tried to call or wait in the live chat. I just want to cancel the DD and contract tbh, and take my business elsewhere. Any advice?

I upgraded my phone but was issued a new contract and am now being charged two direct debits. My new upgrade didn’t even appear on my account so I needed to create a new one for my new contract/number. I cancelled my old direct debit with my bank but ID is saying I owe them despite the old number and phone not being in use anymore. I can’t get hold of an agent to help me rectify this and completely shut down my old account. Appreciate the help. Thanks.

Hi. I am trying to cancel my two phone contracts. Both contracts end on 16th March 2021 & so i am trying to cancel today in order to give the 30 days notice. I took my upgrade option on the 5th January and my bill amount went into credit.The amount of my old contract has since been taken from my bank which makes no sense and is not showing as a further credit on my account.I have now cancelled the direct debit to ensure this does not happen again.I would like to know why the money was taken and where it has gone? as you can see from the images both show 5th Jan.

I have been on a monthly sim only plan for sometime with ID mobile. I have now moved to Australia and no longer required my UK ID mobile pay monthly plan. As many UK services, (e.g. banking) require me to have a UK number for ‘one time passcode’ secure log ins, I wish to still be able to receive incoming messages on my UK number - but without the monthly fee! Is it possible to keep my number active? Any way I can say ‘top up’ a small fee every 6 months?

Hi last year i upgraded my sim for a better deal ,i kept the new number that came with the new sim but when i go to my dashboard my old number is still showing how do i get my new number to come up as i think i am still paying for the old number

I mistakenly deleted my direct debit as it was showing the old amount and I was coming up to the payment date as I changed my plan. I pay monthly by contract. How do I reinstate my direct debit with the new amount?

I sent my PAC code and old vodafone number to id mobile on Thursday but number not moved to id mobile. Just tried af=gain via app and the dont recognose number and/or pac. Any suggestions welcome. Getting annoyed now.

So I had just chose a new upgrade  the Samsung S20 FE 5G that is supposed to have a Samsung watch included. The phone and SIM had arrived yesterday with no issues and honestly, commendation to the fast delivery cause it was less than 24 hours since I had ordered the phone. But I’m missing the Samsung watch. I read on the email on the order received that the “Tech Treat” would come with the device but even on the Invoice there was no watch with it. So I was wondering if the order was seperated. I had contacted via live chat a rep who 1) didn’t know if the tech treat would be delivered with it 2) Then after mentioning the email, confirmed it does and told me to contact the delivery service 3) Didn’t confirm or deny whether they can even check what was sent out and told me to contact the delivery service. 4) Told me the delivery service “might” be out of stock and might deliver it within 3-5 days 5) Couldn’t check whether there is a separate order for the watch. So my question, is this no

Hi there, ive just changed to your network and I’m receiving my new phone tomorrow. I want to keep my phone number and I’ve got a pac code, just seeing how I go about it and how I activate the pac so I can use my phone as of tomorrow with the same number.  thanks for you help

I've just installed my new Sim card. It tells me that i need a Sim network unlock NCK to access the Sim. How would I find this out? 

Hi My mum passed away last month just before Christmas and she had a 30 day rolling contract with ID which is my phone number as when she was alive she let me use it. Can I ask you is it possible to either keep the mobile number and get the PAC code for it or is it possible to pay the £6 a month and take over the rolling contract ? I paid the December contract from my own bank account but now am worried if I am doing something illegal. I can email you a copy of her death certificate if needed.  

I received a new iPhone 11 2 days ago. The microphone isn’t working. Apple support ran diagnostic and found it’s a hardware issue. iD customer service has been horrendous to get hold of!How do I get this fixed?
