My phone upgrade is available to 07/02/2021 and I am looking at the S21 Ultra. If I pre-order this phone now it comes with earbuds etc but if I wait I will miss out on this offer. My alternative is to pre-order with another provider and take the 2 month hit on the ID contract vs the cost to buy the earbuds. Am I able to preorder the phone for use on the 7/02/2021 or will i need to take a new contract elsewhere? I cant live chat with anyone and my time is limited to take the offer. Thanks

Hello, i have recently had a letter through the post regarding an overdue payment of £24.19. However that was for my old phone and the plan for that phone ran out a good couple months ago. I’m not too sure why i’m getting a letter regarding a payment i’m 99% i’m not supposed to be paying as the contract is now up? Please could you help, Thankyou. 

I need to unlock an iPhone 7. The contract I got it with has already ended. I’ve tested it by putting another SIM card in it. It’s definitely locked. I’ve tried messaging the Facebook account, I’ve spoke to the online chat and I’ve emailed. Can anyone offer any advice that isn’t to go to a 3rd party website as it costs money, whereas this is meant to be a free service. Thanks in advance

No iD number only account number so can't pay outstanding final bill for family member - he never used the Sim card & I cancelled his DD but he forgot to cancel his contract. All I want to do is pay the final demand but can't without his number! HELP!

My bill said my next bill due was 22 of feb. But a payment has been taken in the 27 on January even tho It clearly states I’ve paid January’s bill? Why is this ? 

Hi, I would like to change my plan but the one I have seen online £6pm for 4GB data, unlimited texts/minutes isn’t  showing when I go to ‘change my plan’ it only has 2GB data for the same price?

Hi, I have been trying to contact someone at ID without success. I changed my plan to unlimited minutes from 250 per month. However, now I have reached 250 mins, I am getting texts to say I will be charged 40p per minute for any new calls. My plan started 11th Jan 2020 and shows as unlimited online but I still keep getting the texts. Can anybody please help ?Thanks 

My contract is finished and I have been offered an upgrade. Am I able to transfer this to someone else who wants my contract? If so what the process?

It appears someone has set up an account in my husbands name and we had a letter re a direct debit back in December so called and left a message on the automated answer machine. Today we have a final demand threatening him with legal action and debt collection agents. We have no dealings with your company and from all the other postings it appears your security checks are not up to scratch. Can someone please get back to me as it is causing us a lot of stress as it already happened previously with Tesco mobile.

In common with other people posting on this forum, I have just received a direct debit letter and invoice pertaining to a new account with ID mobile in my name which I did NOT set up. Please advice further. 

I did not realise when I bought a SIM only deal as my two year plan was expiring that I should have upgraded.  So I now have two accounts. I have now upgraded but have a SIM only deal that I am trying to cancel.  I have written to iD and returned the SIM within 30 days by recorded delivery, but received no acknowledgement from iD.  The first payment has been taken from my direct debit.  I have now cancelled the direct debit.  I do not know what else to do.  Can you please guide me through this.  It has proved impossible to have a live chat with anybody.  Customer Service seems to be an abstract idea!Glenice 

I work in an area with poor signal. (Scarborough yo11 area, ironically in the town centre).my phone shows 3G or (4g if the wind is in the right direction!)But my phone will not pick up/send messages or emails until I stand in the corner of the office.Wifi is limited to the public bar next door, and that’s intermittent.any advice other that quitting my job and moving somewhere else?thanks

Hi, I would like to cancel my new SIM card contract only as I alreasy have an old ID mobile number. I have tried to cancel through the app multiple times but it doesn’t work.Or can I keep the new contract and cancel the old one but the number would be lost?  Please help thanks

I mostly receive no signal at all in my house, not even for calls & SMS, and occasionally receive a bar or two. The signal is very weak outside my house as well.I have tried restarting my phone and it makes no difference.The coverage map shows a “Very Good Service” both indoors and outdoors for at least a 200m radius around my house.How can I receive better coverage?

I’ve gone round the houses trying to leave. Chat bots keep a generic reply, when I click on ‘leave ID’ I get redirected to a page that is under construction but if I click on ‘upgrade’ there’s no issue!? Called the vmail number. It cuts me off. Tried Twitter- bots are in force there. Have cancelled my DD even though my account isn’t cancelled. Am waiting for the threats. However I have all the screenshots to prove my attempts. 

Hi,  On other networks you can purchase an add of 500 minutes which allows you to call 1 x over seas country, it is 5£ to 7£ a month extra. Do ID Mobile offer something that is the same?

I am still unable to access Data on my phone, have turned it off several times and still no luck - please help! 

I need to cancel a contract. I took it out for my mum July 2019. She died unexpectedly in the August. I sold the phone and the number has never been used. I have tried several times to cancel but there is no phone for id to contact, the id bot is useless, i cant get to speak to anyone whether on live chat or any other way. Pretty lousy service 

I paid my bill manually but a direct debit was still taken. Am I able to be refunded?
