My contract was nearly up with iD, so I decided to pick myself out a new phone. Speaking to someone at Carphone Warehouse, I was told I’d be able to get a better deal on my new phone by cancelling my contract and setting up a new one, so that’s what I decided to do. Of course, I wanted to stay with iD, I LIKE iD. Good plans, good prices, and I could get the phone I wanted, perfect. So today I’ve gotten my new phone and contract, arranged for my old one to be disconnected and been issued my PAC code to port my number over. I put it into the app and… I can’t? Surely there’s something customer services can do so I log onto the live chat. Nope, they can’t either.So because I decided to stay with iD, get myself a better deal on my new phone AND pay to end my old contract early… I’m being punished as a customer and unable to take my phone number with me to my new contract. To which I want to ask, why? Why can’t I move my old number to my new contract? It really does seem silly for this to be

I signed up for ID mobile a few months ago. The online checkers show that my signal at both home and work should be good. However the signal I am getting is really poor and often drops out completely. How do I contact someone to check the base stations?Thanks    

Would like to cancel but can’t within cooling off period. Please help

Hi, the sim I have upgraded from you guys is still terrible reception. I cannot call out or receive calls. Am I able to cancel this? I've been with you guys for over a year with the original sim but not with the new sim and over the 30 days return policy. 

Please tell me how I can cancel both sim cards I ordered under our free cooling off period as I have spent all morning trying to contact you, to no avail and I don't want to join a company where I can't get in touch, therefore, I will be cancelling my Direct Debit agreement with my bank today.

I am trying to end my plan without moving to other network.  I have followed the website instructions but when I get to ‘End contract’ it just tells me to contact Customer Services.I go to live chat which just tells me to follow the instructions which again brings me back to ‘contact customer services’.  Please help

Hello! my iPhone 12 Pro Max keeps freezing it won’t even let me switch it off as the screen becomes completely unresponsive. How do I get it exchanged for a working model? I’ve had it under 30 days.  I’d appreciate any help with this. 

Hi! I would like to ask because my old Three network was already disconnected from my sim today which was expected as per the iD app that my number from Three will be retained at this date (09/02/2021). I cannot use my old sim now for calls and texts. Now, I tried calling my friend’s mobile number and she can still see the iD mobile number instead of my old number I was hoping to retain. The iD app still says that it is due for 09 February process of transferring my number and it still shows the iD number at the top of the application. Is it on the process now? Or were there any problems on the transfer? I am 100% sure that I use the right PAC and sim number from my previous network.

Hi, My monthly contract expires in 3days I have upgraded from this contract to a Sim only plan through the website.My account doesn’t show my new Sim only plan yet - it still shows the contract, will this transfer over when my contract expires?You have sent me a new Sim card in. the post and I have purchased a new phone independently.Do I need to put the new sim card you’ve sent me into my new phone or do I just use my existing sim card from my old phone?I have tried to activate the Sim card you sent me but it says this Sim is already activated? When i put this new Sim in my phone none of my contacts come over, I also note the phone number is different - I wanted to keep my existing number. Are you able to help me please?

Hi, I used my UK mobile number to call a UK number in Malaysia as I did not realise that that was considered ‘rest of the world roaming’. I have been charged a huge amount. Is it possible to request a refund or partial refund of some sort?

You have been taking double the payment for past 2 months. Cant get hold of anyone. I am going to make so many complaints to people it unreal. There is no support available  at all. Please someone help me?!?!This is having an awful effect on my wellbeingI just want to cancel the contract.

My contract ends in March. I want it ended but cant phone anyone. I am being charged for more than what im using and have arranged a payment plan with a second party company as this is what had to happen due to the lack of communication with ID Mobile.  Can you please tell me how i can cancle the contract to avoid further chargers.

Hi guys  I moved my business line to ID but I have to move it back to a network that allows roaming outside of europe. Easy i just get the PAC, but I want to hang on to my ID account. Are they able to assign a new number to my account and send a replacement sim when i move my current number to another network? By the way I have a SIM only account at the moment. I am not sure how to do this. Thanks in advance.

Hello, I’m disappointed to say that my phone has decided to stop charging. I have tried different sockets and chargers and nothing seems to be working.

Sometimes when making and receiving calls myself or the caller are unable to hear each other.  

I got a mobile phone contract with iD mobile. I used the SIM for a couple of hours and realised I wanted to return it within 7 days. I used the live chat to do this. I received a return transaction number and posted the device back at my own cost as instructed. Yesterday I received a bill of £21.41. I have no idea why. And when I've tried to find out over live chat it's been hopeless. The live chat agent responds with the same phrases, takes the agent over an hour to get to the right point and then they just disconnect. This has been a really frustrating experience as there is no email address, no phone number to get in touch with an customer service agent. Is there any kind of help?

My daughter's phone is broken . It is on an Id mobile contract. It says she can't upgrade until June 2021. Can you email me with information about what I can do as obviously paying for a phone she can't use. It's not broken screen or anything like that the phone is just not working. Screen is going mad and you can't do anything on it.  

I recently bought bundles, it’s now been 2 days but it’s not been activated, my account was charged but the system just froze with a message do not leave this page, it’s very frustrating because I can’t do anything. There is no customer service or any emails. This is the worst network I have ever come across 

I have updated my monthly account so I have more data. I never use up my texts or phone calls, yet once again this month I am being asked to buy add - ons. I have never understood why this is and when my contract comes to an end I will not renew with Imobile as it is too frustrating and it bothers me.

I have tried buying a bundle through the app a couple of times and it has never activated, I reported this once over live chat and they said they would send it to the technical team, I haven’t had any response and topping up credit is costing me lots of money. How do I rectify this? I would at least like the bundles I have paid for.

hello, I want to cancel my contract, and the website does not let me do that, Is there a phone number / what can I do. 

Is there a way to get the sim and change contract on a specific date? I currently have a contract which is due to end in 2 weeks however I want to get the I'd sim and give my PAC to start on a specific date so I can use it when my old contract ends, is this possible? 

I have received email from ID Mobile saying they have received my disconnection request and account will be closed on 12/2/21 I HAVE NOT ASKED FOR THIS ACTION NOR ANY ACTION FROM ID
