My phone bill was due on the second of February 2021 which I paid by direct debit it would normally be £21.99 but it was £41.98 as I had out of plan charges which I was aware of this and was happy to pay it then 2 days later after I had paid my phone bill and the out of plan charges I then again was charged another  £41.98 which means u have over charged me as I had paid my phone bill and the out of plan charges on the second of February 2021as thats when my payment was due and was paid in full so u took more money then u should have u should have only taken the one payment of £41.98 not £83.96 I would like this matter resolved ASAP as this is not what I signed up for to be over charged 

I upgraded my ID Mobile Sim Only plan recently another ID Mobile Sim Only.A new SIM has arrived, but if I put it in my phone - will I keep my old number? The website suggested I would.How do I keep my current mobile number?

HiI’m unable to send SMS messages. I am receiving them OK, but I just get an error when I try to send.I have seen that you previously had an issue which you’ve now resolved, but I’m still not able to send messages. I’ve tried all the usual tricks (off/on, take out the SIM, etc) but nothing will get it working again.Any ideas?

Hi,  I have recently purchased a new iD contract to replace my old one. The phone I wanted was not available as an upgrade for whatever reason.Naturally, I would like to keep my old phone number, so I attempted to use a PAC code to do this. The iD service rejected the PAC on the grounds that it came from within the same network.I am now stuck, is it possible for my code to be released, or to be issued with a new code? 

I have actived my sim but it not working and phone is saying no service can someone help me sort this out please 

Hi, I activacted my new sim and was getting no signal from it after 24 hours. I realised that I had an overdue bill to pay which might have somehting to do with my sim not having no signal. This bill has been paid now, but there is still no service on the sim. I’m not sure what is going on? Thank you.

A website said to contact them by email or 00800 number. Are 00800 numbers free on a iD contract?

HiI have recently purchased a new iD contract to replace my old one. The iD service rejected the PAC on the grounds that it came from within the same network. I have since been advised I need to port the number away to a different network and then back to iD.I have tried to do this, but with no luck. My PAC code is being rejected by O2 as it has already been attempted to be used at iD.I am now stuck, is it possible for my code to be released, or to be issued with a new code? Many thanks

Hi,it seems i am having the same problem as many others on here with respect to missed payments, which are incorrect and which are now really impacting my credit file. In April 2020 durng lockdown, I requested a PAC code from ID mobile using the app, I then provided this PAC code to my new provider 02. Due to the lockdown i was struggling to get my number switched over, the PAC codes were not being actioned and I was paying two mobile phone bills.Whilst my number was still active with ID mobile I received a txt on Saturday 18th April to say that my account was being suspended because i hadn't paid an outstanding amount of £10, i was surpised as i had requested a PAC code and received a txt to say my rolling contract would now end. Anyway, I paid the £10 straight away thinking this was the final payment, as I had requested 2 PAC codes already!! Hi. I’ve just switched to ID from 3 and everything is working (4G/phone calls) apart from my text messages. When I text someone it says undelivered but is actually sending multiple times (according to the recipients).Can anyone help at all? Thanks

Why did my Samsung A20e come with a non UK charger plug?

I have ‘International’  included in my Services.  Have been texting and receiving texts from relative in Australia since beginning of January.  21 texts in total but can see that I have been billed for 28 texts.  Why?  Is it to do with the length of the texts?

Recently phone calls have been cutting out a few minutes into the call. This has happened three times today, twice when calling the doctors after having waited ages to get through. It’s not the first time it’s done this, this problem has happened before. It’s frustrating to say the least, especially when you are on an important call. I have a full signal, I’m not calling through Wi-Fi. I also find that text messages don’t get through or that they arrive about an hour after they were sent.  I’m very disappointed in the service I’m getting.

I have just joined your network, online submitted my PAC to move over from EE, got a text (as many on here seem to do) to contact customer services as there was a problem - how on earth can I do that?  The chat window doesn;t open with any browser, there is no phone number and my account says my number will transfer over tomorrow!  Ridiculous customer service, really not impressed.

I have tried submitting my PAC code along with all the other info and have clicked submit request tab but it keeps saying all fields are mandatory??? Help

Joined iD mobile on 15/01/2021. After experiencing their website that I found difficult (for me anyway) to negotiate I decided to leave the following day. Tried the ridiculous Chat Bot but was unable to  close account.Ended up sending registered letter. Got a final bill through the post of £2.96. I have spent at least 2 hours trying to pay. Unable to do this through the web site, the app or telephone. 7777,  0333 003 7777. Option 2> option 2 does not allow me to pay nor does Option 2 > Option 1I am concerned that if I fail to pay this my credit rating will be adversely affected.Please somebody tell me how I can make this payment. 

hi,  i requested a PAC code to move my number to another provider  within 14 day cooling off period. I have been told my final bill will be £178.96. This is totally unacceptable. please contact me.

Hi my phone # XXXXXXXX is stolen Please note i would like to change my home address but i am unable to do so as my id mobile phone has been stolen and hacked.The person who has hacked the phone has also managed to get into my id mobile account online and changed the email id to his Personal email account.I have a police report reference number and if someone can contact me i can also give you proof of direct debit for the above as proof that I am the genuine owner of the above contract with you.

I have an ID mobile SIM only and have purchased an ID mobile pay monthly phone. I want to move the number from the SIM only to the pay monthly plan. I tried to go through the PAC process but it keeps saying ‘enter a valid PAC’. The code starts VTM, when I included VTM it says it shouldn’t include VTM. When I enter just the numbers it says ‘enter valid PAC code’.

Hi, I have been trying to cancel my contract for the past 4 /5 months with no joy. The phone contract expired in may yet I have still been paying the contract due to not having the phone anymore and having no way to cancel. I have cancelled my direct debit because there was no other solution as the online chat was useless. I don’t have an account to cancel the contract online like your ‘bots’ say to and have no other way to do so. Help off a real person wouldn’t go a miss
