I want to include the above MM/pictures SMS in my plan how do I go about it please? I know about WhatsApp but I do not use FB and it’s associated companies.

I am unable to cancel my plan. I have followed the instructions and it goes to a page that is under construction. I could see from a previous posting that someone else was found the same problem and was directed to the same page 9 months ago. How do I cancel my plan!? And not the generic instructions that are already available as that doesn't work.Thanks 

Hi,I was due to an upgrade and I ordered an IPhone 11 black with 256GB but I then received an email saying that it was out of stock despite being mentioned “In stock” in the  website and that I should wait a couple days to get an update for when the product will get back in stock. It has been about a week now and I still haven’t received any emails or replies. Although the upfront cost of the phone has been debited from my account. Do you know when will it get back in stock ? thank you.

HiI’ve had my phone (iPhone 11) for over six months now so am entitled to have it unlocked, but the bot is useless and there’s no contact information to speak to a human being.  How can I get the phone unlocked please?

My two year phone contract with ID Mobile ran out some time ago and since then I have been happy to continue paying a monthly fee by direct debit. If I wish to cancel this at some point how is this done? 

Hi I have a iPhone 6 32g and for the past few months it’s not let me update any apps. I can’t use Facebook messenger now because it needs updating but I can’t update it because my phone keeps saying update your payment card. I have done that but it’s still not working. Any ideas on what to do would be really helpful. I need my phone to be working to keep in contact with my family. And I’m struggling doing that now.

Hi,I want to switch from my existing provider, however, I need to give 30 days notice.How can I have the ID Mobile SIM ready for when the 30 days notice expires so I can transfer to the new SIM and provide the PAC code, which I’d need to generate when I cancel from my existing supplier.I don’t want to be paying for two providers at once.Thanks,Moh

I took out a new contract for my son for Christmas with a new Samsung phone, it lasted a month and now won’t turn on at all. I have no way of telling anyone at Id mobile. I’ve tried the live chat but it is useless. Help!

I have had an email from “Lucas Credit Services” exclaiming that I have “overdue debt” on my id account (I do). Is this company legit and working on behalf of ID mobile? If they are legit, can someone explain if it makes a difference if I pay through ID mobile or them?Thank you

Please can someone help. I am trying to set up my new sim and have followed all the website recommendations and still no luck. I have also checked the sim is activated and yes it is so now lost what to do.Please can someone contact me asap to get this sorted as i really need my phone working.  Many thanks,Cheryl

Hi i used to have great reception at home (London) but for the last few days its only been 1 bar. Have others experienced the same problem?

ID Sent two email one saying asking hows your upgrade and then a further email saying sent in error.When i turn on my phone now states no sim and unable to log into my ID account via mobile says working being carried out.Its now been three days.

My new phone got delivered on time no problem but I'm yet to receive a new sim card? How do I got about getting new sim ordered? This is a new phone and contract not a upgrade.

Hi I’m trying to login to my halifax bank account online, and i’m getting an error.  i’ve spoken to Halifax and they’ve confirmed that they can see that the automated call is being blocked by my mobile provider. Have confirmed the mobile number with them - all correct. How can I resolve this? Thanks

Hi, today my phone stopped receiving text messages.  It is receiving calls but several messages that were sent have not been received.  I have tried the sim in a different phone and it still wont receive texts.  I put a different sim in my phone and it did receive text messages.  Ive deleted a bunch of emails to free space and I have cleared the cache and data from the messaging app and the problem remains.  What can I do to fix this problem?

i have changed phones to a iphone xr but the data is not work and i have gone through all test and   put the sim card in my old phone and its still not working why and how can i fix this as there is no human i can talk to

I need to cancel two phone contacts.  The first contract:we know the mobile number The second contact: we don’t know the mobile number we don’t have an ID mobile account as they were never created when we had the phones.  we have received a final demand letter.  we can’t speak to anyone and can’t work through the app/ the account  what do we do ?!!!!

The PAC code provided by my old supplier isn’t valid with ID mobile. Have spoken to old supplier they advised that the PAC code provided is correct but ID mobile advises it’s invalid. Any suggestions?

My contract ends 03-03-2021. I want to go on a 12 month SIM only deal. How do I do this?

Hi, I hope some can help me ASAP - I received my new phone with ID Sim card on Saturday (6th Feb) and I filled in the PAC code form online to confirm I wanted to keep my number. This submitted and I was told as it was a weekend, the switch would like occur on Tuesday, which it seemed to - yesterday evening my ‘old’ phone lost service and would only work on WiFi and I had a message from my old supplier to confirm the end of the contract.  Today, I wiped that iPhone thinking all was ok (as my new iPhone with ID mobile was ringing when my old number was called. Having now wiped my old phone, my old phone number is no longer showing on my new iPhone and it is not ringing when I try and call my old number. I need this urgently for work and personal reasons - please can someone help? I can’t find anyone to talk to and yes, I have tried turning my phone off and on again to see if that would reset it.  Thank you, Laura

I accidently requested stac code instead of pac code can I cancel this or do I have to wait 30days?
