If i upgrade to this phone is it easy to keep my phone number and all my details and photos. Is it just a matter of changing sim card over.?  

I need to return a sim I ordered in error, I wanted to change my current plan but mistakenly ordered a new sim. I have now changed my current plan. I have been trying to speak to someone through chat, but it keeps saying noone is available. Please help

Hi, new to IDMobile and my new iPhone 11 hasn’t come with a plug and not able to charge it as it has a small connection on the cable and phone.  surely they should come with a plug if a different connection than USB? Really disappointed as can’t use my new phone at all, all phones in my house have the USB. My husband has the iPhone 11 and that’s is USB? Why nothing with mine not even headphones!! 

I have just ordered a phone contract with ID and I have a one moth ID sim card. how can I transfer the number without going trough the process of canceling the one month sim contract?

I have been noticing two different direct debits on my bank account under ‘ID Mobile’. After seeing that I have two, I removed one of them (the one that is not mine) through my bank itself. This has not affected my use of ID mobile as I already have a direct debit set up. However, I am now getting emails and letters demanding payment of the outstanding balance as I can not remove the direct debit without notifying ID Mobile. There is nothing I can do, as I only see one direct debit set up on my ID mobile account and the ID mobile live chat only seems to allow me to speak to a bot, hence am unable to explain the situation. 

I am a victim of identity fraud and have received a final demand reference RPREA. I am not an account holder.

Hello, I was sent a final demand notice yet I don't have an account with you. Your chatbot is completely useless and I have no other way of contacting you as you do not have a phone number that isn't automated. Please rectify as I have already lost patience in the way your company operates.  Regards Umran  

How do I unlock my phone as was using fingerprint since thursday and now its asking for code to unlock fone but I didn't do a code 

Hi I received a letter today. Saying a direct debit has been set up in my name and account details. I do not have an account with ID mobile and this has been fraudulently set up. Can some one help resolve this matter.  thanks Tam 

My phone has not sent or received texts since last Thursday. What is going on? 

I'm out of the country and can't seeing me retuning for another 6 months. I'm still getting my direct debit bill which is fine I'm just worried that I might loose my number which I've had for over 20 years because it's not being used.Do I need to do anything to ensure my number is safe.Thanks in advance

I have been trying to contact ID Mobile customer service for over a month now and getting nowhere. I have 2 x sim only monthly contracts that we are trying to cancel.As they are so new, one of them has never been used and we cannot chat, or access the account as password not know and forgotten password is not working either.The other is my daughters sim and we care cancelling this one too. Again not able to chat, as for some reason it does not recognise the email or password and we cannot access any account.So without this cannot contact anyone to cancel. How stupid a system is this. So we have had to cancel the direct debit out of a lack of contact details.With the crazy inability to contact this company to cancel - we are planning to pay any charges to 1st Jan and dispute in court if necessary if id mobile continue to rack up charges. We do have another 4 contracts with ID Mobile which are running and are not being cancelled. But I do feel like cancelling these too due to the issues

Hi I am looking to upgrade, when I get to ordering the new phone there is no option to change the delivery address that I want to select. How do I contact you? The live chat is always down and there’s no way of telephoning you to sort this.  

Hi, I need proof of purchase which includes the phones IMEI number.

Please message me on my account a pac code because our account has been closed so the phone has been cut off. Virgin media have denied any knowledge of us moving the number over.

I have requested a PAC code so I can transfer to a new provider. PAC code sent is the same as the one provided by Tesco mobile so that I could switch to you. This code also expired on the 4th July. Will end up paying for two contracts whilst trying to get correct PAC code. Please can you sort this out.

My plan comes with unlimited minutes and texts. However, when I try to make calls I am told:‘You’re currently unable to make any calls as you’ve reached your capped limit.’Please advise. I can never get through to a Live Agent to help and the automated Chat Bot is beyond useless. Really frustrating.

New Pixel 5 . Switched number from EE to iD followed PAC code and instructions but am only receiving calls and texts from iD? HELP??

Hi, I applied for an upgrade a couple of weeks ago but didn’t hear anything. I therefore cancelled my contract with ID yesterday and got a pac code and have gone with another contract through 3.  I have now had an email from ID saying that my new phone is on its way. I don’t want it now and have not been able to talk to anybody!. How do I cancel the phone. Thank you.

I set a direct debit in order to be able to be accepted for upgrade, it was accepted and receive new handset and sim, but as I was with ID mobile with my number I still need to continue with my number . I got PAC code, submitted it with my D.O.B, today I received a text that they have an issue to either idmobile number, transaction number and my last name were entered incorrectly, so advised to contact you. This will end up me get charged 2 contracts at a time.

i put my sim in an old phone (Microsoft), used it fine yesterday, now its asking me for a password. I can’t put in my last phone’s password to unlock phone as there are no letters on keyboard!!

I took the  SIM only deal because the website said pay £10 for 3 months then £20 after. But every communication I have had since does mention that & says ID are billing me £20. I haven't found a way to email them or talk to a real person, just a chat bot that wasn't helpful. I have a screenshot from when I ordered it. Any help appreciated, thanks.
