I received my contract phone on 14th January but there was no Sim card with it. I have waited for the Sim to be sent on but have still not received it. Reference number 12305265/001

Hi, I requested to transfer my existing number to you on an online form on Friday morning. I would have expected a confirmation email or something but I haven't received anything. How do I know it was successful? Number hasn't transferred yet.Thanks

I’ve entered my PAC and other details to port number from EE to ID but received a text to say there is an issue and to contact customer services. 

Hi I lost my phone,forgetten log in password cancell direct debit try to contact ID I even don’t know how meny times without any reply. I have to pay outstanding balance as Lucas company contacted with me not ID. So please cancell my contract for phone nr 07307166209. Thanks I hope that you will be able to do this as contact with your company is shocking and how all customers feels left without any support. I hope that you cancell that contract as I am unable to do this by myself. Other fing do not recomendet life chat as this doesn’t work at all. Looking forward for your answer 

My monthly allowance is 1000 minutes but the app says it is 500 minutes.  I got a text saying I had used 80% of my minute allowance which is why I checked in  the app,  I have not been notified of a reduction to my minute allowance and have not changed anything.  My sister is on the same plan and her minute allowance has changed in the app as well.  Why?

Hi, I am new to ID mobile as of Friday and I have had nothing but trouble so far. I can not speak to a human over the phone which is soo annoying. I have a voicemail and I hace rang the number that was in the text I recieved to listen to it and it is telling me I have no allowence and no extra limit which I did set at £0 due to having unlimites mins. I have npw changed it to £5 and still can not listen to it ? 

Jooboo 1 reply just now I have tried cancelling for such a long time and then got through to live chat.  I requested to cancel on 13 August 2019.  I then realised I was still paying the direct debit in November so cancelled.  I then received a letter from them saying I owed money (the other way round actually).  I tried to get in touch through every way ie email, on line account (which says contract ended more than 6 months ago) so click here to contact us - you cannot, live chat which went to automated, telephone.  No joy with any of it.  I have now received requests for more money from Lucas Credit Services saying  We refer to previous communications. We raised your query with our client and have now received their response.ID Mobile have advised that you did contact Customer Services on the 13th August 2020 through ‘Live Chat’ for disconnection, but you ended the chat, therefore the disconnection has not be actioned and the account remains active.If you would like to cancel the s

Hi I just upgraded my contract and was told  a another sim card was going to be posted to me though I didn't need to replace the curent one.Since  yesterday I have not been able to make calls or receive any. I've tried activating the new one but it keeps saying the number is the same.Please this is urgent.  I need to make calls and expecting very important calls ASAP.Thanks  

I’ve been trying to contact ID mobile over the last week as there has been fraud with an account opened in my name I contacted ID mobile a month ago and reported hi account which is open in my name my address but not my bank details you took all information down and said that this account would be closed immediately however I’m now being billed and having a letter stating that if I don’t pay the bill you Will pass this to a debt collecting company however I followed your instructions one month ago and reported this I’ve got a crime reference number which I gave to you but I’m now unable to contact you in any way shape or form your email for Customer Services come back as inbox full and when you phone your company I get an automated reply saying due to Covid there is no live operators available can somebody please contact me as a matter of urgency my number is (07970) 202120

I have changed mobile phones from an iPhone6 to an iPhone7 (supported model according to ID website). When using the SIM card which works on my iPhone6 to the iPhone7, I get the message: ‘This device might be restricted to the original network provider and/or have certain capabilities limited. Contact your provider for more info.’ Can you help me out?

For as long as I’ve had my Samsung A20e phone I’ve periodically had a message flash up - “no sim card inserted”. I’ve ignored as I hate technology problems. Lately it’s got worse and worse and worse and the phone is hardly useable now. Obviously the shops are shut due to lockdown. In a panic I decided to buy a new phone with a pay monthly contract with you.  My previous phone broke and irreparable.  Unfortunately I am still under contract with my previous network until Dec 2021.  Can I keep the mobile device and cancel the contract?

I am an existing id network customer come to end my contract. I spoke with Id network representatives to switch to a sim only plan as I'm happy with my handset and explained I didn't want hassle of trying to get into the phone to put a new SIM in ect. They told me I wouldn't need to ect. Yet I keep receiving emails and texts saying my new SIM is in the post to me??

I have had an email from Martin Lewis with a link to get 4GB data with unlimited texts & minutes from id mobile, I’m currently getting 1.5GB data with 5000 texts & 500 minutes with id mobile.There doesn’t seem to be an option to simply update my plan to this offer & if I log in to my account the update my plan does not show this particular deal (the best being a 3gb deal) so I am wondering would I need to cancel my account & then take out the new plan.Thanks

Today I received a genuine Final Demand Notice (all the details are for your website / automated telephone system. I have checked my account and I am up to date HOWEVER, it seems I have a new account on my daughters sim (instead of a combined account).  The problem is I CAN NOT log in to check on this since the year of birth is incorrect (I’ve tried every year from 1975-2021). I had no joy with your Chat Bot as it is useless. What do I do? If I owe money I’ll gladly pay, however, I want to check and can’t reset my password... 

Hi, I don’t know who to contact so am trying here. I ordered a phone from you a few weeks ago and it hasn’t arrived. DPD told me to contact Carphone Warehouse to raise an investigation as it hasnt been scanned since the 17th but now I’ve been told to contact id but I haven’t had any help from the live chat. I hope you can help me. 

My phone contract is ending soon. If I keep my old phone and number, will my phone bill go down?

I wish to cancel my contract, I have completed the process via webpage and app and no joy asks me to contact support to proceed, there is no way to contact support? My contract will expire soon and I don't want to pay more than I have to for a service I don't need please.

I have cancelled my plan 3 times, still getting billed?! I have paid extra on top of the plan to stop the letters etc but now get a debt collection letter?! Still not able to talk to a human being to help me with this stressful situation, just not good enough!! Please advise?

I recently upgraded my handset with yourselves after years of being a loyal customer. Then the customer service disaster started that has ended with me cancelling my contract. The people on your “live chat” team have no empathy whatsoever or willingness to try and help out. For the past few days I have tri3to make a card payment online. Everytime I process the payment it sates payment cancelled, why? There is absolutely nothing wrong with my card or funds. IF I'd mobile do not want my payment I'm more than happy to take my payment and funds elsewhere
