HI, I’ve been trying to email ID to cancel my SIM 30-day contract, but received no confirmation. Any online help tells me to go to my online account or the app (I don’t have either). I no longer have the SIM card, so I can’t call either.Pls advise.

Hi.I entered PAC number in web and message came up that transfer has been successfull, however I have been billed from my old provider as they saying PAC is not used.Thank you

I've received a message from Id mobile support but there's no option to reply and it states under the message "This member can only receive messages from members they are following". Can someone please help. 

Hi, I have just placed an order but selected the wrong contract. I wanted the 30 day contract, but accidentally ordered a 12 month contract. Nothing has been sent out yet, so nothing has been activated. How do i go about changing my order?

I have just received a letter from id-mobile saying my direct debit is set up. This is a fraudulent transaction as we have not set this account up. Bank account details are correct. Please contact me urgently to resolve this.Thanks

 I received a PAK code  but it is not being recognised by my new provider.  They advise it is invalid. I got the PAC issued from Id on 30/11. I have tried several times to use, vodafone say you need to resolve.  I need this sorted now as now paying for new contract.

I’m trying to cancel my contract as it has come to an end and I don’t want to continue as I no longer use the number associated with it. I can’t for the life of me get any further than the screen that says I want to leave now, I get given a link to click on which takes me to a page under construction screen. Can’t believe how hard it is just to cancel. Someone please help me for goodness sake.

right so i get signal problems where im suppose to get 4g calling it turns to 3g so how do you work that out

Lost my phone. Got new phone and Id sent me a new SIM. Got SIM activated and Id sent me message saying it was activated. Can access wi fi internet but not the Id network to make or receive calls or messages. Any ideas Chippie

I was encouraged into buying a £5 pay monthly sim with iD. I had a phone already under a different network so the sim was bought so in the future I could upgrade and change network providers. The sim has been misplaced and so I do not have access to the number and I have changed address so am not receiving any billing information nor has a direct debit been going through. I was hoping to gain access to this account as it has jeopardised my credit score creating a defaulted account. From this I am clearly still connected to the account but need assistance in accessing it.

Hi, I have been recommended to join ID Mobile as I travel to Spain frequently. I am looking at your 12 month unlimited Sim only deal for £17.50 per month.I live in the UK and my trips to Spain always last just under two months.I require roughly about 350GB total data for each two month trip, and so I want to know, would I be able to achieve this, or would my data be capped because of your fair usage policy?Thank you.

Seen this already.  Cant end contract as cant access my account.  Cant rememeber password and system does not recognise the same email address my bills are sent to !!!!

HiJust got new phone and new ID contract. Filled in port request via app but got message today to say there is a problem and contact customer service.Tried to use chat and it's obviously a bot, so doesn't understand the question. Is there any way to speak to someone. Status on app says number will port as planned.Doesn't fill me with confidence! Please give me some confidence I've made the right decision  here!Thanks

Hi, I recently changed to a Sim only deal. Your CallCenter said I didn’t need to change to the new Sim that you sent me and also not to use the ID app for a while  until the new contract is in place. I received the new Sim card a few weeks ago and my phone has been fine but I checked the app yesterday for the first time and I now have no service. Help!

Paid for a bundle, which has come out of my bank account, but hasn’t appeared on my idmobile account?

hi, I have been a victim of fraud I have been trying to contact I D Mobile for a few days now but no luck in being able to speak to anyone or send an email regarding this.  I have received letters that someone has opened an account and taken a contract out under my name for £25 and now I have to pay this sum this is not my account or me please contact me as soon as possible so we can resolve this issue and close this account now My contact details is REMOVED I will provide you with more details of this fraud account once you have contacted me.
