My father holds a mobile contract and number with you, however he passed away earlier this year. Please can you assist me in cancelling both his contract and number?

hi, i am trying to upgrade my phone but every time i go through the process the payment fails and i have checked the details and they are all correct. can anyone tell me how to complete the upgrade?

I've been with iD for the last 2 years or more. In the last 2 weeks I have noticed Im not receiving all texts sent to me. I can get messages from some contacts, but not from others. Messages sent to my contacts do go through, I'm just not receiving replies from certain people. Nothing has changed in terms of my handset, location, phone usage etc. Can anyone help please? Thanks

I have  an unbranded samsung s20 plus I brought direct from SamsungCsc code phone is using is BTULatest android 11 running with one ui 3.0I was currently with virgin mobile and WiFi calling was working fine.I have just moved over to id mobile and WiFi calling is now not working.  All settings are turned on for WiFi calling to workI have tried turning on and off WiFi calling and turning on and off WiFi. I have also turned phone off and back on. Nothing is bringing it on. Could I please have some help with this? Thanks

We have a local radio station that holds competitions daily, I am unable to enter as my ID Mobile will not send the texts. It is a 5 digit number. I have a Huawei P30 Lite it was never a problem with my previous mobile which was a Hauwei P20 Lite.

I have not got any mobile with IDMOBILE but they have set it up and put it on my account and charged for £48 for god knows what and then made it £0 but it’s still in my experien record reports and I am having so much trouble because of this. I need you to get it removed completely and Issue me a no despute certificate. I am so stressed out because of this. Please could you do something about this as soon as possible.saima 

I've got an existing number with ID, and have recently received a new phone with a new ID SIM card. Is there any way to transfer my old ID number over to the new SIM card? Everytime I enter the PAC code I got, it says I can't port in with an ID PAC code.

I am surprised to receive a brand new SIM for my recent SIM only upgrade.I have activated the SIM as instructed, however:1. Do I have to transfer the number from the old SIM?2. What happens to my old SIM now I have activated the new one? Will it be 'shut off' by ID? Will I now pay for two SIM cards?

Hi, I want to port my ID number to some other carrier but when i put the PAC Code it is already expired and I can’t request new one as my SIM is already disconnected so I cannot call or text. I need a PAC code urgently. Can you help me with it please.

i have recieved a msg today from lcs debt recovery agent but i have no outstanding bills with you as they were paid on sept/oct last year. i would like to know what the hell is going on cos i cant afford another debt in these times!! i would be grateful of any help

HiI already have an idmobile contract and wanted to upgrade. Not being the most tech savvy I have now set up and received a new phone instead of upgrading my old one. I want to return/cancel the new one. Can’t find an easy way of doing this without setting up a new account on my idmobile which I don’t want to do

I transferred my number from the previous provided to ID.  My phone rings out etc on that number however, when I send texts they come from the number provided by ID.  Interestingly If you call that number it’s not recognised.  How do I resolve this issue with my text messages please? jude

My SIM card has stopped working completely and in any phone.  I have tried for a few days to try to get a replacement but unable to find out how to contact ID Mobile. I need urgent help as I am 80 years old and this is my only contact with the outside world.

For the first time since being with ID, last month I received a warning that I had used 80% of my mobile data. I have since been keeping a check on my usage, and it goes up and down on a daily basis. I have tried live chat, but without a satisfactory answer. Has anybody else had similar issues? Andy

I have made an order for IPhone 11 and I made a mistake on my email. I contacted ID and chat with tinto and was advised that they can't amand the email. So I don't know what to do since I'm not able to even register and get any mail from ID Mobile. Then I think I want to cancel the order please  

Hi,  I have purchased a 12 month contract with yourselves after checking online that my area had excellent service. I put the sim into an unlocked iphone 8 plus and it comes up with one bar. I am unable to make calls, when i receive them, my voice and theirs is crackling. My data is not working. Now i am being told i cant even cancel without paying because im locked in. I was misold a product by being told i have excellent service.
